4. It’s never too late to learn something new.
too…to…结构表示“太……以致不能……”；相当于not……enough “不能达到……的足够”；so……that“如此……以致……”； never表示否定含义，因此句中为双重否定结构，加强肯定语气。 He is too fat to wear his old clothes. 他太胖了以至于没办法穿之前的衣服。 He jumped too lowly to reach the ceil. 他跳得太低，以至于够不至天花板 She is too young to go to school. 她太小了，以至于不能上学。
为了强调，可将not only置于句首，此时其后的句子通常要用部分 倒装的形式。
