1. 合同的目的（Objective of the Contract）

5. 交货日期（Delivery Date）

6. 付款条款（Payment Terms）

购买方应在商品交付之前支付总价的 [付款比例] 作为预付款，剩余的金额应在 [付款日期] 前支付。

The Buyer shall make a prepayment of [Payment Percentage] of the total price before the delivery of the goods, and the remning amount shall be pd before [Payment Date].7. 验收标准（Acceptance Criteria）

购买方有权在收到商品后 [验收期限] 内对商品进行检验，如果发现商品不符合要求，购买方有权拒收商品，并要求销售方进行调换或退款。

The Buyer has the right to inspect the goods within [Acceptance Period] after receiving them. If the goods are found to be non-compliant, the Buyer has the right to reject the goods and request replacement or refund from the Seller.

8. 合同解除（Termination of the Contract）

如果购买方或销售方违反了本合同的任何条款和条件，对方有权单方面解除合同，并要求赔偿。

If either the Buyer or the Seller violates any terms and conditions of this contract, the other party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and seek compensation.

9. 法律适用（Governing Law）

本合同适用于中华人民共和国法律。任何由本合同引起的纠纷应提交中华人民共和国有管辖权的法院进行解决。This contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the competent court of the People's Republic of China for resolution.

10. 附则（Miscellaneous）

- 本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效，并在有效期间内持续有效。

- 本合同的副本均具有同等的法律效力。

- 本合同可通过电子邮件或方式进行签署，并具有同等法律效力。

- This contract shall come into effect upon the signature and seal of both parties and shall remn valid during the specified period.

- Copies of this contract shall have the same legal effect.

- This contract may be signed through eml or fax and shall have the same legal effect.
