该装置安装一套年处理量8000吨的预处理装置将现有生产线生产的AKD 中甲苯含量从2000-15000ppm减低至1000ppm以下;并进入刮膜蒸发器系统继续处理至10ppm以下。
本工艺装置的危险区域分类为CLASS II,GROUP B,DIVITION 2。
本套PLC系统置于配备空调系统的操作室和机柜室内(非防爆区),其运行环境条件为:温度:夏天24—28℃,冬天16—20℃。
