1. Expressing your thanks for order, offer, counter-offer or acceptance.

2. The main contents of an acceptance/confirmation letter
(1) Thank the senders for their offers, counter-offers or acceptance. (2) Declare that you accept the offer or confirm the acceptance from the senders.

Marks mainly include shipping marks, indicative marks and warning marks.
Warning marks are usually made up of simple geometrical diagrams, word descriptions and particular pictures. It is also called dangerous cargo mark or shipping mark for dangerous commodities, which is brushed clearly on the shipping packing of the inflammable, explosive, poisonous, corrosive or radioactive goods, so as to give warning to the workers, such as “explosives, poison, hazardous article”, etc.
