1 激发初中生的写作兴趣爱因斯坦曾经说过：“兴趣是最好的老师。

”有了兴趣，学生就会积极参与，产生主动把事情做好的欲望，因此，要想提高学生的写作水平就要注意创设情境，激发学生的写作动机和兴趣。

1.1 适当降低要求，减小心里压力。

老师可以布置有推荐主题的读书笔记，每周要求至少写八百字，每两周检查一次，但是对质量没有硬性的要求，这样的话相对来说比较随性，学生写起来会比较轻松，也能够扩大学生的阅读量，待逐步培养起学生的写作兴趣，然后再逐步提高对学生的写作要求。

1.2 创设情境，活跃气氛，激发学生的写作兴趣。

写作时，可以创设一些有趣的活动、情境，提出一些让人深思的问题，让学生感到不仅有理可写，而且还写起来还很轻松有趣。

1.3 注重讲评，激发学生的写作热情。

学生写好作文以后，老师先不着急做点评，我们让学生自己来。

首先，我们把“中考作文批改标准”教给大家，让学生根据标准进行互批，然后再进行小组交流，推荐出佳作在班级内进行交流展示。

在学生了解了评判标准，知道什么是优秀作文，什么地方需要修改的情况下，还愁写不出好的作文吗？其次，在学生点评之后，还是需要老师进行二次批改的，主要是对班级作文的整体情况进行把控，对学生的批改进行鉴定，筛选出班级里写的好的作文进行点评、赏析，打印出来，附上老师的评语，在教室进行展示，被展示的同学心里一定乐开了花，对自己下次的写作一定要求会更严，兴趣产生了，能力提高了，写作高手自然而然也就诞生了。

学生的佳作不可能在一节作文课上就能展示完，因此，老师可以每堂语文课上带上一篇，在课前或者课后进行欣赏，表扬并且激励。

2 指导学生积累写作素材俗话说“巧妇难为无米之炊”，没有素材的文章就会显得很空洞。
