一、教学目标

1. 知识目标

（1）能够听懂、会说、会读单词：Great, river, bridge,

building, square, history。

（2）能够听懂、会说、会读句子：Is it great? Yes, it is. /

No, it isn't.

（3）能够听懂、会说、会读课文并根据课文内容进行情景表演。

2. 能力目标

能够用英语简单介绍北京的名胜古迹。

3. 情感目标

培养学生热爱祖国，为我国悠久的历史和丰富的文化感到自豪的情感。

二、教学内容

1. 单词：Great, river, bridge, building, square, history。

2. 句型：Is it great? Yes, it is. / No, it isn't.

3. 课文：

Beijing is great. Beijing has many famous places. The

Great Wall is very long. The River is very wide. The Bridge

is very big. The Building is very high. Tiananmen Square is

very large. Beijing has a long history.

三、教学重点与难点

1. 重点：能够听懂、会说、会读单词和句型。 2. 难点：单词square, history的读音和用法；句子Is it

great?的疑问句结构。

四、教具与学具准备

1. 教具：PPT、图片、单词卡片、录音机、磁带。

2. 学具：课本、练习册、单词卡片、录音机、磁带。

五、教学过程

1. 热身（5分钟）

教师与学生用英语进行日常对话，如问候、询问身体状况等。然后引导学生谈论一下他们所了解的北京，激发学生的学习兴趣。

学生能正确运用英语购物，能在创设的情境中进行交流，使语言交际与表达能力进一步得到提高。

1、激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣，培养学习主动性，感受用英语购物的乐趣。

2、学会用明信片的形式主动与人交流，学会与他人共处。
