然而,广大车主的捧场换来的却是这一全新动力总成不断“烧机油”,而最令车主感到不满的是沃尔沃方面在没有知会车主的情况下私自篡改机油下限,这可能会增大安全隐患。
被私自篡改的预警值2014年5月,车主戴丰于广州市永安富豪汽车4S店购买了一台2014款沃尔沃 V60 T5车型,这是第一批搭载Drive-E新动力总成的车型。
在2014年9月首保的时候,4S店按照手册上的要求正常更换了5.5升机油。
(用户手册上注明该款发动机添加机油总量约5.4升)而仅仅过了2个月(2014年11月24日),戴丰的车便出现第一次机油黄灯报警,经4S 店检查此时的机油总量为4.4升。
参照VIDA(沃尔沃全球汽车配件和维修信息系统)上的说明,4S店为其添加了1.5升机油,此时机油位总量为5.9升,已经超过用户手册上5.4升的推荐值。
戴丰向《消费者报道》记者提供的当次维修结算单上显示,这次的保养维修过程中还做了一个项目,该项目描述为“根据QB,调整发动机机油油位并且升级ECM (EngineControlModule引擎控制模块)”。
2014年12月26日,戴丰的车行驶了2万公里后再次进行保养,此时的机油添加总量都为5.9升,这个值比VIDA上推荐的最大可加入机油值5.8升还多出了0.1升。
3个月后,戴丰的车出现第二次机油黄灯报警,系统提示“机油油位低,添加1升”。
