Rural education plays an important role in the full implementation of quality education and the development of rural compulsory education. The quality of rural teachers is the key to the improvement of rural education. In recent years, generally, there is still a relatively large gap between teachers in city and those in countryside though the latter's social and economic statuses are being improved gradually as well as the evaluation of the profession and the overall quality in countryside, compared with urban teachers. This study has the following meanings:1. Conducive to understand the basic quality of future rural teachers, and to make people who want to be teachers in the future consciously improve their own quality.2. The improvement of future teachers' quality in rural areas helps to enhance the overall quality of countryside teaching and promote the ultimate development of rural education, thus narrowing the gap between urban and rural education quality.3. The future rural teachers' quality (mainly psychological quality) plays an important role in promoting the sound development of rural students' personality.4.Improve the quality of farmers and improve rural development level of economy and society, so that more farmers will become citizens.ⅢLiterature reviewTeachers team construction in rural areas has always been more concerned about by our educators, and relevant books, academic papers, and dissertations from different angles, in different ways discussed it. Years ago, a group of educators represented by Tao xingzhi in China are not only theoretically concerned about the problems of rural teachers, but also not afraid of hard work,carrying out the spirit of practical training for them, which have left us a lot of valuable experience and theory. Almost all treatises on rural education involve the construction of teachers in rural areas.Zhang Chuanshui (1994) National Rural Education and Yu Yongde (2000) Rural Education mainly studied rural teachers team construction. They have done a detailed explanation about the function of rural schools, rural teachers' duties and quality, the status of rural teachers and rural teacher training, and pointed out the insufficient number of rural teachers, unreasonable structure, the unresolved problem of private teachers, team instability and other issues.Liao Qifa (2006) China's Rural Education Problem combined a large number of field investigation results, he concluded that rural teachers were relatively short, regional distribution were unreasonable, the ideological quality should be further enhanced; the professional quality was not high, and instability. He also proposed that the government should increase investment in rural education, improve the social status and welfare of rural educators and workers, perfect pre-service teachers in rural education system, improve rural teacher continuing education system, and accelerate the pace of construction of rural teachers specialization.There are also many dissertations about Construction of rural teachers. A Jiangxi Normal University student, Ci Hang (2003) Some Problems of teacher education in rural areas mainly researched that rural teachers situation was worrying, for instance the educational concept lagged behind, knowledge standard was low, and operational capacity was poor.Southwest Normal University Wang Shijun (2005) contemporary study of rural teachers team construction analysed the current situation of rural teachers team construction and difficulty, on the basis of summary of the development process of rural teachers team construction since the founding of new China and through the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews. Made a comprehensive overview of the relative shortage of the number of teachers in rural areas, geographical distribution was not reasonable, the overall quality wasnot high enough, the team stability was poor, lack sense of law, team management system was not perfect, and qualified teachers were not enough.There is a lot of research on the quality of teachers at all times at home and abroad; on this basis, combined with China's rural society, rural life, and rural education putting forward special requirements for rural teachers, and according to the characteristics of rural teachers, many scholarsin China have studied rural teachers quality. Research on the quality of teachers in rural areas are reflected in almost all studies of Rural Teachers Construction. But there are also specific studies on quality of rural teachers alone. Such research is generally from the spirit of devotion to the cause of rural education,professional quality and mental health, such as Chen Qiwen's (2005) On The Quality of Rural Teachers and Continuing Education. Jie Yueguang, Jiang Yulian cooperation Information Literacy Education in Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers Analysis and Thought" (published in "the audio-visual education research" No. 9, 2004) started from the aspect of information literacy and proposed to enhance the countryside primary school teachers of distance education information literacy training. Song Yifen, Gao Muyuan original co-operation to the legal concept of the current rural primary and secondary school teachers in the investigation and thinking (published in "Beijing Education" No. 8,2001) investigated and studied legal concept of rural teachers, from this point of view, stated one quality of rural teachers.Research results on rural teachers team construction and rural teachers' quality provide important theoretical support on discussion the quality of future teachers in rural areas in this paper. However, past researches on rural teacher quality focus mainly on problems, there are other issues that require further study or the need to further expand research space. One of the important aspects is the need to further deepen research on the future of rural teacher quality.ⅣKey pointsThis paper focuses on future rural teachers' basic quality; Understanding the status of teacher quality in rural areas is the starting point of research; finding the specific problems existing and predicting changes that may take place in the countryside in the future are the key, and the ultimate aim is the basic quality of rural teachers.ⅤOutlineIntroduction1.
