在法国留学，如果受伤或⽣病了，需要⼀⼤笔费⽤来看病治疗，⽽医疗保险能帮助我们省下⼀⼤笔钱。
那么在法国，学⽣该如何买保险呢?随⽆忧考来看看。
什么是医疗保险? 法国的医保由社会保险SécuritéSociale和医疗互助保险Mutuelle组成。
28岁以下的学⽣可以选择两种都买，28岁上的学⽣要买社会保险的话就要去社会福利局申请CouvertureMaladieUniverselle，这是提供给低收⼊者的医疗保险。
CMU分为CMUdebase和CMUC。
CMUdebase⼀般是报销医疗费⽤的65%⾄70%，⽽CMUC负责的是社保之外剩余的那部分医疗费⽤。
28岁以上的学⽣⼀般是申请CMUC。
SécuritéSociale属于强制险，到学校注册的时候就⼀并办理投保⼿续，可报销70%的医疗费⽤，保费为⼀年217欧。
在法国有许多公司提供这类服务，如LMDE、Emevia。
⾄于药品的报销，如果不清楚要买的药品能否报销，可以直接问医⽣或药店的⼈，他们讲清楚哪些可以报销，哪些不能报销。
⼀般来说，报销费⽤是直接返还到银⾏卡上(学⽣需要提供银⾏RIB号)。
Mutuelle是⼀种补充险，可报销社保之外的部分，特别是眼科、⽛科。
在欧美国家，眼科⽛科这⼀类的收费都会特别⾼，在法国也不例外。
如果买了Mutuelle，⽛科和眼科的治疗费⼿术费可以保险，甚⾄配眼镜都能报销。
Mutuelle有四种，分别是Minimale,Essentielle,Confort,Tousrisques。
前三种的保障范围不同，价格也不同。
⽽第四Tousrisques为全险，需缴纳每年414欧。
什么是CarteVitale? CarteVitale相当于我们的医保卡，每个申请社会医保的⼈都可免费获得该医疗卡，医⽣和药剂师可利⽤该卡⾃动记录并通过电⼦途径传递医药费⽤报销申请。
