施耐德ATS48软起动器快速调试手册 适用范围：施耐德ATS48系列软起动器。

接线示意图参数设置：设置菜单Set如果惯性比较大，可提高初始起动转矩应对。

建议不超过50%。

加速时间是指力矩从0到额定力矩的上升时间，并不是指实际上的切换时间。

切换旁路时间一般小于此时间。

此软起动具有软停止功能，但是并不经常应用。

停机类型选择自由停车即可。

保护菜单Pro跟据负载的特性选择电机热保护值。

可有10、15、20三档建议选择。

如果出现起动过载现象，建议逐级提高电机热保护值。

如果设为20依然过载，建议检查设备是否完好。

在某特殊工艺条件下，设备负载可能会突然产生变化。

造成缺相故障误报，建议缺相阀值设置为5%。

出厂值为10%。

高级设定菜单drC小电机模式适用于一般参数调试，但是功率不能小于软启动器额定功率的20%。

I/O菜单（IO）R1继电器一般设置为故障继电器，接入二次回路（参考二次接线图）。

R2继电器功能固定，为旁路接触器吸合信号。

AO输出配置为4-20mA信号，输出电机电流信号。

模拟信号输出比例表示，4-20mA对应0-200%电机额定电流。

好处在于可以通过DCS指示电机过流等状态。

我厂各机台基本都为此设置方式。

注意事项：参数设置中未提及的参数，参考说明书谨慎设置。

如使用旧软启动器，建议恢复出厂设置。

如果由于参数设置问题造成无法正常运行。

建议恢复出厂设置，后按照本手册重新设置。

参数组根据实际情况进行修改。

关于热保护复位PRO菜单下RTH。

当软起动器多次出现热动作后，软启内部储存电机热状态计算值（随时间递减）。

此功能模拟电机热保护，即为保护电机需要时间进行冷却。

但紧急情况下需要马上开机，可通过此参数复位此数值（不复位可造成再次热动作）。

但如果真实发生电机过热，复位此参数马上开机可能损伤电机。
