1防止误报警被多次转发或确认的方法:(1)A2海区,在2187.5khz上受到遇险报警后不应给予确认,因为误报警可能已被某一岸台收到和确认,而对于处在该岸台的有效覆盖范围之外的船舶是否收到该遇险报警就不一定知道。
如果又收到DSC遇险报警或遇险转播,无线电人员应在2182KHZ上守听后续的遇险通信,在船长指示下可以用无线电话进行确认,并应提供所请求的和合适的援助。
(2)A2海区之外,收到DSC遇险报警,且确信遇险船舶就在其附近,应尽快地用无线电话在2182KHZ 上进行确认。
如果再次收到同一船发出的DSC遇险报警,可使用DSC进行遇险确认,并应通过岸台或LES/CES通知RCC,并提供所请求的和合适的援助。
(3)在HFDSC遇险与安全频率上受到DSC遇险报警时,不应发送遇险确认。
无线电操作员必须在收到DSC遇险报警频率相应的RT和NBDP的遇险与安全通信频率上保持守听。
如果又收到DSC遇险报警,或确信没有岸台给予确认,则必须把该遇险报警转播给合适的岸台或RCC,但绝不能转发给所有电台。
2遇险报警电文的格式:----“回车”,“换行”和“字母转换”信号;-----“MAYDAY”;-----“回车”;-----“This is”-----船名,呼号和MMSI 码或其他识别;----船位;----遇险性质和需要的援助;----任何有助于救助的其他信息。
3简述GMDSS中承担值守任务的电台应如何值守:(1)LES/CES,应保持连续的自动值守以接受由卫星转发的遇险报警。
(2)MES/SES,应保持值守以接受岸到船的遇险转播,除非是正在工作频率上进行通信联络。
(3)海岸电台,在其公布的工作频率和工作时间内,应保持自动的DSC值守。
(4)船舶电台,当在海上航行时:①若按要求配备有VHF设备,应在VHFCH70上保持连续的DSC值守;②若按要求配备有MFDSC设备,应在2187.5KHZ上保持连续的DSC值守;③若按要求配备有MF/HFDSC 设备,应在2187.5KHZ和8414.5KHZ上,并根据一天的时间和船舶当时地理位置,和至少应在HFDSC遇险和安全频率上,保持连续的DSC值守。
