Unit2 My favorite season第一课时一、教学目标：1、能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意；能够按照正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话并进行角色扮演；能够在情景中运用句型：Which season do you like best? Winter.询问并回答对季节的喜好；能够在语境中理解新词winter 和spring的意思，并能正确书写。
2、能够让学生了解有关全球气候差异的常识。

教学方法1.直观教学法教师利用图片展示春夏秋冬四季,让学生掌握单词。
2.交际教学法为了让学生能够运用语言进行交流,重要的是使学生能够恰如其分地运用语言。
学生两人一组,用句型:Which season do you like best? I like … best.进行对话交流。
从而提高学生的英语口语和对单词及句型的掌握程度。
教学过程Step 1: Warm-up1.教师热情地和学生打招呼问好,做简单的Free talk。
2.播放歌曲What's your favourite season?通过一起唱歌调动学生学习英语的积极性。
3.教师在黑板上画一棵大树,用不同颜色的叶子表示不同的季节。

三、课前准备1.录音机2.教师教学卡片3.教学课件4.课堂练习纸四、教学步骤(一)Warm up(1)教师播放四年级下册第四单元的歌谣，复习有关天气的词。
(2)播放课件:Watch a cartoon,你们知道今天我们要学什么吗？引出课题《Unit 2 My favourite season》(二)Presentation/Practice1.学习season,spring,summer,fall,winter.(1)学生自己试拼读新单词。
(2)听录音，正音(3)Pair work:学生对学(4)GAME:火眼金睛课件展示打乱字母顺序的单词，请学生快速拼出正确的单词并写在小黑板上。
(5)根据自己的经验和同伴们谈谈四季的天气(Let’s chant)cold cool warm hotSpring,spring,spring is____________ Summer,summer,summer is____________ Fall, fall,fall is____________ Winter,winter,winter is____________ 播放节奏，学生跟着节奏吟唱这四句。
教学重点：教学难点：1．单词发音：spring，fall2．favourite 单词的读音和拼写。
教具准备：1．教材配套课件。
2．教材相配套的教学录音带。
3．单词卡片。
4．自制课件。
教学过程：活动一：说一说，做一做教学参考时间：3分钟（二）呈现新课（presentation）活动二：谈论天气教学参考时间：5分钟活动三：猜猜，读读教学参考时间：5分钟活动四：说一说（let’s learn）教学参考时间：5分钟活动五：描述季节根据学生喜欢的季节，重新分组，让学生参考卡片图描述自己喜欢的季节。
活动六：猜一猜教学参考时间：4分钟两个学生一组，一个孩子描述季节，一个孩子猜所描述的是哪个季节。
活动七：画画，说说教学参考时间：3分钟教师将let’s find out 中的图片发给学生，让孩子画出自己最喜欢的季节里的树，并到同学中进行调查，发现其他同学画的内容。
教学参考时间：5分钟完成活动手册的相关练习题，并公布答案。
unit 2 my favourite season 第二课时教学设计教具准备：1．教材配套课件。
2．教材相配套的教学录音带。
3．单词卡片。
4．let’s sing歌曲录音。
教学过程：活动一：看一看，演一演教学参考时间：3分钟教师出示四个季节的卡片，引导学生边看，边表演出每个季节的气候，可以请一个孩子表演，大家说出季节。
活动二：读一读教学参考时间：3分钟教师出示单词卡片，学生抢答或学生开火车认读。
同时，按照四季顺序，然学生排列词汇，并认读。
活动三：听听，唱唱教学参考时间：3分钟教师播放本单元中let’s sing中的歌曲，孩子们边听边唱边演。
（二）呈现新课（presentation）活动四：听听，连连教学参考时间：3分钟活动五：说一说教学参考时间：5分钟活动六：模仿对话教学参考时间：8分钟听录音后，重复听到的句子，并出示课件，让学生观看每张图片下的表示气候的词汇，然后在认读的基础上，教师和学生仿例示范一组对话，最后进行小组对话。
cai课件展示春、夏、秋、冬四幅图片。
1、t says：today，we will learn seasons。
look! there are four seasons in a year 。
cai课件呈现单词season 让学生跟随电脑读单词season,并拼读单词season。
2、cai课件呈现出一幅春季图。
t points to the picture and asks:what season is it?cai课件在春季图下面呈现单词spring。
让学生跟随电脑读单词spring，并拼读单词spring。
然后教师指着春季图又问：what’s the weather like in spring?（让单个学生回答：it’s warm.）3、利用cai呈现出夏季图，秋季图、冬季图。
教师用同样的方法教授单词summer、fall和winter以及问答句型：what’s the weather like in summer/fall/winter?（利用图片引入新词很直观，能激发学生学习兴趣）（三）practice1、教师利用bomb游戏操练单词season、spring、summer、fall和winter。
2、比赛：以上组为单位，开火车读新单词。
如第1小组每个同学都读season这个单词，假如每个同学都读准了，就可以为本组赢得一朵小红花。
3、guessing游戏：teacher gives pupils some direction and let them guess“which season is it? for example ：it’s hot ,you can eat ice cream.叫最先举举手的同学回答，说对了可以为本组赢得一朵小红花。
（通过炸弹游戏、开火车比赛读和猜季节游戏既可以巩固新知识，同时激发了学生的兴趣）4、cai课件再次呈现春、夏、秋、冬四幅图，叫两学生对每幅图进行问答：what season is it?what’s the weather like in…？（学生两两同学谈论每图时，教师可给学生5分钟时间练习说，然后以大组为单位，点两两同学站起来展示他们的对话，根据各组表现得小红花）5、let’s chantcai shows the chant on page l4 and season pictures。
