1、ping命令排错

(1)Ping一下自己的地址,看看网卡安装是不是有问题。

(2)查看PC的TCP/IP协议是否有问题,ping127.0.01,看是否通。

(3)在路由器上ping与自己同属一部门且网关做在其它地方的方法

具体的操作为:

[NE05]ping –vpn XXX –a 14.12.124.254 14.12.125.254 (注:XXX为该VPN的名字,-a后面的地址为刚配置的部门B网关的地址,最后的地址是其它地方的部门B的网关地址,这两个网关地址绑定在同一个纵向MPLS VPN中)。

2、 查看PC的网络设置是否正确

查看第一处的IP地址、子网掩码、网关地址及DNS设置是不是正确,并检查第一个default gateway 和第二处的gateway 是不是一样,如果不同,需要重新配置。

3、 显示设备接口状态
用命令display interface Ethernet 4/2/0.12(G704#show interface eth1/1.12) 显示如下:

Ethernet4/0/0.12 current state : UP (当前的物理状态情况up)

从上面我们可以看到:当前接口的物理连接是up的,没有问题,如果当前的物理状态为down,那么需要检查线路,看看线是不是坏了,如果线没有坏,需要检查当前的两个接口有没有问题,是不是接口坏了。

如果当前物理连接显示up ,协议显示down ,那么需要检查两边的通信协议是不是一样,如果不一样,需要配置成一样才可以通信。

如果以上都是好的,再看一下100Mbps-speed mode, full-duplex mode, link type is autonegotiation 两边是不是都是自协商的,有时候会协商不好,解决的方法就是两边都强制百兆全双工。

如果协商没有问,最后看一下input 和 output 有没有显示错误的信息,如果有,则需要检查光纤收发器,原因为光纤收发器的接口和路由器的接口不能协商好,解决的方法就是把光纤收发器和路由器的接口都强制成百兆全双工。

从上面我们可以看到:当前接口的物理连接是up的,没有问题,如果当前的物理状态为down,那么需要检查线路,看看线是不是坏了,如果线没有坏,需要检查当前的两个接口有没有问题,是不是接口坏了。

如果当前物理连接显示up ,协议显示down ,那么需要检查两边的通信协议是不是一样,如果不一样,需要配置成一样才可以通信。

如果以上都是好的,再看一下100Mbps-speed mode, full-duplex mode, link type is autonegotiation 两边是不是都是自协商的,有时候会协商不好,解决的方法就是两边都强制百兆全双工。

如果协商没有问,最后看一下input 和 output 有没有显示错误的信息,如果有,则需要检查光纤收发器,原因为光纤收发器的接口和路由器的接口不能协商好,解决的方法就是把光纤收发器和路由器的接口都强制成百兆全双工。

4、 在交换机上查看用户或交换机是否正常连接到本设备上的方法

6、清除接口统计

reset counters interface Ethernet 0/1

将该接口的统计信息初始化。



7、查看CPU的工作状态

display cpu

cpu usage: 9%



8、显示设备的系统信息

display diagnostic-information

Flex5010(config)#show tech-support

显示该设备的所有技术支持信息。



9、显示路由表
