4.2运行速度和制动控制4.2.1运行速度的控制装置，当其动作幅度增大时，车辆的速度应增大；当速度控制装置被释放时，控制装置应能自动返回到中间位置（零位），车辆应停止运行。

4.2.2 托盘车的行车制动器和停车制动器应符合GB/T 18849的规定。

4.2.3步行式托盘车的操纵杆应能在垂直平面内转动，制动器的作用应符合图5所示。

4.2.5采用踏板控制加速及制动踏板的坐驾式托盘车，其踏板的布置应符合GB/T 26562的规定，当加速踏板踩下后应增大车速，制动踏板踩下后，行车制动器应起制动作用。
