JL系列集成电路电流继电器1. 概述JL系列集成电路电流继电器(以下简称继电器)适用于发电机、变压器和输电线的过负荷和短路保护装置中,作为起动元件。
本继电器为集成电路静态型继电器,因而精度高、功耗小、动作时间快、返回系数高、整定直观方便、整定范围宽,可以替代更换电磁型电流继电器,但必须提供直流辅助电源。
(根据用户要求可提供逆变电源或电阻降压的任一形式电源) JL系列型集成电路电流继电器根据用户要求提供多种结构满足用户取代DL-10、DL-20、DL-30系列电磁型电流继电器的要求。
2. 原理说明继电器原理框图本继电器为静态型继电器,采用进口集成电路构成。
继电器主要由电压形成、定值整定、整流、滤波、逻辑判别、出口等回路组成,为使继电器有足够宽的整定范围,继电器定值做成二档,用倍率开关进行切换。
同时按照电磁式继电器的习惯方式,线圈采用串并联方式,使其量程可扩大一倍,继电器内部电路均采用集成电路电子技术构成,采用数字式拨盘开关来调节动作定值。
JL系列静态电流继电器是电磁式电流继电器的更新换代产品,能替代DL-10、20、30系列电流继电器。

该数字式时间继电器适用于交流50Hz(60Hz),额定工作电压380V, 直流电压至220V的机床电气或自动控制电路中,可按预定的时间和工作程序接通和分断电路。
