2 2016年下学期八年级英语备课组工作计划

本学期，我们八年级英语组全体老师将团结一致，以备课组为单位制订以下计划：

一、本学期的指导思想：

在本学期的英语教学中，坚持以下理念的应用：

1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，培养创新精神；

2、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异；

3、采用任务型的教学模式，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功；

4、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。总之，让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Good User而不仅仅是Learner。

二、学生现状

1. 本届学生大多数英语基础较好，但有些学生平时学习成绩较佳，考试时临场发挥欠佳。在设计每一课时，要考虑学生在教学过程中的“心理健康效益”。

2. 两极分化开始出现，尾巴开始拉大。教师要热情关心帮助学生克服心理障碍，树立他们的自信心。同时指导帮助，对差生进行个别谈话，帮助他们找出暂时落后的原因，帮助他们制定计划，指导学习方法，具体辅导基础知识。

三、工作目标

1. 在日常教学中打好语法基础，强化听说读写练习，注重阅读训练。

2. 创造教师启动，师生互动，学生主动的共同发展课堂，全面提高学生的听、说、读写能力。

3. 面向全体学生，争取教学目的周周清而获得点面丰收。

工作中心：分层次教学，夯实基础。

四、工作内容：

1.统一制定教学计划，统一教学内容和进度，写好每课时个性教案和教学反思。

2.周三按时参加小组集体备课，一起发挥集体智慧，集体讨论下单元的教学内容及重难点，在汇集大家共同思想上真正实现资源共享。

3.课余时间我们将相互帮助，实现课课有课件，从而加快上课进程，提高上课的效率。
