规范你的肢体语言肢体语言,英文:Body language ,又称身体语言, 是指通过人体部位的各种动作和协调活动来代替语言传达人的思想,形象地借以表情达意的一种沟通方式。
在人类的沟通中语言传达的信息,语言只占了沟通的7%,而肢体语言却占了55%。
由此可见肢体语言在日常沟通中有着多么重要的地位,那么怎样规范你的肢体语言,让你在日常交际中给别人留下美好的印象呢?●态度—— Attitude态度决定一切,如果你的态度不是一个端正、良好的态度,那么沟通的效果肯定是不好的。
●信任—— Trust信任是沟通的基础,如果双方之间缺乏信任,那么沟通肯定就是无效的和失败的。
●微笑—— Smile面带微笑是世界各地情感沟通最好的方式,它体现了人类最真诚的相互尊重与亲近。
●眼神—— Eyes眼睛是心灵的窗户,而眼神则是透过窗户传递出的内心世界的本质。
