乙方需按照甲方要求上报进场工人花名册，并保证花名册真实且与实际情况相符。

如甲方另行委托或采购部分需纳入乙方管理范畴（代办手续等），乙方需收取甲方委托的第三方该部分造价%的管理费用（需由乙方代为缴纳的税金由甲方另行承担）。
