对哈利波特系列的英文评价(通用3篇)对哈利波特系列的英文评价篇1"Harry Potter" this book, we can not think of the author, can not become a fact of the matter. "Harry Potter" for the main character, a shaman, the wizard, ghosts, monsters, dragons and evil, justice. From a few books, friends can reflect on the friendship, respect for teachers, in the face of difficulties and evil never flinched in the face of the spirit of courage. With these, they have time and again to escape the difficulties. "Harry Potter" these books with him on his two best friends in school Huogewoci magic in the story. Where records of their fighting together, sharing happiness together, with little Didi Fenyou disturbed things. Everything is so magical! In that magical world of the shaman lived, there are fewer old. When the messenger owl. Cups, hats, are believed to be his opening remarks. Flying broom is their means of transport, and more can be compared to the birds and the sky, and Qizhao Ta can quickly fly in less than a few minutes you can reach the place you want to visit. Chess masters will follow the case, the owner let it go it will go. Order - G, their will to move. Portraits, the people are living, they can talk, you can jump out of their Xiangkuang to other Xiangkuang Lane. There are many castles in the ghost, they can walk, you can talk to the moving castle in anything, you can penetrate any object, and sometimes engage in mischief (Pippi ghosts). There are so many wonderful! No wonder our small magician Harry Potter magic will be popular throughout the world. I admire the most is Harry Potter and his partners, and the difficulties they face the evil spirit never flinched I always memorable. They always had a conviction: "We must overcome all, defeat evil, and we learn, understand and know the magic and common sense to defeat our enemies, as longas we work together, we can overcome evil, justice will never defeat evil." With this conviction, they will win, because evil always Doubu Guo justice. After ten years, J.K.R did not let us down. The darkest, fastest-paced, most desperate and dynamic magical adventure of the 7-part series carries the reader along faster than a speeding broomstick chased by Dementors. Throughout, doubts must be battled, fears faced, loyalties tested, and grief postponed whilst well-loved characters fall, chapter by chapter, yet there is no time to mourn. Rowling as a narrator has grown up and so has Harry; this no longer feels like a children's story but an epic myth, the echo and inheritor of a centuries-ancient tale told and sung around firesides, full of sound and fury, signifying more than we like to let on - the tug of old archetypes we already know, old tales which still resonate heart-deep, with anyone who has ever wondered who wins, when you pit love against hate, and hope against nihilism. I am sure there will be sneerers and jeerers at the power of the commercial spell cast worldwide and the ringing tills at midnight, the over-familiarity of the children's-story syntax; they are missing the point. The story of all humankind is the story of a story-telling animal and it is only this which distinguishes us from the other mammals, when it comes to the end. We will always be enchanted and enslaved by the telling and re-telling of the samestory we all, always want to hear, again and again. The ancient magic of light vs. darkness, heroism and struggle, the bloody clash of battles, wrench of secrets painfully revealed; the warrior tested, the torturous night of the soul, the slow learningof the terrible, yet wonderful fact that no-one is alone, and that in the end, help comes, from friends, from strangers, from unexpected sources; from within and without, because of faith, because of courage, because of love. Of how our own humanity saves us, how our weakness is our strength. So this latest incarnation of the old, old tale of the resurrected lost one, the lonely one who is loved, the hero who doubts, the child who is adult, the griever restored, the victim who triumphs, the Boy Who Lived - is deeply satisfying in the way everyone recognises. Anyone who has fallen asleep at the end of a story, with the author's pact satisfied - I will let you frighten, anger, worry and scare me, if you make it all right at the end. If I learn something, and if they live, if not happy ever after, but if they live - will be replete at the ending of this long saga. I prefer to think its enormous sucess is not just because of cyncial hyper-successful marketing. I prefer to think that it is because we all love a story, told well, before we lay down to sleep at the end of a long day.Sherlock Holmes, does not need to say you knew.He is one world famous, the widely known famous spy.Who then portrays him is? Is F. Conan doyle, (1859 ~ 1930), English outstanding spying writer of fiction, playwright.By "Four Signs", "Return Records", "Terrorist Valley" and so on is world famous. "Sherlock Holmes Detective case Collection" mainly says is - - Sherlock Holmes is a village gentleman's descendant, both understands the village the custom, how and understands in the city life.Sherlock Holmes through studied, unceasingly the study unceasingly and practices unceasingly only then enable oneself to have the astonishing spying ability. Therefore, he carries on each kind of spy both logical, and gathers the reason; He to each kind of case explanation and the judgment only then canrationally, only then cause the question which one all hangs also hangs to be easily solved, only then causes an ancestor to confuse the document to restore justice. Not only this book is fascinating by the inside vivid story, the structure falls extends the fluctuation intense, the plot winding, exciting, soul-stirring, causes me to be unable to put down, but also manifested a meaning famous saying - - “every is the diligent person, all had the spirit which never said die.” Sherlock Holmes is a such person. Although he had become famous at that time in England the spying, but he in unceasingly assiduous study. He has specially rented between a small house nearby English Fine arts Museum, the use material and the opportunity research related spying aspect science and the experience, can cause him to melt all sorts to confuse the group case.对哈利波特系列的英文评价篇2"just strolled into my head fully formed",and by the time she had arrived at King's Cross, many of the characters had taken shape. During the next five years she outlined the plots for each book and began writing the first in the series, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stoe, which was first published by Bloomsbury in 1997. The other Harry Potter titles: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, followed J.K.Rowling has also written two companion books, Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, in aid of Comic Relief. In the last book--Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it is the final fighting between Harry and Voldemort. Because of the thing that Voldemort don't understand and was not spare aglance for it, he finally died. Even though it was not his mistakes not to get love, he chose to destroyed by himself. Yes, love is the most important thing. Only it can exceed magic. In Rowling's books, we can see it everywhere. Because of love, Harry survived when he was one years old; because of love, many people sacrifice their lives to rescue their families and friends, such as Lupin said about his son,"I'm sorry too. Sorry I will never know him... but he will know why I died and I hope he will understand.I was trying to make a world in which he could live a happier life." The novel shows us about the seven years since Harry knew he was a wizard, and he began fighting against the strongest black wizard in the history with love.In the novel, there are many characters lefting deep impression on me, such as the clever Hermione, unfortunate Remus Lupin, handsome Sirus Black and so on. Form them, I want to introduce three--Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and Severus Snape.First, Dumbledore, who is thought the greatest wizard in the world, has much merit. He was the Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He is the chief administrator of a School of Magic. he make all major decisions regarding the safety and the day-to-day functioning of the school, and have the power tooverride any decision made by any other authoritative facilitator at the school From some respects, he is braver than other people. I respect him not only because of his greatness, wisdom, experience, achievement and humanity, but also because he has a comprehesive mind. He knows everything. He is able to accept, understand even including his mistakes and weakness. He is great because he sees everything brightly andleisurely went to death. He leads Harry to go to the front. Old as he is, he also don't lose the sense and became the only person that Voldemort is afraid of. But none of men are all-powerful, he is not an exception either. The difference is he accept them, understand how to correct them, never free from his fault, and even after dying, he still in struggle for justice--like those people, use their lives as bedding of another person on the way of this justice. I think he is a successful teacher and headmaster,he taught Harry understand what love means, how to insist his belief and how to use his ways to become stronger and stronger. He is an old man ,but he has unbelievable power and strong belief.I like him, even if sometimes he may feel scared, but he still believe in Harry and never have the thought of giving up fighting with devil. Then, Harry Potter, as the dramatis personas in the novel, I think he is the most perfect one.He is a much-loved figure. He is strong, brave, kind, sincere, responsible, friendly. He and his friends Hermione Jane Granger, Ron Weasley companions, embarked on a dramatic chase battle with Voldemort. he has good talent to retrieval the world. Different from other person in the school, he has much weakness hardness. Lord Voldemort killed his parents , he lived at the home of his aunt and he must bear with the bad treatment the bad boy did.As young, he often gets impetuous, sometimes feel confused, and he also feels afraid of someting. He grows up bit by bit, andbecomes stronger and stronger, and finally becomes the hero in people's mind. On the other hand, he is only a child, who wants to have a peaceful life, to have an intact family that he can live with his father and mother, and get love from them. For that reason, when he knew the story about the Deathly Hallows, hewanted to find them, especially the Resurrection Stone, but later he realized that it is bad to own them and may course big problems, so he gave up and put them in somewhere that nobody can get them. He is so brave that he came to terms with death for others' happiness. In some places, his behave really stands for Gryffindor's spirit.Even when he was scared, he was also brave to go on. So maybe he is the brvest person in the novel.I also admire the friendship between Harry Potter and his partners, no matter what thedifficulties they face are, They never gave up the belief. They always had a conviction: “We must overcome all the difficulties to defeat evil, and we learn to get much strong power, understand and know how to defeat our enemies, as long as we work together, we can overcome evil, justice will never defeat evil." With this belief, they will win, because evil can not defeat justice.”The other role, Severus Snape, the Slytherin who loved a Gryfindor. His image changes in my heart after I read the Deathly Hallows.when I read the first six books of the series, I hate him very much because he always looked for the bad things of Harry Potter whether Harry potter was really wrong or not. Although before the actual state of affairs has been clear, I have already guessed the Snape was not Voldemort'sservant. I admire him after I finished reading the last book. the last book, I have found all my answers: Snape never betrayed Dumbledore, he helped Dumbledore and in the end he gave up his own life to fulfill Dumbledore’s plan, to assist Harry and to tell Harry the truth, all for the love of Lilly Potter. | Before that I hated him for his prejudice against Harry, and his haughtiness. But when I read the last book, Isuddenly realize that Severus is as Harry told his son--Ablus,"He was probably the bravest man I ever knew." He loves Lily Evans almost all his life. He met her when they was only nine years old. It seemed that Snape had a family that treated him badly and he was quite ashamed of himself, so he dared not approach his angel, Lilly, for fear that she’ll dislike him, so he always hid in the shadows and watched her while she play and laughed. They went to Hougwarts together. He came close to her, made friends with her and loved her at the rest of his life. Snape was sorted into Slytherin while Lilly to Gryffindor; they were move and more apart. And in the end Lilly fell in love with James Potter, Harry’s father, maybe that’s t he biggest reason for Snape’s hatred for the Potters. Lily got married to James Potter who Severus hated very much, but he still put the love in his heart. Thanks to his love for Lily, he bears everything, dumbly protected her son for seven years. Finally, he broke his life down. His love for Lily hid so well that I knew nothing of it until I saw the part in which Harry read the memories of his. And now I understood his last words for Harry when he died:” Look into my eyes.” His last request for Harry was to look into his eyes so he could dielooking at the eyes of Harry, the eyes same as Lilly’s, the eyes of the woman he loved. His love is so great that he can sacrifice himself to protect Harry even if he hates him as he does to James.I still remember his wo rds“I love lily,I protect him,but I do not want him know.”No mtter how Harry potter hate him,no matter how much press he must have to bear,no matter how cruel Voldemort is ,he still love Lily ,he still insist his belief,he still protect Harry Potter. As a reader said that you can not do the evaluation about Severus Snape before you have read theDeathly Hallows.Hermione is a Muggle-born Gryffindor student, and the best friend of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. Rowling states that she was born on 19 September and she was nearly twelve when she first attended Hogwarts. She is an overachiever who excels academically, and is described by Rowling as a "very logical, upright andgood" character.Rowling adds that Hermione's parents, two Muggle dentists, are a bit bemused by their odd daughter but very proud of her all the same."They are well aware of the wizarding world and have visited Diagon Alley with her. Though Rowling has described the character of Luna Lovegood as the "anti-Hermione" because they are so different, Hermione's foil at Hogwarts is Pansy Parkinson, a female bully based on real-life girls who teased the author during her school days.Rowling claims the character of Hermione carries several autobiographical influences. "I did not set out to make Hermione like me but she is...she is anexaggeration of how I was when I was younger." She recalled being called a "little know-it-all" in her youth. Moreover, she states that not unlike herself, "there is a lot of insecurity and a great fear of failure" beneath Hermione's swottiness. Finally, according to Rowling, next to Albus Dumbledore, Hermione is the perfect expository character; because of her encyclopaedic knowledge, she can always be used as a plot dump to explain the Harry Potter universe. Rowling also claims that her feminist conscience is saved by Hermione, "who's the brightest character" and is a "very strong female character".Hermione's name is derived from William Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale; Rowling claimed that she wanted it to be unusualsince if fewer girls shared her name, fewer girls would get teased for it and it seemed that "a pair of professional dentists, who liked to prove how clever they are...gave [her] an unusual name that no-one could pronounce." Her original last name was "Puckle", but Rowling felt the name "did not suit her at all", and so the less frivolous Granger made it into the books. Rowling confirmed in a 20xx interview that Hermione is an only child. Hermione later uses Polyjuice Potion to impersonate Bellatrix when the trio attempt to steal Hufflepuff's cup from Gringotts. She, Harry, and Ron join Dumbledore's Army in the Battle of Hogwarts, during which Hermione destroys Hufflepuff's cup in the Chamber of Secrets with a basilisk fang, eliminating another Horcrux. Hermione and Ron also share their first kiss in the midst of the battle. In the final battle in the Great Hall, Hermione fights Bellatrix with the help of Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood. However, the three of them are unable to defeat Bellatrix and stop fighting her once MollyWeasley orders them to disengage. After reading all the novel, I find it has a consummate ending--they finally have a peaceful life, such as after the fighting, Harry said"I've had enough trouble for a life time." Yes, after experiencing all of that. Peace is happiness. Story as it is, I want to believe it is true in my mind. Those men, women and other things are real. Lke Dumbledore told Harry,"Of course it is happening inside your head, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"In the novel, I learn that love, guardianship, friendship and family are the actual meaning for life. They are far more important than power, money, longevity and anything else. I am moving by the characters in the novel and the story itself. I've just fininshed reading the Harry Potter books for about the 5th timethrough, and they're just as magical and affecting as they have ever been. Everything is in here: suspense, adventure, mystery, humour, danger. There's even some pretty satisfying paybacks. The characters are fantastic and fantastically realistic. There are bad people who turn out to be good guys and good people who turn out to be bad guys, just like life.I think the thing I like best about these books is the message that it's okay to be different - to be not "normal." I would love for everyone in school to have hear that message. It would probably reduce the bullying around the school. These books value real thoughts. Much has been made of Harry's rule breaking, but only once in the series so far does he break a rule for arbitrary personal gain. Most of the time he makes a decision that what's right is more important than what's written. And you know what? Life's like that sometimes. I think it's great that kids are getting an example of how to do what's right even when it involves breaking rules. The Potter books also show that there are consequences for rule breaking. If not getting caught and getting a detention, then a spell going wrong and someone getting turned into a cat. This shows that when you make a decision to go against the rules that things may not go as you expected and you have to take responsibility for the outcome.对哈利波特系列的英文评价篇3In the new semester, the new environment we have to start again, regardless of the past is a failure or success. Forget the success and failure of the past, we only need to put the experience and lessons engraved in mind. The face of failure, let us remember the words of an old man: a person if the failure does not prove that he will never be finished; if he throw in thetowel, and retreat, he was never finished. Be the first, do the second knowledge. To see the students are all tall, all of them are full of energy, I would like to say a few words to encourage them: to have progress in confidence and determination. At the beginning of the new year, should be carefully summed up in the past, do not be proud of, should be in the new semester, strive for better results, made greater progress. Should be spirited, and strive to catch up. In any case, the teachers hope that each student has "I will be more progress than yesterday," the confidence and determination.I love the motherland in school, respect teachers, unite students, helpful, is a good helper teacher, the students good friends. I have good character, cheerful, love life, have a strong practical ability and organizational skills. I study diligently, positive, like to discuss and solve problems with students, often actively participate in class and school organization of various activities。

Book Review—Harry PotterThe serious book, Harry Potter, opens with a fantasy feeling. This serious of books creates a wonderful magic world. In this world, there are wizards, wands, castles, spells and curses. There are owls to post letters, broomsticks to provide transportation and Quidditch games, chess that can think on their own. There are also ghosts and portraits that can move freely and play tricks on you. Filled with surprise and laughter, Hogwarts Magic School of Wizardcraft and Witchery, seems to be the home of every Harry Potter reader.I have always wondering why I love these books so much. The reason is brief, with all the complicated relationship happened; there was always one thing that connected with every people, that is--love. The darker the society is, the lighter and more precious the humanity shines.Like Lupin and Dumbledore said, “Harry is the best hope we have, trust him.”All these things happened with love as a beginning--the love from family. The reason why Harry survived the death curse is that his mother Lily sacrificed her life to provide a shied. Lily died, for her son. He was considered as the traitor and was sent to Azkaban for the crime. However, he was totally innocent and devoted all his effort into protecting and accompanying Harry. “I would die, rather than betray my friends.”This is what he said, and the loyalty he had just impressed me so much. He taught Harry the way to judge people; he help Harry made decisions and gave him encouragement when he is upset. “We‟ve all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on and that‟s who we really are.” Having suffered all the tribulation and having giving all his love to Harry, his words were nothing but of wisdom. He might feel lonely when staying alone, he might get irritable when restrained, he is a forthright person, and he was still giving when he had nothing to give. I cried for his death and I got deeply moved. When Harry went to school, he received love from his friends. From the very beginning, there were his friends, Ron and Hermione, stood on his side, facing all the rumors with him, giving all the support they could give. When the Death Eater controlled the Ministry of Magic and the Hogwarts School, Harry had to go on a dangerous fugitive journey. …We will be there, Harry.‟ said Ron. …We will go with you, mate, wherever you‟re going.‟ His hand automatically closed around the fake Horcrux, but in spite of everything, in spite of the dark and twisting path he saw stretching ahead for himself, in spite of the final meeting with V oldemort he knew must come, he felt his heart lift at the thought that there was still one last golden day of peace left to enjoy with Ron and Hermione. I was deeply moved by this emotion. However intranquil we are, we touch a feeling of peace with the company of our friends and family. In the end of story, I saw the strength of love given by a person who gave his heart. Professor Severus Snape, a man who lived of his love and died for his love showed us an immortal love. The one who he loved was Lily, Harry‟s mother while the one who he hated most was James, Harry‟s father. He sacrificed all for Harry who had James‟appearance but Lily‟s green eyes. The moment he died, he starred at the green eyes ofHarry, buried in the thoughts of the time with Lily. “Have you grown to care for the boy, after all?”“For him?” shouted Snape. “Expecto Patronum!” From the tip of his wand burst the silver doe. Dumbledore watched her fly away, and as her silvery glow faded he turned back to Snape, and his eyes were full of tears. “After all this time?”“Always.” said Snape. Snape devoted all and sacrificed all for the one who he cannot forgot all his life. This purity love, this purity man, live for only one person, die for her child. The thing he did all his life, was only for the eyes that touched his heart.I was thinking about love when I finished reading these books, as Dumbledore said, Harry‟s magic wasn‟t as powerful as what V oldemort had, but he had one thing that V oldemort never had, that is, love. V oldemort died because he never understood the meaning and power of love, from the beginning till the end. He feared death but others not. He treated them with death, but ignored the love and belief in their heart. People died for love and belief constantly, and love finally won. Shown in these books, love can conquer everything; this is right in many of the situations in reality. Whenever how dark the society is, we should hold the hope for the future, the justice of ourselves and the love for others.About this serious of books, I have so much to say but what I have said turned out to have not reached the meaning I want to express. I am sentimental and I cried for the courage, the love, the belief, the emotion and the humanity. One of the luckiest things in my life is that I met this book and I recommend all of you to experience the plot and feel the love shown in these books.。

1My Favorite Book Series: Harry PotterHi everyone! Today I want to tell you about my absolute favorite book series - Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. The Harry Potter books are so awesome and magical. I've read all 7 books like a million times! Let me tell you why I love them so much.First off, the characters are the best! Harry Potter is the main character, and he's just a regular kid who finds out he's actually a wizard on his 11th birthday. Can you imagine that? Learning magic is every kid's dream. Harry has to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn spells, potions, flying on broomsticks, and all sorts of cool magic stuff. But Harry also has two best friends who are so funny and loyal - Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron comes from a huge wizarding family and is always cracking jokes. Hermione is the smartest witch her age and is obsessed with following rules (which gets her into trouble sometimes!). The three of them have the most exciting adventures together. There are so many other amazing characters too. Like the wise old headmaster Albus Dumbledore, the sinister villain Lord Voldemort, the gamekeeper Hagrid who is half-human andhalf-giant, and Harry's rivals Draco Malfoy and his goons. The conversations and interactions between everyone are hilarious. The wizarding world that J.K. Rowling created ismind-blowingly imaginative too! Things are so different from the non-magical (called Muggle) world we live in. At Hogwarts, the staircases move, ghosts roam the hallways, paintings can talk, and owls deliver the mail. The kids play a super intense sport called Quidditch where they fly around on broomsticks. There are also quirky magical inventions and places, like self-tying shoelaces, candies that give you a weird effects, and a mall area just for wizards called Diagon Alley. You access Diagon Alley through a secret brick wall behind a grubby pub in London. How cool is that?Every book is filled with new spells, new magical creatures, new secrets about Harry's past, and awesomely creative plots. Harry has to battle the evil Lord Voldemort year after year, while also dealing with typical school troubles like difficult classes, strict teachers, confusing crushes, and fighting with his friends sometimes. The stories just get better and better as the books go on too. They start off relatively light and fun, but then they get darker, deeper, and much more intense and scary. By the last few books, you'll be crying, laughing, sitting on the edge of your seat, and never wanting to put the books down.My favorite book is probably the third one, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. That's the one where Harry learns his godfather Sirius Black (who was falsely accused of a crime) is actually a good person trying to protect Harry. Harry also gets permission to visit the nearby wizarding village of Hogsmeade, and he was so excited. New characters like Professor Lupin and the Dementors are introduced too which was really cool.Honestly, every book has its amazing moments though. Like in the first book, The Sorcerer's Stone, when Harry discovers his hidden magical powers. Or in The Goblet of Fire when he has to compete in this crazy dangerous tournament against much older students. There's just too many amazing parts to pick one overall favorite.I really want to experience the Harry Potter world myself. Like drink a Butterbeer (that's a delicious wizarding drink), shop for my own wand, and get sorted into a Hogwarts house. I thinkI'd be in Gryffindor because I'm brave like Harry. But maybe I'd be a Ravenclaw since I love learning. I don't know, I can't decide! After reading these books, I've tried re-reading them as if I were studying at Hogwarts too. Like reading the chapters covering new spells as if I were taking those classes. Or looking at the layouts of the castle and making exploration plans in my head. It's just so immersive!I really hope they make a lot more Harry Potter movies and theme parks in the future. And maybe even video games where you can walk around Hogwarts in virtual reality! That would be the dream.Harry Potter truly is the best series ever written. J.K. Rowling is an absolute genius for creating this entire universe and making it feel completely real. I've read many book series before, but nothing compares to Harry Potter in terms of the creativity, the excitement, the lessons about friendship, the immersive magical world, and most of all how fun it is!From the very first chapter of the first book, you'll be hooked. You'll be cheering for Harry, booing the villains, laughing at the jokes, procrastinating on your homework to keep reading, and feeling like you're really at Hogwarts too. That's because the Harry Potter books aren't just entertainingly fun, they're alsoextremely well-written in a way that completely transports you to another place. So what are you waiting for? If you haven't read Harry Potter yet, you are seriously missing out on one of the most amazing book series of all time! Head to your school library or bookstore right now and start reading. You'll enter a magical world you'll never want to leave. Thanks for listening, and let me know if you love the books just as much as me!篇2My Favorite Book Series - Harry PotterHi everyone! Today I want to tell you about my absolute favorite book series - Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. These books are so awesome and magical. I totally love reading about the adventures of Harry, Ron, Hermione and all the other characters at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! The Harry Potter series has 7 books in total. The first one is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. This is where we first meet Harry Potter, who finds out on his 11th birthday that he's actually a wizard! An owl delivers a letter inviting him to attend Hogwarts. His evil aunt and uncle don't want him to go though because they hate anything to do with magic.A gigantic guy named Hagrid has to come rescue Harry and take him away to the magical world. Hagrid helps Harry get his school supplies like a wand, books, and even a pet owl named Hedwig. Finally it's time for Harry to board the train to Hogwarts at King's Cross station in London. On the train, Harry meets Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, who become his best friends. At Hogwarts, the three of them have to take classes to learn magic like Potions, Herbology, Charms, Transfiguration, and Defence Against the Dark Arts. The teachers are really quirky, like the tiny Professor Flitwick who teaches Charms.Harry also has to deal with getting bullied by a mean kid named Draco Malfoy. And there's a big mystery surrounding a hidden object called the Sorcerer's Stone that Harry has to help protect from the evil wizard Voldemort who wants to steal it and use it to become immortal. There's so much adventure and excitement in this first book!In the next books, Harry has to keep facing off against Voldemort and his nasty followers year after year at Hogwarts. The stories get darker as Harry gets older and Voldemort becomes more and more powerful after coming back to life.Even the Ministry of Magic gets taken over by Voldemort's people for a while!By the last book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Harry is 17 and searching for powerful magic objects that can help defeat Voldemort once and for all. Him, Ron and Hermione have to go into hiding and sneak around doing this dangerous mission. Finally there's a massive battle between the good wizards and Voldemort's army of evil witches, wizards and creatures. I don't want to spoil what happens but the ending is just epic!I love these books for so many reasons. First of all, I really like how Harry is not a perfect hero - he makes mistakes and has flaws just like any other kid. But he's brave, loyal to his friends, and keeps fighting against evil no matter what. His friends Ron and Hermione are great characters too. Ron is so funny but also plays a huge role, and Hermione is the brilliant witch who helps them out of every jam.And the magical world that J.K. Rowling created is just mind-blowing! With things like talking portraits, delicious treats from the wizard shopping area Diagon Alley, magical sports like Quidditch played on broomsticks, different magical creatureslike house elves and werewolves, and so much more. The books are literally overflowing with amazing details and creative ideas.Another cool thing is how the story starts out verykid-friendly with the wonder of Harry first experiencing the wizarding world. But then as Harry grows up, the plots and themes get more complex and darker too. So the series really grows along with the readers which I think is brilliant. There's mysteries, adventure, frights, emotional family moments, comic relief - the books have everything! The messages about friendship, courage, perseverance and doing what's right even when it's difficult are so inspiring too. And the books promote thinking for yourself instead of just following the crowd. I've learned a lot of important life lessons from Harry's journey, not just about magic! So those are some of the main reasons why I am such a huuuuuge Harry Potter fan! Whether you're a kid, teen or adult, this series has something for everyone. The brilliant storytelling, unforgettable characters, incredible imagination and powerful messages make it one of the most amazing book series ever in my opinion. Like Harry's friend Ron says "There's no Hogwarts without you, mate" - without Harry Potter, my life would definitely be lacking some serious magic and adventure! If you haven't read these books yet, what are you waiting for? There's a whole wizarding world waiting for you to get lost in! Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I've read the whole series like twenty times already and I'll probably read it twenty more. Harry Potter is the ultimate classic for a reason. Ok, I've rambled on enough - I better stop before Hermione has to give me a time-turner to go back and make this essay shorter! Let me know if you decide to take the plunge into J.K. Rowling's wizarding world. Thanks for reading my book report!篇3Book Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. RowlingHi friends! Today I want to tell you about one of my favorite books ever - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. This book is seriously awesome and magical. I'm going to explain what it's about and why you should definitely read it too!The main character is a boy named Harry Potter. On his 11th birthday, Harry finds out that he's actually a wizard! Can you believe it? A real life wizard! Harry gets invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Hogwarts is aspecial boarding school for young wizards to learn all about magic.Harry is super excited to go to wizard school and get away from his mean aunt and uncle who he lives with. They never told Harry that his parents were wizards and that he's a wizard too. At Hogwarts, Harry makes two great friends named Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Together they go on the most incredible adventures! At Hogwarts, the kids take classes to learn charms, transfiguration, herbology, potions and more. The professors are wizards too and some of them are pretty wacky. Like Professor Snape who is a little scary and mean. But others are really cool like Professor Dumbledore who is the headmaster. He has a long white beard and bright blue eyes that always seem to be twinkling with excitement. The classes at Hogwarts sound hard, but also super fun if you ask me. In charms class, you learn spells and get to practice making things levitate and dance around. I'd love to learn a catchy little song to make objects fly across the room. Can you imagine writing with a quill and having your ink bottle hovering next to you? So convenient!Another awesome class is transfiguration where the students learn how to transform things into other objects. Like turning a desk into a pig! Isn't that wild? I'd probably accidentally turn my homework into a frog though. Oops! Then I'd be in trouble. Herbology sounds great too because you get to work with all kinds of weird magical plants and fungi in the greenhouses. My favorite class might be potions though. How cool would it be to properly brew up a magic potion? As long as you follow the recipe exactly, you can create mind-blowing liquids that make you float or change colors or even read minds maybe. Just imagine the possibilities! I'd for sure want to become a potions master.Anyway, back to the story. So Harry, Ron and Hermione soon find out that someone is trying to steal a powerful magical object called the Sorcerer's Stone that's being hidden at Hogwarts. They have to figure out who is after the Stone and how to stop them. Along the way, they have to get through all kinds of obstacles and challenges that test their courage, intelligence and loyalty to each other as friends.Like at one point, they have to get past a huge three-headed dog named Fluffy! I'm not kidding, this beast is terrifying. And then they have to play a life-size game of wizard's chess wherethe pieces smash each other when they get captured. So intense! There's also an evil spirit called Voldemort who was a powerful dark wizard. He's after the Stone too and wants to use it to become immortal and impossible to destroy. Not cool!Without giving too much away, let's just say that Harry, Ron and Hermione go through a crazy finale where they have to really out-smart and out-brave the adults. Even though they're just kids, they show how powerful friendship can be when you really believe in each other. By working together, they manage to pull off the impossible! There's so much more I could say about this book but I don't want to ruin all the surprises. Just know that Harry Potter has everything - magic, adventure, scary villains, high stakes, awesome friendships, heroic acts and lots of humor too. The chapter where the kids actually first arrive at Hogwarts is probably my favorite part. Seeing the grand castle for the first time and getting sorted into the different houses sounds so exciting!I really can't recommend this book enough. Whenever I read it, I feel like I'm escaping into this whole other fantastical world of wizards and enchantment. Yet the storytelling is so brilliantthat it all feels real and believable in a way. You'll wish so badly that you could get your Hogwarts letter in the mail too!Part of what makes these books so irresistible is J.K. Rowling's vivid imagination. The wizarding world she created is densely packed with rich details and consistent rules. Like how wizards have to be extremely careful about not getting spotted by Muggles (non-magic people). And how they get around by using floo powder to magically transport from fireplace to fireplace. So creative and clever! The characters also feel so relatable, like kids you could actually be friends with in real life. Harry is brave and resilient, staying good even when facing adversity. Ron can be a little goofy at times but has a good heart. And Hermione is the seriously brilliant one in the group who uses her smarts to get them out of so many jams.Above all, this series celebrates the virtues of friendship, courage and doing what's right. It shows how meaningful bonds between people can give you strength when times get tough. The magic side of things is just a creative way to have some major fun while telling an inspirational story. So what are you waiting for? If you haven't started reading Harry Potter yet, this book is a perfect place to begin. Get readyto be utterly spellbound! Let the magical journey begin. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be on the edge of your seat. But most of all, you'll never want it to end. Do yourself a favor and get lost in J.K. Rowling's wizarding world as soon as you possibly can!篇4My Favorite Book Series: Harry PotterHi everyone! Today I want to tell you about my absolute favorite book series ever - Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. These books are so awesome and magical. I've read the whole series like a million times and I never get tired of the amazing adventures of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. The books are all about a young wizard named Harry Potter who finds out on his 11th birthday that he's actually a wizard! Can you believe it? All this time he lived with his mean aunt and uncle who treated him super bad and he didn't know the amazing magical world he's part of.On his birthday, a giant named Hagrid shows up and tells Harry the big news - that he's been accepted to study magic at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Harry goes on a crazy shopping trip to get all his magical school supplies like robes, a wand, and even a owl as a pet! When he gets to Hogwarts, that's when the real fun begins. The school is inside a huge magical castle with talking portraits, ghosts flying around, and staircases that move! Harry gets sorted into the Gryffindor house and makes two best friends - Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. In the first book, Harry has to try to figure out who wants to steal a powerful magical object hidden at Hogwarts. He hasrun-ins with the spooky Potions teacher Snape, a troll, and even comes face-to-face with the evil wizard Voldemort who killed Harry's parents when he was a baby!In the other books, Harry and his friends go on even more epic adventures. They battle giant spiders, rescue prisoners from Azkaban (the wizard prison), time travel, fight off dementors (demented phantoms), form a anti-evil wizard gang, and take on powerful dark witches and wizards. The stories just keep getting better and better! What I love most is how J.K. Rowling makes the magical world seem so real and vivid. The little details about classes like Transfiguration, Herbology, and Potions make you feel likeyou're right there learning at Hogwarts. She describes the different houses, teachers, ghosts, magical creatures like houseelves and hippogriffs so richly. And the creative spells, potions, and enchanted objects seem so imaginative and cool. The characters are also what make the series amazing. Harry is such a brave and humble hero who always tries to do the right thing. Ron makes me laugh with his funny comments and his love for things like candy and wizard chess. Hermione is the super smart one who helps get Harry and Ron out of trouble. You can't help but love the silly adults too like Hagrid, Professor Dumbledore, and the Weasley parents.Of course, the books have some really creepy and scary villains too. Lord Voldemort is just pure evil and so cruel. His Death Eater followers like Bellatrix Lestrange are wicked. And creatures like the dementors that suck away people's happy thoughts are terrifying! Reading about the battles against the dark forces keeps me on the edge of my seat.I'm always in awe at how J.K. Rowling slowly reveals secrets about Harry's past and his destiny over the course of the books. Why did Voldemort want him dead as a baby? What's the Prophecy about Harry? What are the Deathly Hallows? Every book has shocking plot twists and cliffhangers that make me desperately want to keep reading. The books deal with some pretty serious stuff too like good vs. evil, discrimination, power, death, and sacrifice. But J.K. Rowling shows these themes in a way that is easy to understand as a kid. She teaches good moral lessons about friendship, bravery, and doing what is right.By the end of the 7th book, I'm always completely blown away and emotional! When Harry finally defeats Voldemort once and for all, it's such an epic, triumphant moment that gives me chills. So many awesome characters have to make heartbreaking sacrifices along the way too. Ialways end up feeling like I've been through an unbelievable journey right alongside Harry, Ron and Hermione. If you haven't read the Harry Potter books yet, you are honestly missing out on something so special. I can't even express how much I love and cherish this series. The storytelling, characters, humor, adventure, magic, excitement, drama - it's just unmatched! J.K Rowling created a whole other world that is so easy to become completely captivated and lost in.Do yourself a favor and start reading these books right now! You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be on the edge of your seat - and you'll never forget the magic of Harry Potter. I'm so glad I discovered this series and it will always have a huge, special placein my heart. Harry's adventures at Hogwarts are the ultimate escape into a beautiful, imaginative world full of witchcraft, wizardry and wonder.篇5My Favorite Book Series - Harry PotterHi everyone! Today I want to tell you all about my absolute favorite book series - Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. These books are so awesome and magical, I just can't get enough of them! The series follows a young wizard named Harry Potter who finds out on his 11th birthday that he is actually a wizard. He gets invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn all about magic. At Hogwarts, Harry makes two best friends - Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Together they go on the most unbelievable adventures while trying to get through their classes like Potions, Transfiguration, Charms, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. But Harry's journey isn't easy. The evil wizard Voldemort tried to kill baby Harry when his parents were murdered. Voldemort's killing curse didn't work though, and it just left a lightning bolt scar on Harry's forehead. Now Voldemort wants to finish the job and kill Harry once and for all. In each book, Harryhas to battle the dark forces working for Voldemort while also just trying to be a normal student at Hogwarts. There are so many reasons why I love this series. First off, the characters are all so richly developed and real feeling. Harry is a true hero that you just want to root for through everything. His two best friends Ron and Hermione are the ultimate squad goals. Ron comes from a pure-blood wizarding family and is so funny. Hermione is a Muggle-born genius who is the brains of the group. And then you have characters like Dumbledore, the wise headmaster of Hogwarts who always gives Harry guidance. Or the bumbling Neville Longbottom who you just want to give a big hug.I also love the incredibly imaginative wizarding world that J.K. Rowling created. At Hogwarts, the portraits on the walls can talk to you and the staircases like to change! The classes all sound so fun, like learning how to turn a tea kettle into a tortoise or playing brutal games of Quidditch (a wizarding sport played on broomsticks). Getting mail by owl and being able to shrink objects down to put in your pocket is pure magic. I just want to go to Hogwarts so badly! The plotlines are also excellent - full of twists, turns, and edge-of-your-seat moments that keep you reading late into thenight (even though my parents keep yelling at me to go to sleep!). Each book raises the stakes higher and higher. You just never know what's going to happen next. And the battle between good and evil resonates so powerfully. I find myself mentally yelling at characters not to go into that room or take that potion! But what I really love most is the overall message of friendship, courage, and perseverance against all odds. No matter how dark and scary things get, the power of love and friendship shines through in the end. Harry's ability to make sacrifices for his friends and face his biggest fears is so inspiring. The books show that even an ordinary kid can change the world if they have an open heart and mind. The movies are awesome too and reinforce what a true pop culture phenomenon Harry Potter is. Who doesn't love the incredible visual world that the movies create? The magical spells, enchanted creatures, ghosts galore, and quidditch matches are all brought to brilliant life. The cast is so perfectly picked too. I can't imagine a better Harry, Ron and Hermione than Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson. They're absolutely perfect! In the end, the whole Harry Potter series is just anmind-blowing, heart-racing, tear-jerking masterpiece in my opinion. The storytelling is second-to-none. Characters so beloved they feel like family. An imaginative world so rich and compelling you never want to leave. Lessons about friendship and love's power over evil that you carry in your heart forever. Honestly, what more could you ask for?So if you haven't read the Harry Potter books yet, what are you waiting for There's a reason why they are some of the most beloved books of all time across the entire world. From muggles to wizards, the series casts its spell over everyone。
哈利波特书评英语作文80字英文回答:Harry Potter is a series of fantasy novels written by J.K. Rowling. It tells the story of a young wizard, Harry Potter, and his adventures at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The books are set in a magical world where wizards and witches coexist with ordinary people, known as Muggles. The series is incredibly popular and has captivated readers of all ages around the world. One of the reasons why I love the Harry Potter seriesis because of its well-developed characters. Each character has their own unique personality and background, making them relatable and interesting. For example, Harry Potter himself is a brave and determined young wizard who has to face numerous challenges and overcome them. His best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, provide both comic relief and valuable support throughout the series.Another aspect that I enjoy about the books is the intricate and detailed world-building. Rowling has created a magical universe that is so vivid and immersive. From Diagon Alley to the Hogwarts Castle, every location is described with such precision that it feels like you are actually there. The magical creatures, spells, and potions also add to the richness of the world.Furthermore, the themes explored in the Harry Potter series are thought-provoking and relevant. 哈利波特与密室读后感中英文版全文共12篇示例,供读者参考篇1Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - A Book ReviewWow, I just finished reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and it was so awesome! This was the second book in the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling and I thought it was even better than the first one.The story picked up from the end of the first book. Harry Potter is a 12-year-old wizard who just finished his first year at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He has to go back to living with his mean aunt, uncle, and cousin for the summer before his second year at Hogwarts begins. At first, Harry's summer seems really boring and terrible like always. His aunt and uncle still treat him super badly and make him do a bunch of chores around the house. But then something crazy happens - a house elf named Dobby shows up in Harry's bedroom! Dobby tells Harry that he has to stay away from Hogwarts because there is a big danger there this year. But ofcourse, Harry doesn't listen because Hogwarts is his favorite place in the world. When it's time to go back to school, Harry and his friend Ron can't get onto the train to Hogwarts because the entrance is sealed by magic. So they have to take Ron's dad's flying car to get there! They end up crashing the car into the Whomping Willow tree on the Hogwarts grounds. It was such a wild adventure just getting to school.Once they arrive at Hogwarts, Harry starts hearing a creepy voice that seems to be coming from inside the walls. No one else can hear it though, which is really strange. There are also some scary messages written on the walls in what looks like blood, saying the "Chamber of Secrets has been opened" and that the "enemies of the heir beware." Nobody knows what it means!Later we find out that there is a legendary Chamber of Secrets hidden somewhere at Hogwarts that was created by one of the founders named Salazar Slytherin. The Chamber is home to a monster that is supposed to get rid of all the Muggle-born students (wizards who are born to non-magical parents). Everybody is afraid that the heir of Slytherin has opened the Chamber and let the monster out to attack people.A bunch of creepy things start happening where students keep getting petrified (turned into stone) when they come across this monster. At one point, even Harry and Ron's friend Hermione gets petrified! They have to try to figure out who is behind opening the Chamber before a student gets killed.I don't want to spoil too much of what happens, but let's just say that Harry and Ron have to go through the Chamber itself and come face-to-face with the monster. It was such an intense and scary scene! I was reading so fast because I couldn't wait to see what would happen. There were some great surprises and twists that I didn't see coming at all.In the end, Harry is able to defeat the monster with help from Dumbledore and a mysterious book that gives him clues. We also find out who was actually opening the Chamber the whole time, which was really shocking. The good guys win and Hogwarts is safe again!I just loved this book so much. J.K. Rowling did an incredible job making me feel like I was really there at Hogwarts going on all these adventures with Harry, Ron and Hermione. The story was exciting and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time.I never knew what crazy thing was going to happen next!My favorite characters were definitely still Harry, Ron and Hermione. They are such a great trio of friends who always look out for each other. I loved reading about how brave and loyal they were, even when facing really dangerous situations. It was really inspiring!I also thought it was cool how we got to learn more about Harry's world and see more of the magic. Like how they described things like Floo powder for traveling in fireplaces, or the flying car, or even games like Quidditch. The author makes it all seem so vivid and real. The only part I didn't like was when Dobby the house elf had to punish himself by using dangerous magic. That part was a bit disturbing because he would hit himself or do things to hurt himself whenever his master gave him an order. I felt really bad for him having to live like that.Other than that, I just had so much fun escaping into the wizarding world again with this book. I could hardly put it down because I always wanted to keep reading to see what would happen next. I'm definitely going to read the third book in the series as soon as I can!If you haven't read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets yet, you are really missing out. It's an unbelievable adventurefilled with magic, mysteries, friendship and bravery. I give this book ten out of ten wands! It's a must-read for kids and adults alike. I can't wait to continue the series and see what Harry and his friends get up to next at Hogwarts. I'm sure it will be another wild and amazing ride!Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling: Book ReviewWow, I just finished reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and it was so awesome! It was really inspiring!篇2Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Book ReportWow, what an awesome book! Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets was so exciting and magical. I could hardly put it down once I started reading it.The story begins with Harry back at the Dursleys' house for the summer holidays after his first year at Hogwarts. Harry's awful aunt and uncle treat him terribly as usual. But then one night, Harry gets an unexpected visitor - a house elf named Dobby! Dobby warns Harry that he must not return to Hogwarts because terrible things are going to happen. But since the Dursleys lock up all Harry's school supplies, he has no choice but to go back.Strange things start happening right away when Harry and Ron can't get through the barrier at King's Cross Station to catch the Hogwarts Express. They decide to fly Mr. Weasley'senchanted car to Hogwarts instead! I thought that was really clever. On the way, they almost get seen by some Muggles and have to hide. When they finally arrive at the school, the car crashes into the violent Whomping Willow tree on the grounds. Oops!In their second year, Harry and his friends have a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher named Professor Lockhart. At first, I thought Lockhart seemed really cool and brave based on the amazing things in his books. But it turns out he's not a good teacher at all - he's actually a big phony who takes credit for other wizards' achievements! He's really full of himself too.Scarier things keep happening around Hogwarts. Harry starts hearing a creepy voice that seems to be coming from inside the walls. Then Mrs. Norris, the caretaker's cat, gets petrified - turned to stone! More students get petrified after that, including Colin Creevey and Justin Finch-Fletchley. Everyone thinks it's Harry's fault because he's a Parselmouth who can talk to snakes. Even Ron's little sister Ginny gets taken into the Chamber of Secrets itself! It turns out that the monster petrifying everyone is a giant basilisk snake controlled by the Heir of Slytherin. Harry and Ron use clues from Professor Binns' history lessons and schoolbathroom ghoul Moaning Myrtle to figure out where the Chamber's entrance is hidden. They have to sneak in usingPolyjuice Potion to disguise themselves. I couldn't believe they pulled that off!Harry and Ron make it into the Chamber to rescue Ginny from the basilisk and Tom Riddle, who is actually a young version of the evil Lord Voldemort. Fawkes the phoenix saves the day by pecking out the basilisk's eyes and giving Harry the Sorting Hat with Gryffindor's sword inside. Using the sword, Harry kills the basilisk and destroys the part of Voldemort's soul trapped in an old diary. My favorite parts were probably the flying car scenes and Harry speaking Parseltongue to open the Chamber. It was all just so creative and imaginative! I also really liked Dobby the house elf and his role in trying to protect Harry. Though it was pretty scary reading about the attacks and the giant snake monster. This book had great messages too about friendship, bravery, and not judging people by their abilities or backgrounds. Harry is such an inspiring hero who never gives up, even when everyone thinks he's the one unleashing the monster. And even though Ron comes from a poor family, he's a loyal friend who sticks byHarry's side. Hermione is brilliant and always trying to help too, once she gets de-petrified.I can't wait to read the next book in the series to find out what other adventures Harry, Ron and Hermione have at Hogwarts! J.K. Rowling is such an amazing writer to create this whole wizarding world. I give Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets 5 out of 5 stars! It was just spellbinding.篇3Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Book ReportWow, what an exciting book! Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling was even better than the first book in the series. I just couldn't put it down! The story starts during Harry's summer vacation after his first year at Hogwarts. He's stuck at his horrible aunt and uncle's house being treated terribly as usual. But then something strange starts happening - a house elf named Dobby keeps showing up and warning Harry not to go back to Hogwarts because terrible things are going to happen. Of course, Harry doesn't listen because he loves Hogwarts and wants to get away from the Dursleys. When it's finally time to go back to school, Harry and Ron try to get through the barrier at King's Cross Station to get on the Hogwarts Express, but for some reason they can't get through. This has never happened before! So they decide to take Ron's dad's flying car to get to Hogwarts instead. Flying the car was awesome, but then it crashes into the Whomping Willow tree at school and breaks Ron's wand. Uh oh, they're in huge trouble! At the start of term feast, Harry hears a scary voice that seems to be coming from inside the walls saying it wants to kill. No one else can hear it though. Strange things start happening like Harry getting locked in a broom closet and having to use his ability to talk to snakes to get out. Then the attacks start - students get petrified and turned to stone one by one. Harry, Ron, and Hermione think the monster is a basilisk and that the Chamber of Secrets (a secret room built by Salazar Slytherin) has been opened to let the monster out to attack students. To try and find out what's going on, the trio brew up some Polyjuice Potion to disguise themselves. It's pretty gross, but it allows Hermione to turn into a cat creature and for Harry and Ron to turn into Crabbe and Goyle to sneak into the Slytherin common room. They don't find out much, but it's still a wild adventure.Hermione gets petrified herself which is so sad. Harry and Ron are on their own to figure out where the Chamber is. After realizing that the staff has given up, they decide to go looking for the basilisk themselves, which is obviously super dangerous. Ron's broken wand backfires again and they get separated from the spiders in the Forbidden Forest, and Ron gets dragged off by something.Harry finds himself in the Chamber of Secrets talking to a young Tom Riddle, who turns out to be Voldemort. Riddle summons the basilisk and Harry has to fight it off while also dealing with Riddle and a possessed Ginny Weasley. It's a huge fight and Harry gets bitten by the basilisk, almost dying, but Fawkes the phoenix drops the Sorting Hat which has the Sword of Gryffindor inside. Harry uses it to kill the basilisk, destroying one of Voldemort's Horcruxes in the process. The ending is so exciting and emotional - Ginny is saved, Hermione and the other victims are un-petrified, Dobby gets freed by Harry's clever trick, and Lucius Malfoy gets his comeuppance. Harry gets to go home feeling proud of his accomplishments, even if he did get beat up pretty badly. What a rollercoaster of a book!I loved reading about Harry, Ron, and Hermione's adventures and seeing their friendship grow stronger. The magical world of Hogwarts seems to get more and more amazing with all the neat creatures and spells. I can't wait to read the next book to continue the epic story and find out what other dangerous situations Harry gets himself into. These books are just the best!篇4Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - Book ReviewWow, what an exciting adventure Harry Potter went on in this second book! I couldn't put it down once I started reading. Let me tell you all about the thrilling story. It starts off with Harry being stuck at the Dursleys' house again for the summer holidays. Those horrid Dursley family members are just the worst - they treat Harry so badly just because he's a wizard. I'm so glad I don't have relatives like that! At least Harry has his friends Ron and Hermione to look forward to seeing again at Hogwarts.Harry's summer takes a crazy turn when a house-elf named Dobby starts appearing and warning him not to go back to Hogwarts because there is a dangerous plot happening there. But of course, Harry loves Hogwarts and won't stay away no matter what Dobby says. I probably would have felt the same way if I was in Harry's shoes.Things get even weirder when Ron, Fred, and George Weasley show up in a flying car to rescue Harry from the Dursleys after they bar up his window! That's when you know the Dursleys have gone too far. I was cheering for Harry when he got to leave their house.Once they make it to Hogwarts, strange things start happening right away. Harry hears creepy voices that no one else can hear, and someone is attacking students and leaving them petrified like statues! No one knows who is behind these terrifying attacks. My favourite part was when Harry finds the mysterious diary that can write back to him. I thought that was the coolest magic item ever! Little did Harry know, the diary actually belonged to a young Voldemort and was possessing Ginny Weasley to open the legendary Chamber of Secrets. I gasped out loud when that shocking truth was revealed! It was so scary reading about Harry and Ron having to go into the chamber to fight the basilisk monster and save Ginny. I was on the edge of my seat, scared they might not make it outalive. Thanks to Fawkes the phoenix and the Sorting Hat, they managed to defeat the evil diary and the basilisk. Phew!My heart went out to Ginny though. Can you imagine being possessed by Voldemort and having no idea? That must have been an awful experience for her. I'm just grateful Harry, Ron and the professors at Hogwarts could save her.In the end, everything wraps up nicely - the petrified students are revived, the roosters are kept safe, and Dobby is finally a free elf thanks to Harry's quick thinking with the diary and sock. That tricky Lucius Malfoy got what he deserved!Overall, this book kept me hooked with its sense of mystery and adventure around every corner. The creepy voices, petrified students, gigantic serpent, and a young Voldemort's diary - it had everything! I loved being scared out of my wits while reading but knowing good would triumph over evil in the end. Harry, Ron and Hermione are the best fantasy friends any kid could imagine.I can't wait to read the third book and see what other magic, danger and excitement is in store for the trio at Hogwarts. If you haven't read this book yet, you're really missing out on an epic reading experience! It's my new favourite in the Harry Potter series so far.篇5Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - A Book ReviewWow, what an amazing book! Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling was sooooo good. I could not put it down and read it in just a few days. It was even better than the first book in the series! The story picks up right where the last book left off. Harry is back for another year at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But this year, strange things start happening that threaten to shut down the whole school! A mysterious voice that only Harry can hear starts following him around the castle. Students are getting attacked and petrified by some unknown force. Scary messages about the Chamber of Secrets being opened are appearing on the walls. And Harry starts to wonder if he might be the one responsible since he can speak Parseltongue like his archenemy Lord Voldemort.I loved all the suspense and mystery around the Chamber of Secrets. What was inside it? Who opened it? Why were students getting petrified? It made me want to keep reading to find out! The book had me on the edge of my seat.My favorite character was probably Dobby the house elf. He was so funny and weird but also really brave. I felt so bad when I found out how cruelly his old masters the Malfoys had treated him. When he first showed up trying to warn Harry not to go to Hogwarts, I thought he was annoying. But by the end I was cheering for the little guy!I also really liked getting to learn more about Harry's world, like how the Weasleys use Floo powder to travel through fireplaces. The scenes at the beginning where Harry gets locked in his room by the Dursleys and Ron's brothers rescue him by ripping out the bars were really exciting. And I thought it was hilarious when they took the flying car to Hogwarts after missing the train! There were some pretty scary parts too though. I definitely wouldn't want to come face to face with the basillisk that lived in the Chamber! The descriptions of the giant snake made me shudder. And I felt awful for poor Hermione when she got petrified by the basillisk just because she's Muggle-born. It's not fair to treat people differently because of their blood status. I'm glad Harry and Ron didn't let that stop them from trying to solve the mystery and save Hogwarts. My only complaint is that I wish we got to see more of Harry's nemesis Draco Malfoy and professor Severus Snape in this book. They're such interesting characters and I wanted to know what new evil schemes they were up to. Maybe they'll have bigger roles in the next book though!Overall, I absolutely loved Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. It had everything - danger, excitement, magic, friendship, humor, and great messages about embracing our differences and not judging people. I can't wait to read the third book to see what Harry and his friends get up to next at Hogwarts! I'm sure it will be another thrilling adventure. This series is my new favorite!Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - A Book Review (中文版本)哇,真是一本了不起的书!J.K.罗琳的《哈利·波特与密室》实在太棒了。
书评英语作文初中Book Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone。
I recently finished reading "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" by J.K. Rowling, and I must say that it was an absolutely enchanting and captivating read. This book is the first installment in the beloved Harry Potter series, and it sets the stage for the magical world that Rowling has created. The story follows a young boy named Harry Potter who discovers that he is a wizard and is invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. As Harry navigates through the challenges and adventures of his new life, he learns about his past, his destiny, and the power of friendship and bravery. One of the things that I loved most about this book is the rich and imaginative world that Rowling has created. Harry Potter Book ReviewHarry Potter, an extraordinary fantasy series written by British author J.K. Rowling, is one of the best and most vivid books I have ever read. The series of Harry Potter is an account of the life of a young wizard Harry and his friends Ron and Hermione, all of whom are students at Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft. With the help of his friends and teachers, Harry finally defeats Voldemort, the Dark wizard who intends to dictate the magic world as well as the muggles’ world. As a loyal reader of Harry Potter, I’m deeply impressed by the magic world that J.K. Rowling portrays, which is so imaginative that I really yearn for Harry’s school life. Truly, I’m inspired by Harry’s bravery as well as strong-minded spirit and moved by his precious friendship with Ron and Hermione. Although he undergoes an unfortunate childhood, Harry never gives in to the hardships. He shoulders his responsibility to fight against Voldemort, moves forwards with faith and successfully saves the world. From my perspective, the adventurous stories of Harry tell us that the justice will eventually conquer the evil. Everyone encounters ups and downs in our life, but we should not only have faith in our future but also pluck up our courage to struggle to win.Above all, Harry Potter is an absolute classic. It’s totall y engaging and impossible to put down once you have really got into it, so I’d recommend it as a holiday read.。

The Book Review of Harry PorterWhen read the book my first time, I feel very exciting and interesting. So I read it again and again, each time I have different feelings, sometimes I even feel as if I’m one of Potter’s partners. Everything is in here: suspense, adventure, mystery, humor and danger. There's even some pretty satisfying paybacks. The characters are fantastic and fantastically realistic. There are bad people who turn out to be good guys and good people who turn out to be bad guys, just like life. This shows that when you make a decision to go against the rules that things may not go as you expected and you have to take responsibility for the outcome.。

对哈利波特的评价英文版篇一J`K.Rowling, who is a famous writer in the world, is famous with thenovel--Harry Potter. It is a series novel that attracts numbers of people in the world. As an author, J.K.Rowling has written fiction since she was a child. Born in 1965, she grows up in Chepstow and wrote her first "book" at the age of six--a story about a ribbit called Rabbit. She studied French and Classical at Exeter University, then moved to Londonto work at Amnesty International, and then to Portugal to teach Engliash as a foteign language, before settling in Edinburg. The idea for Harry Potter occured to hei on the train from Manchester to London, where she says Harry Potter"just strolled into my head fully formed",and by the time she had arrived at King's Cross, many of the characters had taken shape. In the last book--Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it isthe final fighting between Harry and Voldemort. Because of the thing that Voldemort don't understand and was not spare a glance for it, he finally died. Heis able to accept, understand even including his mistakes and weakness. He is great because he sees everything brightly and leisurely went to death. On the other hand, he is only a child, who wants to have a peaceful life, to have an intact family that he canlive with his father and mother, and get love from them. For that reason, when he knew the story about the Deathly Hallows, he wanted to find them, especially the Resurrection Stone, but later he realized that it is bad to own them and may course big problems, so he gave up and put them in somewhere that nobody can get them. They always had a conviction: “We must overcom e all the difficulties to defeat evil, and we learn to get much strong power, understand and know how to defeat our enemies, as long as we work together, we can overcome evil, justice will never defeat evil." With this belief, they will win, because evil can not defeat justice.”The other role, Severus Snape, the Slytherin who loved a Gryfindor. | Before that Ihated him for his prejudice against Harry, and his haughtiness. And in the end Lilly fell in love with James Potter, Harry’s father, maybe that’s the biggest reason for Snape’s hatred for the Potters. His love is so great that he can sacrifice himself to protect Harry even if he hates him as he does to James.I still remember his words“I love lily,I protect him,but I do not want him know.”No mtter how Harry potter hate him,no matter how much press he must have to bear,no matter how cruel Voldemort is ,he still love Lily ,he still insist his belief,he stillprotect Harry Potter. As a reader said that you can not do the evaluation about Severus Snape before you have read the Deathly Hallows.Hermione is a Muggle-born Gryffindor student, and the best friend of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. Rowling also claims that her feminist conscience is saved by Hermione, "who's the brightest character" and is a "very strong female character".Hermione's name is derived from William Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale; Rowling claimed that she wanted it to be unusual since if fewer girls shared her name, fewer girls would get teased for it and it seemed that "a pair of professional dentists, who liked to prove how clever they are...gave [her] an unusual name that no-one could pronounce." Her original last name was "Puckle", but Rowling felt the name "did not suit her at all", and so the less frivolous Granger made it into the books. Rowling confirmed in a 2004 interview that Hermione is an only child. I ammoving by the characters in the novel and the story itself. I've just fininshed reading the Harry Potter books for about the 5th time through, and they're just as magical and affecting as they have ever been. This shows that when you make a decision to go against the rules that things may not go as you expected and you have to take responsibility for the outcome.对哈利波特的评价英文版篇二I think most of you must know Harry Potter ,even youhaven’t read it.(我想大多数人都知道哈利·波特,即使你没有读过它。
哈利波特读后感总评【中英文实用版】Title: Overall Review of Harry PotterTitle: 哈利波特读后感总评I finished reading the Harry Potter series a few days ago, and I am still under its spell. This magical world that J.K.Rowling has created is truly captivating, and it is hard to believe that it all started with a simple idea about a boy who discovers he is a wizard.我几天前刚读完《哈利波特》系列,至今仍沉浸在这个魔法世界中。
J.K.罗琳创造的这个世界真是令人着迷,很难相信它始于一个关于一个男孩发现自己是一名巫师的简单想法。

The World of Harry Potter06国教英教1班王薇0602025 The summer of 2007 saw the ending of Harry Potter., a world famous fantasy series written by J.K.. Rowling. However, the story of the boy named Harry is now beloved by more and more people all over the world from all works of life.As a loyal reader of Harry Potter , I love every adventurous story of Harry and his fellow friends and those lovely characters in the books. I believe that to many people like me, Harry Potter is not just a regular, common name, but the name of an amazing person, full of bravery, courage, integrity, love, knowledge, and understanding. And among these seven books, I love the first one especial, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone .Not only because it brings me to the world of magic and fantasy, but because it is an emblem of the friendship between me and my intimate friend who brings Harry to me.Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone tells a story about an ordinary boy who named Harry and lives in a cupboard under the stairs at his Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon's house. And he thinks is normal for someone like him whose parents have been killed in a car crash. He is bullied by them especially by his fat, spoilt cousin Dudley, and thus living a very unremarkable life with only the odd hiccup (like his hair growing back overnight!) to cause him much to think about. It is until an owl turns up with a letter addressed to Harry that all the things overturned! He is literally rescued by a world where nothing is as it seems and magic lessons are the order of the day. He is a wizard! Then he goes into Diagonal Alley , through 3/4 Platform ,takes the Hogwarts Express and finally arrives Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft, where he will start his adventurous life. In Hogwarts he knows Ron and Hermione, his true friends of life time, and Dumbledore who is the most wonderful teacher in the world. In his first year in Hogwarts he has flying lessons and feels the most honorable moment in his life after he wins the Quidditch,an intriguing sports game played on broom. He finds out the secret of the Philosopher’s Stone and finally defeat s Voldemort ,the evil wizard in the story who try to dictate the magic world as well as the muggles’ world(the world where ordinary people live in ) in a face-to-face confliction. This is the most frequent reviewed volume of Harry Potter books by me. I love every detail in it. We can have an imagination of the ugly and irritating goblin in Gringotts, the bank in the Diagonal Alley., the Chocolate Frogs which will flee from you if you miss to catch it, the Sorting Hat who can sing and sort students to the four houses——Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. There are so many novel stuff and events in this magic world. To me , the most impressive two are platform nine and three-quarters and the mirror of Erised.Platform nine and three-quarters is the platform where the Hogwarts Express stops. As a matter of fact ,there is only a solid wall between platformnine and ten, not mention a big enough platform which can hold a train. At first, Harry thinks it must have something mistaken till he finds the Weasleys. Now the puzzle is revealed——if one wants to reach the platform nine and three-quarters, he need run throng the wall between platform nine and ten. That is wonderful! I never think of that dashing towards a wall will probably discovery a new world. This brings me to the story of Mao Mountain Taoist ,who boasts that he has magic and can do what ordinary people cannot. Once he is asked by people to show a bit of his magic by go through a wall. The too confident Taoist sings a weird song and runs all the way to the wall .Out of his expectations, the wall doesn’t vanish or become soft. It is still an intact cement wall. These two story both entail a plot of rushing through a wall, but we can see absolutely different consequent. And what lies behind the stories is the different notion between Chinese and the western .As we can see from the story of Mao Mountain Taoist ,education in China tends to be admonishing children not to do what seem to be unbelievable, not to discover the unknown .The wall do be something one cannot go through, and children in China should all remember not to be an unrealistic person full of fantasy about nothing. On the contrary, the westerners encourage the children to explore themselves. Their education is encouraging and full of motivation and creativity. They won’t just tell children a story and accordingly, require children not to do something or do something out of their norms no matter whether the children really understand .Behind the wall is not a serious lesson that one cannot do what seems to be formidable but a totally new world one can enjoy. Educations in west give children courage to discover the world and become initiative. No wonder western children are more creative than Chinese children. The other detail I love best is the mirror of Erised. It is a magical mirror in which one can see his desire .And thus everyone will see different image in it, but only those who have no desire will see themselves. Harry sees his family in the mirror because he is longing for family life. Ron sees he wins the Quidditch and becomes the captain of his team. Dumbledore sees he gets a Christmas stock teemed with presents. People like the mirror of Erised because it can realize everyone’s dream. However it will drive people mad, because the world it fabricates is not real. Everyone has desire and equate desire we can call it pursuit of happiness, but too more is evil and disastrous. Excessive desire will devastate one’s life and distort one’s opinion of happiness. The mirror of Erised reflects a wise philosophy of life.I read Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone at the age of fifteen when the mysterious world unfolds itself before me. There are so many decisions waiting for me to make and so many expectations from family and teachers. Sometimes I feel at a loss and not knowing which road to go. At these days when my true self is shaping, it is pains-taking to think a lot of questions, to shoulder responsibility and meet my destiny bravely. Nevertheless, I met my life long friend at that time just as Harry meets Ron and Hermione. She always screws me up when I am down and share her joyfulness and troubles withme .She makes life different and school life never seems to be burdensome and boring. It was at my fifteenth birthday that she gave me this book to remind me that life is full of surprises, be ready to accept challenges and be gallant to face with difficulties.Truly ,I am inspired by Harry’s courage and moved by his friendship with Ron and Hermione. At the sacrifice of his mother, Harry survives. He grows under his uncle’s bullies but never surrenders to the dark side of life. He takes on the mission of fate and fights with You-Know-Who (Voldemort ) and never loses faith in truth , kindness and beauty. With the help of his friends Harry finally saves the world. The three of them help each other and at every crucial moment they are will tightly linked together. Hermione who weighs school grade and marks best runs a risk to be dropped out of school to make a potion to help Harry. Though Ron sometimes has conflict with Harry, but he always stands out when Harry needs him. He will even sacrifice himself when they track Voldemort and have to play true-man chess. Ron narrowly gets killed. They hang on to each other.Harry is the hero everyone dreams of reading about. Kind, yet hard, brave, yet still fearful. He enchants us with his remarkable story and powers that he takes us to a place beyond the far reaches of our reality, into our wildestf antasies and dreams, and urges children and adults alike to have courage. Let’s start our journey in the world of Harry Potter.。
