初中英语教研活动简报（通用5篇）初中英语教研活动简报1进一步加强我区初中英语教研队伍建设，深入贯彻落实市、区“双减”相关文件及市教研会精神，10月13日，大足区初中英语中心教研组研讨会在大足区龙西中学举行。

本次会议由区教师进修校初中英语教研员唐文杰老师主持，第三届大足区初中英语中心教研组成员，各初中学校英语教研组组长及七年级备课组长参与了研讨活动。

本次大会是在“双减”背景下的教学研讨活动，也是新一届大足区初中英语中心教研组成立大会。

区进修校教研员唐文杰在研讨活动开始之前介绍了新一届的中心教研组成立情况，感谢上届中心教研组成员们对大足初中英语教育的贡献和付出，对新一届成员们提出了希望和要求，希望中心教研组更能在全区的英语教学中发挥示范引领作用，提升教学水平和科研能力，为大足教育做出新的贡献。

然后大足中学鲜艳艳老师执教了《“双减”背景下的英语语音教学》示范课。

该课以一条故事线——“拯救5个元音字母a,e,i,o,u”为线索，在课堂上用游戏、小组活动等方式一步一步引领学生探索5个元音字母的发音规则，识别开音节闭音节，理解5个元音字母的两种读音规则。

再运用读音规则来完成任务，使学生在合作、探究中去体会、感悟和运用所学知识。

鲜老师擅长利用希沃白板创设有趣的课堂活动，使学生们在活动中学，课堂生动有趣，充分激发和调动了学生的学习积极性。

课后鲜老师介绍了该课的设计思路以及自己的课堂教学反思。

接着全体参会教师积极讨论，就该堂课的优缺点进行了探讨交流，群策群力，提出了宝贵的建议。

其中，大足中学陈冠杰老师分享了语音教学的四个阶段：第一个阶段，学生感知语音；第二个阶段，学生认知语音；第三个阶段，学理解语音；第四个阶段，学生运用语音。

对语音教学提出了很好的建议。

针对“双减”政策的落实，参会老师们做了很好的交流。

城南中学英语教研组长江峡、龙西中学副校长潘青会、大足中学何清老师分别带来了主题讲座《“双减“政策在初中英语教学的落实》，《“双减”背景下的英语作业布置探索》，《“双减”下的初中英语高效课堂和高效作业设计思考》。
