教材分析
本单元围绕话题“Winter in Canada”，学习相关季节的天气、衣着、活动及表达。本课义务教育教科书冀教版小学英语六年级上第三单元第16课，它是在学习了季节的表述之后，以A Skating Lesson为载体，学习词汇can、think，并能够简单描述滑冰活动。
