Complaints about after-sale service
There is a long-standing relationship between us, and our company is always pleasant with your service. So last year, our company purchased ten computers with a guarantee of two-year maintenance from your company for office use. However, it has changed this time, and that’s why I am writing to you.
Firstly, the phone you offered for the after-sale service is always engaged. In fact, our employees have tried ringing many times, but there is no chance to get through. I also try making contact with you via the company’s web pa ge, but there is no response, either.
Secondly, the return visit your company used to pay every half year hasn’t been taken for about seven months. But in the past, your staff would always come here on time. It really caused us great inconvenience.
Thirdly, your programmer asked money for our upgrading and updating last week. He charged us 2000 yuan after he finished the work and said it was company policy, which made us very angry. I remember you guaranteed us that all the after-sale service was free, didn’t you?
I am sure you will appreciate our annoyance because of your inconsiderate after-sale service: your engaging line, your staff’s unpunctuality and your unreasonable charges.
