一、教学内容
本课教学内容为外研版新标准三起Book4 Module4 Unit 2 Will it be hot in Haikou? 本模块学习一般将来时的表达方法，第一单元已经学习了将来时的肯定句，这一课时继续学习肯定句，并增加了一般疑问句及肯定否定回答。
本课是以我们天天面临的天气为语言载体，通过讨论天气的不同来学习这个时态的表达，话题最最贴近生活，使我们的孩子很容易理解接受的。
二、教学目标
1.知识目标
a.全体学生能够理解和运用sunny hot rain cold snow windy 并能掌握cloudy weather
b.全体学生能够运用It will (be)______. Will it (be)_______ ? Yes, it will. / No, it won't.
2.技能目标
a.全体学生能听懂It will (be)_______ . Will it (be)_______? Yes, it will. / No, it won't.
b.全体学生能用以上句型简单地谈论天气。
c.全体学生能在认读有关天气的旧词的基础上，认读新cloudy、weather
3.情感策略目标
a.通过展示中国地图，帮助学生了解我国各地气候差异，从而增强学
生祖国意识。
b．培养孩子们的团队意识和合作能力。
三. 学情分析
本课教学的对象是四年级下期的小学生，通过一年半的学习，他们已经掌握了一定的词汇量，能听懂一些课堂用语，并能有秩序地参与课堂的游戏和活动。
学生活泼可爱，好奇心强，大多数学生学习态度积极，爱模仿，好表现，对英语学习充满着浓厚的兴趣，渴望学到更多的知识，以提高自己的语言运用能力。
四.教学重点：词汇cloudy weather 句型It will (be)______ . 和Will it (be)_____? 并作肯定否定回答Yes, it will. / No, it won't.
五.教学难点：能够运用这两个句型谈论天气。
六.教学准备：多媒体课件单词和天气预报符号卡
七．教学过程
一．Greeting
1.Chant《Monday,Tuesday》
2.Can you guess “Where will I go?”
3.Learn the word“weather”
4.What will the weather be like in Beijing?Let’s have a look.板

5.What will the weather be like in London?Let’s listen and
repeat 板cloudy，It will be cloudy in
London.
二．Lead in
1.Review the weather and the weather symbol“hot、cold、windy、
sunny、rain、snow、cloudy”and do the
actions.
2.Play a game.(I give out the weather and theweather symbol
card to you,I say the word,you put it to the blackboard.Please
be quick!If you win ?You will give me a five.
3.Chant
4.Free talk:What's the weather now?How about Haikou?Will it
be hot in Haikou?
三、Test learning
1.Will it be hot in Haikou? Let's have a look.看动画板Yes,it will.
Will it be cloudy in Haikou?板No,it won't.
2.Chain is a big country, the weather in different places are very
different,So there are five cities for you,say the name of these
cities.
Listen again try to remember the weather of these cities.
1)Will it be cold in Yinchuan?
2)Will it snow in Hangzhou?
3)Will it rain in Shenyang?
4)Will it be sunny in Guangzhou?
5)Will it be windy in Beijing?
