Unit 1 Welcome to Our School
Good morning! Welcome to Xinhua Vocational
School. My name is Li Lei. I am a new student of this
school. I'm very glad to meet you here today.
Look, this is the classroom building of our school.
There are sixty classrooms, eighteen labs and many
teachers' rooms in this building. Our classroom is on
the third floor. It is large and bright. There are fifty
students in our class. That building is the school
library. It is a new building. There are a lot of books
in it. There are four reading rooms in the library. We
can read and study in the reading rooms after class.
Do you see the red building next to the library? That
is the students' dormitory. There is a large dining-hall
and many bedrooms in it. Now let's go to the
playground of our school. This way, please. Oh, here

1.导入
介绍书上第五页的两幅图,可以通过提问的方式引起学生的思考。比如有哪些人,他们在哪里,干些什么。

也可以有请同学自己上台表演对话,增加学习乐趣。通过简单的对话进行上节课的巩固复习,同时对学生口语能力进行一定的提高。
2. 单词学习
(1)教师用课件出示本课单词图片,science lab, many, language, well 的发音以及意思。并通过简单记忆的游戏进行新单词巩固学习。
(2)认识学校的各种教室。参观式学习,将同学置于学习场景中。
(3)引出新句型:This is…/ We often have…/ How many…

教学设计
一、教学分析
本课教学内容为人教版〔精通〕小学英语五年级下册第一单元第2课,本课内容主要是重点练习第1课的核心句型和单词,熟练运用句型:Welcome to our
school. We often borrow books from the library.教学采用多样化的教学手段,给学生提供学习与运用语言的时机,提高学生的英语交际能力。并通过学习引导学生进行交际,并培养学生从了解学校到热爱学校的积极情绪。
二、学情分析
五年级还处于英语学习的起始阶段,所以一切教学活动的设计和开展应符合学生的心理和生理特点,遵循语言学习的规律,用多种手段激发学习兴趣,力求使学生在生动活泼的课堂活动中掌握英语根底知识,提高听、说、读、写能力。
三、教学目标:
1. 知识目标:
〔1〕能够听、说、读、写以下词汇:welcome, meet, our, library,能够听说读写句子Welcome to our school.
〔2〕能够听、说、读句子We often borrow books from the library.
2. 能力目标:
〔1〕能够正确理解词汇borrow和句式We often borrow books from the library.
〔2〕能够灵活运用句式:Welcome to …进行对话。
3. 情感目标:从对话上整体让学生感知、模仿、学习和体验,最终引导学生进行交际,并培养学生从了解学校到热爱学校的积极情绪。
