脂联素对正常胰岛的胰岛素分泌影响无显著性;在胰岛素抵抗者的胰岛,低糖环境下抑制胰岛素产生,高糖环境下则促进胰岛素分泌。

脂联素可以提高胰腺β细胞内腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)的活性,但其活性的增加并未伴随ATP比例的增加以及钙离子通道开放的增加;相反,AMPK的激活却抑制胰岛素的分泌。

因此,脂联素对胰岛β细胞分泌功能的作用及其与AMPK相关的内在机制值得进一步研究。

关键词:脂联素;糖尿病;β细胞分泌功能;腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶Study Progress of the E ffect of Adiponectin on Secretary Function of B eta Cell BO Lin,WU Xiao2 hong,LIU Chao.(Department o f Endocrinology,the Fir st Affiliated Hospital o f Nanjing Medical Univer sity, Nanjing210029,China)Abstract:Adiponectins is an im portant adipocyte factors,which is not only related to insulin resistance, but als o can affect the secretary function of Beta cell.H owever,its acition and the mechanism is still in cont2 roversy.Adiponectins had no obvious effect on the insulin secretion of normal islets,it can inhibit insulin pro2 duction of islet with insulin insuin resistance under low carbohydrates,while can prom ote the insulin produc2 tion under high glucose.Adiponectin can im prove the activity of AMPK in islet,but its activity can not in2 crease accom panying with the increasing ratio of ATP and the increasion of opening of calcium channel.On the contratory,the activation of AMPK can inhibit the insulin secretion.S o the effect of adiponectins on the secretary function of beta cells and the mechanism about its ass ociation with AMPK needs further studying.K ey w ords:Adiponectin;Diabetes;Secretary function of Beta cell;AMP2activated protein kinase 脂联素是脂肪细胞分泌的一种重要的脂肪因子。
