Step 1 Warming up

1. Show different pictures to ask students what’s wrong with

him/her.

2. Present the content of the lesson.

Step 2 learn the new words

1. Show some pictures to introduce the new words : cough,

fever, headache, stomachache, toothache, ill, this, since,

cold, catch a cold, take sb’s temperature, fast food,

health, take.

2. Read the new words after the teacher.

3. Read the new words one by one.

4. The teacher shows the pictures of new words and let the

students to say as quickly as possible.

Step 3 Match the words and expressions in the box with

the pictures.

1. Look at the words first.

Look and listen.

Learn and read the words.

2. Choose the right word for each picture.

3. Check the answers.

Step 4 Listening

1. Listen and check what’s wrong with Betty and Daming.

2. Listen to Part 3 and answer the two questions:

Module1 Friends第一模块单元分析

本模块分两单元Unit 1 She's a nice teacher.anUnit 2 He's cool. 整个模块介绍了怎样描述人物的性格特征？要求学生能够用简单的句子对好友的 性格、外形进行描述。同时复习了上学期学过的一些单词fat thin small big tall short ，从而引出naughty shy nice clever等几个新单词。在本模块中，出现了两个表示程度的副词a bit very，分别表示‘非常’和‘有一点儿’可以修饰后面的形容词，鼓励学生在造句时使用适当的副词。

一、题材内容

本模块以希望学校为话题, 向学生介绍各地的慈善机构。通过本模块的学习，学生可以了解希望工程,了解不同地区儿童的学习情况，了解各界人士的善举，有助于培养学生的民族意识以及对他人的关爱之情。学生可以围绕这一话题进行大量的听、说、读、写方面的语言实践活动, 展示现在完成时以及 for和since表达行为持续时间的用法，让学生在使用语言的过程中学习语言,促使学生更有意识地自觉学习英语。语法难点仍是准确理解并运用现在完成时。教学中教师应随时随地灵活利用各种素材组织教学过程和内容。充分调动学生的积极性。

教学目标1） 语言知识：

语音 能够正确朗读 how long 开头的现在完成时特殊疑问句

词汇 study, teach, head, since, same, poor, project, still, raise, describe, drop, important,
