其实我不太喜欢吃蟹黄,总觉得跟吃蛋黄似的,于我而言,公蟹的蟹膏更能满足我,膏似凝脂,味道鲜美,真是“此味只应天上有,人间难得几回尝”啊!这香辣蟹并不是最惊艳的,最令我垂涎三尺,毫无抵抗力的是它的汤汁。
色泽诱人,飘香十里,味道浓郁,真可谓珍馐美馔。

我们刚坐下,一位服务员便笑盈盈地迎过来,说“你们四位点什么菜!”我熟练地报出菜名,随后便面静心焦地等待着,时间一分一秒地过去······佳肴送上来了,啊,真是色香味俱全!翡翠龙鱼锅香气飘溢,雪白的鱼片上是红绿相称的辣椒和香喷喷的黑胡椒粒,就像雪地上撒了五颜六色的花赏心悦目;闻一下,一股辣椒味扑面而来,浓郁的香味沁人心脾。
我迫不及待地夹起鱼片往嘴里送,轻轻一嚼,嗬!口感滑溜,鱼肉鲜嫩,味道醇香,真是一种神仙般的享受!爽口木耳也是我的最爱,乌黑的木耳与鲜红的辣椒,香浓微辣的酱汁交织在一起,闪烁着黑色的光泽,让人眼睛发亮。
微烟飘出,一股酸中带甜的气息直冲鼻翼,咸、甜、酸、辣、鲜、香六种味道相得益彰,妙不可言。
乳白色的大骨浓汤沸腾翻滚时像起伏的波浪,甜美的浓汤点缀着深棕色的牛肉带着青菜投进锅里,混合着金针菇、土豆,上下翻腾。
咬着又香又脆的菠萝飞饼,配上可口的浓汤,简直飘飘欲仙。
望着满桌的佳肴,我尽情地享受,一会儿大口大口地吃龙鱼片,一会儿吃爽口木耳,一会儿又吃飞饼和大骨浓汤,忘记了餐桌文明,看不见邻桌友善的笑容,简直是“丑态百出”。
