摘要 设计实现了一种基于C8 051 F41 0为核心的
高稳定性和高性价比气体流量仪。利用 c8051F41 0单片机片内的A/D和0/A转换器来
采集和输出信号,从而达到控制质量流量控 制器的目的。该流量仪具有电路设计简单、
可靠性好、性价比高、检测精度高等优点。
