纯净水设备使用说明书纯净水设备运行前一定要先试一下原水泵、高压泵、纯水泵等电机的正反转,在正转的情况下方可,具体情况可参考电机上面的运行箭头方向。
自来水经过三个阶段处理后可以达到所需要求,这三个阶段分别是:原水预处理、双级反渗透、后处理。
后处理装置需要长期保持良好状态,所以,前面二个阶段的处理装置必须性能稳定,以保证后续产水品质的稳定。
制备工艺选用双级反渗透。
由于膜分离技术在水质净化方面的优势,此工艺制备纯水具有结构简单、除盐效率高、水质稳定、完全自动化等优点。
纯水设备配置包括预处理、储水罐、卫生水泵等。
所有的配件均符合国家卫生级标准。

1. 设计依据水质:自来水原水温度:以25℃计纯水产量: 2 吨/小时出水水质:符合桶装水、瓶装水国家标准工程界限:原水入口-----纯水供水管网出口反渗透制水设备工艺流程(一)、工艺流程原水→原水加压泵→石英砂过滤器→活性碳过滤器→全自动软水器(选用)→保安过滤器→反渗透系统→纯水箱(二)、反渗透的预处理1、预处理的重要性:源水中含有大量的悬浮物、胶体和可溶性高分子,它们聚集在膜表面会使膜受到污染;在膜分离过程中,由于水的不断透过,在膜表面的溶质浓度高于溶液中溶质的浓度,从而形成膜的浓差极化;源水中还含有很多微生物和细菌,它们也会浸蚀膜,细菌、微生物的尸体还会以固体形式析出,使膜性能变坏。
此外,源水的温度、PH值、压力、余氯含量等参数的劣化都会引起膜的水解、氧化;由溶质引起的膜形态结构变化,还会导致膜的透水速度下降。
为了在膜分离过程中减少阻碍,延长膜的使用寿命,必须对源水进行适当的预处理。

第一章简介SMPS1002H-I、SMPS1004H-I整流模块(以下简称SMPS1000H-I系列整流模块),是珠江电信设备制造有限公司自主设计生产的高频开关电源模块。
该模块采用了APFC有源功率因数校正、ZVS相移谐振软开关技术、直流输出恒功率控制等先进技术。
APFC技术的应用使整流模块的功率因数可接近于1,极大的降低市电电流波形的失真,最大限度地降低电源设备的接入对电网质量的影响;相移谐振软开关技术极大地减小整流设备中大功率开关器件的开关损耗和开关应力,有效地提高产品的效率和运行的可靠性。
SMPS1000H-I系列整流模块具有很宽的交流输入电压适应范围:100V~ 310V,其性能指标更适合国内的使用环境和用户的要求。
SMPS1000H-I系列整流模块的产品规格:SMPS1002H-I:输出电压为直流21.5V~29V,输出电流标称值60ASMPS1004H-I:输出电压为直流43V~59V,输出电流标称值30ASMPS1000H-I系列整流模块可应用于中小型通信系统、中等容量的程控交换局、数字环路系统、移动通信系统、光纤传输系统、铁路中间站或通信站、微波通信系统、无人值守机站等,具有高效率、宽输入电压范围、高功率因数、结构紧凑等特点,性能价格比高。
第二章安全注意事项为了遵守已公布的安全标准规范,使用SMPS1000H-I系列整流模块时请注意以下事项:2.1 SMPS1000H-I系列整流模块是装入通信机房内的专用机架使用的嵌入式设备(IP20),为热插拔方式,工作时将通过整流模块后部专用的热插拔插头与机架的插座(配电)连接。
2.2在使用整流模块前,请仔细阅读本说明书,将有助于安装与维护。
只有通过专业培训的技术人员才可以安装与维护。
2.3 由于整流模块是装入专用的机架与其他设备配合使用的,整流模块的工作及送出功率是通过整流模块的输入输出插头与机架的插座连接来实现的,因此,安装机架电源时必须遵守IEC60950-1999;EN 60950-2000有关的安全规定,尤其是满足初级对地、初级对次级(SELV)之间的:爬电距离、电气间隙与穿透距离(固体绝缘)的绝缘要求。

2、适用范围及主要用途智能型人工气候培养箱(简称气候箱,下同)是具有光照、加湿功能的高精度冷热恒温恒湿设备,可根据实验需要分时段设定不同的温度、湿度和光照度,是一个理想的人工气候实验环境,是生物遗传工程、医学、林业、环境科学、畜牧、水产等生产和科研部门较理想的试验设备。

五•工作原理1防垢除垢该水处理器采用叠加脉冲的低压电场原理,根据水质自动调整处理信号,并仅需采用旁流式处理,在国际上处于领先水平。
水经过旁流水处理器后,水分子聚合度降低,结构发生变形,产生一系列物理化学性质的微小弹性变化,如偶极矩增大、极性增加,因而增加了水的水合能力和溶垢能力;水中所含盐类离子如Ca2J Mc j+受到电场引力作用,排列发生变化,难于趋向器壁积聚;特定的能场改变CaCO结晶过程,抑制方解石产生,提供产生文石结晶的能量;在电场作用下,处理器产生大量的微晶,微晶可将水中易成垢高子优先去除,形成疏松的文石,经辅机分离排出系统,从而达到防垢的目的。
水经处理后产生活性氧。
对于已经结垢的系统,活性氧破坏垢分子间的电子结合力,改变晶体结构,使坚硬老垢变为疏松软垢,这样积垢逐渐剥落,乃至成为碎片、碎屑脱落,达到除垢的目的。

其工作原理是利用滤料组成的孔隙,将原水中的泥砂、胶体、悬浮物等杂质截留住。

自动售水机流程图主板上有3个按键,S1,S2,S3。
设置前,先同时按下S1,S2进行解锁。
按S1键,数码管显示页面依次在以下页面切换:默认页面,查看刷卡总额页面,查看投币总额页面,F1:设置当前时间页面,F2:设置开启广告灯的时间页面,F3:设置关闭广告灯的时间页面,F4设置计费模式,F5:设置刷卡时对应的出水量大小,F6:设置投币时对应的出水量大小,F7:设置臭氧启动周期,F8:设置单位金额对应水量显示值,F9:温度控制设定,F10:配对信息。
同时按S1,S3进行刷卡最新一次交易余额查看,再按S2进行翻页。
在刷启动卡时,按暂停按钮清除机器卡和投币统计金额。
在设置页面中,按S2减,按S3加。
把消费卡放在感应区在进入设置页面后,按S2和S3可以快速加减数值。
