2023年英语中考听力口语考试说明如下:
- 考试时间:安排在4月22日(周六),上午8:30开始,下午13:30开始。
- 考试注意事项:
- 考生必须自觉服从考试工作人员管理,严格遵守考试纪律,不得妨碍考试工作人员履行职责,不得扰乱考场及其他考试工作地点的秩序。
- 考生须凭《准考证》参加考试。
- 考生须在规定时间前抵达考点学校,观看考场分布和行进路线图。
除准考证外禁止携带通讯工具与考试无关任何物品进入候考室、备考室、考场。
- 考生须在规定的报到时间进入候考室,本批次考试开始前25分钟跟随管理员前往备考室,签到并接受考前培训,迟到超过报到时间10分钟不得入场,取消本年度英语听力口语考试资格。
- 考生于考试开始前5分钟,跟随管理员前往考场。
主动出示证件,接受监考人员的检查。
找到对应的座位坐好后,按照计算机的提示进行测试。
如有不清楚的地方或设备故障等问题,可以举手向监考员报告。
- 考生在考试过程中不得提前离场。
不准在考场内喧哗;不准交头接耳、左顾右盼、打手势、做暗号;不准夹带、旁窥、抄袭或有意让他人抄袭答题内容。
- 考试过程中如发生意外情况,考生须立即举手报告监考员解决,不得自作主张操作机器程序。
考试完毕后再报告意外情况的,如无监考教师证明,一律不予承认。
- 考试中不得做与考试无关的操作,以免损坏考试设备。
故意破坏考试设备者将被取消考试资格,并对设备予以赔偿。

一是整体难度适中,传统题型难度也略有下降,尤其是往年较难的短文填空,今年已经下调了一个难度等级。
二是素材贴近学生生活,比如听独白语法的重要性。
三是素材方面主要涉及人与自然、人与社会、人与人的关系这三个方面,突出了传统文化和人际交往方面的话题,体现了学科核心素养的文化意识和思维品质。
