单机试车方案国电英力特宁东甲醇项目单机试车方案编制:审核:批准:HSE会签:中国化学工程第十四建设有限公司国电宁东项目部二?一三年四月二十五日第一章工程概况与编制依据 1.1 工程概况国电英力特能源化工集团有限公司宁东120万吨/年煤基多联产项目C标段工程,主要是净化和合成装置区域,其主要工作内容为:,)净化装置,具体包括:变换(705)、热回收(713)、低温甲醇洗(706)、CO分离(707)、硫回收(708)、甲醇装置变电所(302A)全部建筑安装工程。
,)合成装置,具体包括:合成(801)、精馏(802)、氢气提纯(803)、合成压缩机厂房(672)、冷冻站(223)、废甲醇罐区(191)、甲醇装置泡沫站(502)、本标段装置管廊(716B)全部建筑安装工程。
本方案为净化合成装置设备单机试运行指导性文件,需经建设单位及审批,单机试运行前参加此工作的人员应熟读此文件并严格按本方案执行,本方案内容包括:泵类、风机类的单机试运行等,压缩机单机试运行方案另行编制。
该装置动设备安装具有如下特点:本装置内动设备为70台泵,其中离心泵为62台,液下泵4台,柱塞泵2台,螺杆泵2台。
最大泵为甲醇贫液泵(P021605A/B)的进口压力为0.06MPa,出口压力为7.2MPa;最高转速为2960r/min(<3000r/min);最大功率为1250KW。
机泵单体试车分2种方式进行,一种采用与机泵连接的塔、槽为临时贮槽,以泵的进出口管道为主要连接管,必要时用钢管或塑料软管加以连通,让试车泵组成简单的闭合回路,进行试车。
另一种方式,用3~5mm钢板制作一个上部敞口的矩形水箱,将泵的进出口管线接至水箱,在短距离内形成循环回路,进行泵的试运行。

2、型式:超高压、一次中间再热、单轴双缸双排汽、冲动、凝汽式汽轮机。
3、额定功率:125000KW。
4、最大功率:131000KW。
5、额定转速:3000r/min。
6、旋转方向:自汽轮机向发电机看为顺时针方向。
7、临界转速:汽轮机高、中压转子的临界转速为1880转/分,•低压转子的临界转速为4200转/分。
汽轮发电机组轴系临界转速:一阶为1200转/分,二阶为1900-2100转/分。
8、额定主蒸汽压力:13.24Mpa。
连续运行(任何12个月运行期间的平均)正常允许值为:13.24MPa;最高连续运行(在保证连续运行的平均压力为额定值的前提下)允许值为:13.73MPa,最低为12.75MPa。
9、额定主蒸汽温度: 535℃。

IS150-125-315A型单级单吸离心清水泵,适用于工业和城市给排水,亦可用于农业排灌。
用于输送清水或物理及化学性质类似于水的其他液体,被输送液体温度不高于80℃,允许进口压力0.6MPa.
IS150-125-315A型卧式单级离心泵结构型式:
泵为卧式安装,水平轴向吸入,向上径向吐出。
泵为悬架式结构,检修时不需拆卸进、出口管路,即可退出转子部件进行检修。
泵是通过普通弹性联轴器或加长弹性联轴器与电动机联结,泵的轴封采用软填料密封。
轴承为单列向心球轴承,采用润滑油润滑。

SLD SLD Model SLD pump consists of four parts,stator,rotor,bea-ring and shaft seal:1.Stator consists of inlet,middle and outlet sections andthe guide vane etc.,with the take-up bolt tightly clamping all sections to form a working room.The inlet of it stands horizontally while the outlet vertically upward.2.Rotor consists of the shaft,impeller,balancing disk and muff etc.,the shaft passes the power to the impeller to have it work;the balancing disk balances the axial force;and replaceable muff is mounted on both sides of the shaft to protect it.3.There are rolling and sliding bearings:The rolling bearing consists of bearing seat,bearing and bearing gland and uses grease for lubrication.The sliding bearing consists of bearing body and cover,liner,dust-proof disk,oil leveller,oil throwing ring etc.,and uses thinned oil for lubrication.4.The shaft is sealed with stuffing and the shaft seal consi-sts of the sealing contents,stuffing,baffle.The liquid in the sealing work-room functions water-sealing,water-cooling and water lubricating and the water for water-sealing comes from the pressure water inside of the pump.In addition,the pump is directly actuated by the prime 一对相互啮合的按一定传动比反向旋转的螺旋形转子,水平且平行配置于机体内部,具有凸齿的转子为阳转子,通常它与原动机连接,功率由此输入。
具有凹齿的转子称为阴转子。
在阴、阳转子的两端(吸气端和排气端)各有一只滚柱轴承承受径向力量,在两转子的排气端各有一只四点轴承,该轴承承受轴向推力。
位于阳转子吸气端轴颈尾部的平衡活塞起平衡轴向力减少四点轴承的负荷的作用。
在阴、阳转子的下部,装有一个由油缸内油活塞带动的能量调节滑阀,由电磁(或手动)换向阀控制,可以在15%~100%范围内实现制冷量的无级调节,并能保证压缩机处于低位启动,以达到小的启动扭矩,滑阀的工作位置可通过能量传感机构转换为能量百分数,并且在机组的控制盘上显示出来。
