fashion similar to that of mobile phones.

(channel A – D and E – H*), e.g. for sensors for measuring pressure,
temperature or flow rate.
The four input jacks can be doubled by plugging in Y-adapters.

H*): Channel H can be used for sensors with an analog signal as well as for voltage
measurements of -10 V to +10 V.

This Getting Started Guide outlines the basic steps for conducting a simple measurement
(measured values shown in display) and recording a measurement curve (graph of measured
values). These examples involve pressure measurement using 2 pressure transducers with
sensor detection (HSI sensors). For a detailed description of all the settings, see Detailed
Operating Instructions.

The examples are based on the factory settings of the HMG 3000. Simply follow the steps
described here. If you don’t know the status of your HMG 3000 because there might be more
than one user in your company using the HMG, you can simply restore the unit to its condition
as supplied (see Administration Settings — Restorie factory settings).

Preparation in Advance of Performing a Measurement 进行测量的前期准备
First charge the batteries or connect the power supply as described in Power Supply. Two

in the following example.
