你和好朋友去你叔叔的农场英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Last summer, my best friend Tommy and I got to visit my Uncle Jack's farm for a whole week! It was the most fun I've ever had. Uncle Jack's farm is way out in the countryside, miles and miles away from the city where we live. The journey there was already an adventure. Mom and Dad drove us in our minivan for what felt like forever. The road became smaller and smaller until it was just a little two-lane road winding through fields and hills. Tommy and I pressed our faces against the windows, watching the city disappear behind us. We didn't have any video games or phones to keep us busy, but we didn't even mind. There was so much to see! Finally, we turned down a long dirt driveway and arrived at the farm. Uncle Jack was waiting for us, dressed in his trademark overalls and dirty baseball cap. He had a huge smile on his weathered face. "Well if it isn't my favorite nephew!" he boomed, giving me a big hug that squeezed the breath out of me. Then heshook Tommy's hand enthusiastically. "And you must be Tommy! I've heard all about you. Welcome to Prairie Farm!"The farm seemed huge to me. There was the big red barn, a silo, sheds, tractor equipment, and fenced pastures stretching out in every direction. Animals were everywhere - cows, horses, chickens, pigs, even a couple of goats. And the smells...it was all kinds of unfamiliar scents that seemed to hang heavy in the summer air."This place is awesome!" Tommy grinned at me. I could tell he was just as excited as I was.Uncle Jack showed us around, letting us pet thecows and horses (but not get too close to the ornery mules). We collected eggs from the chicken coop and slopped the pigs, which was pretty gross but fun. Everything seemed like a new adventure. After the grand tour, Uncle Jack put us to work. "If you're gonna stay on a farm, you gotta earn your keep!" he told us with a wink. So we spent a lot of time doing chores - feeding animals, mucking out stalls, gathering firewood, stuff like that. It was hard work, but it felt good to be helping out. What I liked just as much as the animal chores were the other kinds of farm work. We got to explore the fields, ride onthe tractors, go fishing in the pond, stuff like that. Uncle Jack taught us how to bait a hook properly, and showed us how to tell when vegetables were ripe and ready to be picked. One day, we had a crazy adventure with the goats. Uncle Jack's goats, Buddy and Beatrice, got out of their pen and went wandering. We had to go trailing after them, chasing them around the farm and the woods for hours before we finally got them back in their pen. We were scratched, muddy, sweaty messes by the end, but laughing the whole time.Every evening, we'd go back to the farmhouse for a big family dinner with Uncle Jack, Aunt Sarah, and their two kids, our older cousins. Aunt Sarah is an amazing cook, making all kinds of good old-fashioned country foods. We'd stuff ourselves on chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, corn on the cob, sweet potato pie, you name it. Then after dinner, we'd sit on the porch as the summer evening settled in, looking out over the peaceful fields as fireflies started to blink in the dusky light. Some nights after that, Uncle Jack would build a campfire outside, and we'd roast marshmallows for s'mores. Or we'd lay out sleeping bags and watch for shooting stars. Uncle Jack knew all the constellations and would point them out to us. The night sky looked so huge and brilliant without any city lights to dim it.On our last night there, we had a big bonfire and Uncle Jack let me drive his ancient rusty pickup truck around the fields a little. I was scared to drive at first, but it was actually kind of easy with the wide open spaces. I just had to avoid the cow patties! The week went by way too fast. Before we knew it, it was time to load up the minivan and head back to the city. I didn't want to leave. As we waved goodbye to Uncle Jack and Aunt Sarah, I had a lump in my throat. Spending time with my uncle and aunt and cousins, working on the farm, living close to nature and animals...it had all been such a wonderful experience, one that I'll never forget."I'm really going to miss this place," I told Tommy as we pulled out onto the road, leaving Prairie Farm behind.Tommy nodded. "Me too. You're so lucky to have your uncle's farm to visit. We have to come back again next summer for sure!""Yeah," I agreed, watching the farm disappear from view wistfully. "We definitely will."So that was my unforgettable summer on Uncle Jack's farm. I learned so much, had more fun than I could have imagined, and made memories that will last forever. If you ever get a chance tospend time on a real working farm, I highly recommend you take it! It's an experience every kid should get to have at least once.篇2Certainly! Here's a 2000-word English essay written in the voice of an elementary school student, describing a visit to their uncle's farm with their best friend.Title: A Fun-Filled Adventure at Uncle's FarmIt was the first week of summer vacation, and I was so excited! No more homework, no more waking up early, and no more boring classes. Yay! My best friend, Lily, and I had made plans to visit my Uncle Jack's farm. We had been looking forward to this trip for months. On a bright and sunny Saturday morning, my parents drove us to Uncle Jack's farm, which was about two hours away from our town. The car ride seemed to last forever, but Lily and I kept ourselves entertained by playing road trip games and singing along to our favorite songs on the radio. As we approached the farm, I could see vast fields of corn and wheat stretching as far as the eye could see. There were also orchards with rows upon rows of apple and pear trees. The freshcountry air smelled so sweet and clean, unlike the city air we were used to.Uncle Jack greeted us with a warm smile and a big bear hug. He was a tall, strong man with weathered skin and callused hands from years of hard work on the farm. "Welcome to Harmony Farms!" he exclaimed. "I've got lots of fun activities planned for you kids."First, Uncle Jack took us on a tour of the farm. We saw the barns where the cows, horses, and chickens lived. Lily and I got to pet the soft, furry calves and collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We even saw a mama pig nursing her tiny, squealing piglets. It was so adorable!Next, we went to the fields and learned how to pick ripe strawberries and juicy blueberries. Lily and I had a blast, sampling the sweet berries straight from the bushes. Our faces and hands were stained purple and red, but we didn't care – it was delicious! After a hearty lunch of homemade sandwiches and lemonade, we helped Uncle Jack feed the animals. We tossed hay to the hungry cows and scattered corn kernels for the chickens. I even got to brush the gentle horses and braid their manes. In the afternoon, Uncle Jack took us on a hayride around the farm. We bounced up and down on the bumpy trailer, laughing and waving to the friendly neighbors we passed. The warm summer breeze felt amazing on our faces. As the sun began to set, we headed to the creek that ran through Uncle Jack's property. He taught us how to fish using bamboo poles and worms as bait. Lily caught the first fish – a tiny, wriggling trout! She was so proud of herself. I managed to catch a few fish too, and Uncle Jack showed us how to properly release them back into the water. After our fishing adventure, we built a campfire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores. The gooey, chocolatey treats were the perfect way to end our fun-filled day. As we sat around the crackling fire, Uncle Jack regaled us with tales of his childhood on the farm. Lily and I listened eagerly, our eyes wide with wonder. That night, we stayed in Uncle Jack's cozy guest room. Lily and I stayed up late, giggling and whispering about all the amazing things we had experienced that day. We couldn't wait to see what adventures awaited us the next morning. The rest of our stay at Uncle Jack's farm was just as exciting. We went on nature hikes, picked fresh fruits and vegetables fromthe gardens, and even helped bottle-feed the newborn lambs. Every day was filled with new discoveries and precious memories. On our last day, Uncle Jack surprised us with a special treat –a ride on his vintage tractor! Lily and I took turns sitting in the driver's seat, pretending to steer the massive machine as Uncle Jack guided us around the fields. We felt like real farmers! As we waved goodbye to Uncle Jack and his wonderful farm, Lily and I promised to come back again next summer. We had made so many cherished memories and learned so much about life on a farm. It was an adventure we would never forget.Looking back, that trip to Uncle Jack's farm was one of the highlights of my childhood. It taught me to appreciate the simple joys of nature and the hard work that goes into growing the food we eat. Most importantly, it strengthened the bond between me and my best friend, Lily. We shared an unforgettable experience that will forever connect us, no matter how far apart life may take us.篇3My Best Friend and I Visit Uncle's FarmLast summer, my best friend Timmy and I got to spend two whole weeks on my Uncle Bob's farm! It was the best summer vacation ever. Uncle Bob lives way out in the country, miles and miles away from the city where Timmy and I live. When we got dropped off at the farm, the first thing I noticed was how fresh the air smelled. Not like exhaust from cars and factories like back home, but clean with hints of flowers, trees, and soil."Doesn't that air smell amazing?" I asked Timmy as we stepped out of my dad's truck."Yeah, but what's that other smell?" Timmy crinkled his nose. We soon realized it was the smell of the farm animals!Uncle Bob came out of the big red barn to greet us. "Well if it isn't my favorite nephew and his buddy!" he hollered with a big grin. "Are you city boys ready for some real country fun?""You bet!" we shouted back excitedly. We could hardly contain our joy at being on a real working farm for the next two weeks. The first few days, Uncle Bob had us help out with some of the chores around the farm to get a taste of real farm life. We gathered eggs from the henhouse, milked the dairy cows, slopthe pigs, and clean out stalls in the barn. Hard work for sure, but also tons of fun!One of the best parts was getting to name all the new baby animals born that spring. There were several new calves, lots of frisky lambs, adorable piglets, and even a batch of fluffy baby chicks. I'll never forget the names we picked - Daisy, Buttercup, Beau, and Petey lives on as my favorites. When we weren't helping out, there was plenty of time for exploring every nook and cranny of the farm. We'd roam the wide open fields, playing make-believe games and watching for wildlife. We spotted rabbits, squirrels, deer, and even a sneaky fox a couple times! The woods around the farm edge were great for adventure hikes and fortress-building with fallen branches and leaves.Down by the creek, Timmy and I caught tadpoles and tiny fish with our bare hands. We'd keep them in jars for a while to examine up close before releasing them back into the cool, clear creek water. One day we spent hours just laying in the tall grass, watching clouds go by and making up crazy shapes they resembled. Simple pleasures, but wonderful memories.Every evening after a hearty home-cooked supper from Aunt May's kitchen, the whole family would sit out on the porch towatch the sunset. The vibrant pinks, oranges, and purples splashed across the wide open country sky looked like a painting. As the stars began to twinkle, we'd share stories and jokes with Uncle Bob and Aunt May until bedtime.Towards the end of our two weeks, the entire farm family got to experience something really special - a cow giving birth to a new calf! We all gathered in the barn as the mama cow went into labor. After a tense couple of hours, a tiny calf came sliding out to excited cheers and clapping. I'll never forget the wobbly little calf taking its first steps just minutes after being born. We all took turns snuggling the hours-old calf, amazed at the miracle of new life.On our final night, a huge bonfire was built out in the front field to celebrate our time on the farm. We roasted marshmallows, sang silly songs, and soaked in the peaceful country atmosphere one last time before heading back to the busy city the next morning. As the bonfire crackled and smoke drifted up to the starry sky, Timmy and I already couldn't wait to come back again next summer."Best two weeks ever, wasn't it?" I asked with a contented smile."Totally!" Timmy agreed. "I'm gonna miss all the animals though."I gave him a playful shove. "Me too, buddy. But we'll be back on the farm before you know it!"Saying goodbye to Uncle Bob and Aunt May the next morning wasn't easy. We thanked them a million times for giving us such an amazing farm experience. As we pulled away, I looked back to see them waving until we were out of sight. I knew then and there that I would absolutely cherish all the wonderful memories we made on their incredible family farm forever.篇4A Fun Adventure on Uncle's FarmLast summer, my best friend Jenny and I got to go on a really fun adventure! We went to visit my Uncle Bob's farm for a whole week. Uncle Bob lives way out in the country, about a two hour drive from our town. I was so excited for the trip because I love going to the farm and getting to see all the animals and run around outside. Jenny had never been to a farm before, so I couldn't wait to show her everything! The drive there seemed to take forever. "Are we there yet?" I kept asking my mom over and over again. Finally, we pulled up the long dirt driveway and I could see the big red barn and farmhouse in the distance. I jumped out of the car before it even stopped moving! "Wait for me!" Jenny called, trying to keep up.Uncle Bob came out to meet us, giving me a big hug. "Well if it isn't my favorite niece!" he said with a smile. "And who's this?" he asked, looking at Jenny."This is my best friend Jenny. She's never been to a farm before," I explained."Well then, we're going to have to show you all the best parts!" Uncle Bob declared. "But first, let me show you two where you'll be staying."He led us up to the farmhouse and into the cutest little bedroom with two twin beds. "You ladies can make yourselves at home in here," Uncle Bob said. "Just put your things down and we'll go explore in a little bit."After dropping our bags, we ran outside, laughing and chasing each other around the yard. I loved the fresh air and wide open spaces at the farm. Jenny looked around in awe at thebig green fields, the rusty tractor, and the cows mooing in the distance."This is amazing!" she exclaimed. "I've never seen anything like it."Uncle Bob came out and let us pet the farm dog, a big furry sheepdog named Rufus. Rufus was very friendly and let us scratch behind his ears. Then we followed Uncle Bob over to the barn to see the other animals.Inside the barn it was nice and cool, a break from the hot summer sun outside. The first animals we saw were the篇5My Best Friend Comes to Uncle's Farm! This summer was the best summer ever because my best friend Sarah got to come stay with me for two whole weeks at my Uncle Jack's farm! I was so excited when my mom told me Sarah's parents said it was okay for her to come. Sarah lives in the city and had never been to a real farm before. I couldn't wait to show her all the cool things on the farm! The first day Sarah came, Uncle Jack took us on a tour around the whole farm. We got to see the big red barn where allthe animals' food is stored and where Uncle Jack parks his tractor and other farm equipment. The barn smelled kind of funny but I'm used to it. Sarah made a funny face when we went inside. Uncle Jack just laughed. Then we went out to the pastures to see the cows. Some of the big cows wandered right up to the fence when they saw us. Their tongues kept sticking out and making funny slurping noises as they chewed their cud. Sarah thought that was hilarious and kept giggling. I showed her how we can feed the cattle hay right through the fence rails. One cow started chewing on Sarah's shirt when she leaned on the fence, but Uncle Jack shooed it away before it could slobber all over her.Next we saw the chicken coops with all the hens inside clucking and scratching around. I grabbed a handful of chicken feed from the bucket by the door and we tossed it for the hens. They went crazy flapping their wings and chasing after every last piece we threw. A few brave chickens even pecked right out of our hands! Sarah screamed at first when their tiny beaks pinched her skin, but then she was laughing so hard she couldn't breathe. We gathered some eggs that were still warm from the nesting boxes to take inside for breakfast the next morning.Uncle Jack showed us the pig pens after that. Sarah thought the pigs were disgustingly cute as they waddled around grunting and snorting with their big floppy ears. We watched them eat big globs of smelly slop from the troughs, making loud smacking noises. A few little piglets got pushed out of the way by the bigger hogs and they made the funniest squealing noises. When Uncle Jack tossed in extras from the kitchen for them to eat, the pigs got super loud, snorting and shoving each other like crazy to get to the good stuff first. Sarah and I were dying laughing at their silliness! The last animals we saw on our tour were the horses out in the pasture. There were two big gorgeous horses, a brown one and a white one with black speckles. Uncle Jack went into the pasture so we could get up close to them. I wasn't scared since I had been around the horses before, but Sarah looked a little nervous when those giant animals started snuffling all over us, sniffing us with their velvety noses. Uncle Jack showed us how to give them treats and let them nibble the apple slices and carrot pieces right from our hands. Their rough tongues tickled our palms as they lipped the food. Sarah squealed and laughed every time their whiskers brushed against her skin. After meeting all the farm animals, Uncle Jack took us on a ride around the whole property on the tractor. We went past the big open fields where different crops were growing - corn, wheat, soybeans, and some other plants I can't remember. The air smelled so fresh and clean. It was nothing like the smoggy city air Sarah was used to. She took a deep breath and said it was the best air she'd ever tasted! I thought that was a funny way to put it but she was right, the country air is something else.We drove past the old wooden barn that Uncle Jack uses for storage nowadays. Then we went through the orchard area with all the fruit trees - apple, pear, peach, plum. Uncle Jack said we could come pick some fresh fruit in a few weeks once it was really ripe. I can't wait to climb up in those trees are start picking! There was a small pond at the back of the property where a bunch of ducks and geese liked to hangout. We stopped there for a few minutes to watch them quacking and flapping around in the water. A couple ducks even waddled up to the tractor looking for handouts. When Uncle Jack ran out of bread to toss them, the greedy ducks started hissing at us. We thought that was pretty funny.I could tell Sarah was really loving the whole farm experience from the bigger than life smile she had all day. That night after abig dinner of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, biscuits and more - all fresh from the farm - we sat outside on the porch as the sun went down. Hundreds of fireflies started blinking all around the fields and garden. Sarah said she had never seen so many at once in the city. She thought it looked like gardens of twinkling fairy lights. I thought that was a nice way to describe their magical glow. The next morning, we were up at the crack of dawn to help Uncle Jack with some of his chores...篇6Visiting Uncle's Farm with My Best FriendLast summer, my best friend Sammy and I got to go to my Uncle Bob's farm for a whole week! It was the best vacation ever. Uncle Bob has a huge farm out in the country with cows, chickens, pigs, and even horses. I was so excited to go because I love animals and had never been on a real farm before. The drive to the farm took forever. Sammy and I played I Spy and the License Plate Game to pass the time in the car. When we finally arrived, the first thing I noticed was how fresh the air smelled – nothing like the city air at home. Uncle Bob gave us a tour around the property right away. The barn was my favorite part. It was so cool seeing all the different animals up close. The cows were massive! Their eyes looked so calm and peaceful as they chewed their cud. Sammy and I got to brush some of the cows and horses. Their fur felt really coarse. The chickens were hilarious, running around and pecking at the ground constantly. Uncle Bob said we could collect the eggs from the chicken coop, so each morning we'd gather up the fresh eggs for breakfast.Every day on the farm was filled with fun activities. We went on long walks through the fields, explored the creek and tried to catch little fish with our hands, and helped Uncle Bob do chores like feeding the pigs scraps from the kitchen. Slopping that smelly pig food into the trough was pretty gross, but watching the pigs gobble it up was entertaining. My favorite chore was grooming the horses. They were such beautiful, gentle creatures. Uncle Bob taught us how to properly brush them and pick debris out of their hooves. I loved hugging the horses' necks – they smelled kind of horsey but also pleasantly musky. One of the best moments was when Uncle Bob let us go for a trail ride on two of the most even-tempered horses. Sitting up high on the horse's back and seeing the farm from that view was amazing. In the evenings, we'd have big family meals with Uncle Bob, Aunt Susie, and our cousins. Aunt Susie's home-cooked meals were so delicious and filling after a long day of being active outside. She made the best fried chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and berry cobblers. We'd stuff ourselves and then go out to explore some more before bed.One night, we had a big bonfire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores. Have you ever tasted a melty, chocolatey, graham cracker-y s'more made on a real campfire? Heaven! Sitting around the crackling fire, looking up at the bright stars you can't see in the city, and listening to Uncle Bob's funny stories was so relaxing. On our last day, Sammy and I were really sad to leave the farm. We had gotten used to the peaceful environment and seeing the animals every day. We made Uncle Bob and Aunt Susie promise we could come back again next summer for "farm camp."I'll never forget that amazing week on the farm. It opened my eyes to where our food actually comes from and how much hard work farmers like Uncle Bob put in every day. I have so much respect for him now. I'm a city kid, but spending time onthe farm made me appreciate the simple life in a way I hadn't before. Sammy and I can't wait to go back!。
Uncle Jack’s farm
What are you going to do? We are/ I’m going to …….
