中华人民共和国建设部二○○○年二月二十二日第3 页前言《消防通信指挥系统设计规范》是根据建设部建标[1997]108号文件的要求,在主编部门公安部领导下,由主编单位公安部沈阳消防科学研究所会同北京市消防局、邮电部北京设计院、福建省消防局、中国建筑东北设计院和上海市消防局等六个单位共同编制的。
本规范在编制过程中,总结了我国消防通信指挥系统建设实践经验,吸取了先进的科研成果,参考了国内外有关标准规范,广泛征求了全国有关单位和专家的意见,经过多次修改形成送审稿,并通过审查会审查。
根据审查会意见,对送审稿作了进一步修改,完成了目前的定稿。
本规范共分八章,其主要内容包括:总则,术语,系统的技术构成,系统功能及主要性能要求,系统设备的配置及其功能要求,系统的软件及其设计要求,系统的供电、接地、布线及设备用房要求和系统相关环境技术条件。

本文阐述了如何利用进站信号机开放引导信号的两种方法,分别就采用条件、办理方法、解锁方法和注意事项等进行介绍,为在校生学习和企业员工现场实际作业提供一定的参考。
关键词:接发列车工作 引导接车 引导进路锁闭 引导总锁闭安全始终是铁路运输永恒的主题。
接发列车工作中的非正常情况下行车组织是安全最容易失控的环节之一,铁路快速发展带来的列车运行速度不断提高、密度不断加大,造成的设备故障出现频率的增加,导致了非正常情况下接发列车次数的增加,给接发列车工作的安全带来了全新的挑战。
在非正常情况下的接车作业中,用到最多的就是引导接车。
1 概念凡进站、接车进路信号机不能使用或在双线区段由反方向开来列车而无进站信号机时,应采用引导办法接车。
正常情况下开放进站、接车进路信号接车,设备会检查一系列联锁条件。
只有满足规定的联锁条件信号才能够开放。
而当进站、接车进路信号机不能使用或在双线区段由反方向开来列车而无进站信号机时,是不可能开放信号接车的。
为避免列车长时间停在机外,影响运行秩序,必须绕过或部分绕过这些联锁条件将列车接入站内,这就是引导接车。
2 分类引导接车的类型一共有3种:2.1 引导进路锁闭2.2 引导总锁闭2.3 引导手信号《技规》第359条中要求:“进站、接车进路信号机不能使用时,应开放引导信号。
引导信号不能开放或无进站信号机时,应派引导人员接车”。
引导进路锁闭和引导总锁闭都是利用进站信号机开放的引导信号来办理接车。
引导信号在进站信号机上显示为红灯和白灯的组合。
3 引导进路锁闭利用引导进路锁闭引导接车时,进路还按进路锁闭方式进行,在控制台或屏幕上能看到光带,也称为进路式引导。
