手掌参延缓衰老及临床应用研究进展作者:刘散丹春香马秀艳麦拉苏刘彩虹斯钦图来源:《中国美容医学》2022年第02期[摘要]手掌参具有补精华、固精、滋补,生津壮阳,增力生精,强身健体,神志清爽阳力强,抗老增力,可抗疲劳,强身益髓等功效。
通过研究表明,手掌参具有氨基酸类化合物、菲类化合物,芳香族类化合物,二苯乙烯(芪)类等化合物,具有抗过敏、抗氧化及抗衰老等作用。
在蒙医临床上运用手掌参的滋补、壮阳、增强体力等作用,主要用于手掌参-37味丸、巴萨姆酥油丸、手掌参-6、手掌参合剂等处方中。
本文对手掌参抗衰老研究及临床应用进行综述,以便为今后蒙药养生研究提供借鉴及参考价值。

Handicap palmatum has anti-allergy, anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects. In Mongolian medicine, it is mainly used in the prescriptions of Palmistronic Ginseng-37 Wei Pill, Bassam Butter Pill, Palmistronic Ginseng-6, and Palmistronic Ginseng Mixture. In this paper, the anti-aging research and clinical application research of Panax japonicus were reviewed, so as to provide the literature basis for the future research of Mongolian medicine health preservation.Key words: hand ginseng; nourish; aphrodisiac; mongolian medicine; health maintenance自由基衰老假說认为,衰老及相关疾病是因为氧化损伤增多导致,是由于机体氧化和抗氧化平衡失调所引起[1]。
国内外癌症防制现状全球癌症防治现状:中国努力迎头赶上全球癌症负担日益加重,根据世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构的数据,2020年全球新发癌症病例约2000万,死亡病例约1000万。
而在中国,由于庞大的人口基数,癌症的发病和死亡率也较高,分别占全球的23.7%和30.7%。
面对如此严峻的癌症流行形势,中国正在积极寻求解决方案,努力迎头赶上国际先进水平。
新药研发:临床试验数量增长迅速临床试验是新药研发的关键环节,对于确定药物的安全性和有效性具有重要意义。
近年来,我国在新药临床试验方面取得了显著进展。
2021年,我国药物临床试验总量首次突破3000余项,其中新药临床试验数量2033项,比2020年登记量增加了38.0%。
在抗肿瘤药物领域,PD-1和PD-L1等抗肿瘤药物的临床试验尤为突出。
然而,尽管我国在临床试验数量上取得了快速增长,但与北美临床试验中心相比,还存在一定差距。
2020年,我国肿瘤注册药物临床试验为722项,而北美临床试验中心登记的临床试验数量为6971项。
这种临床试验数量的差异使得美国在新药、新疗法的研发方面上处于优势地位。
经济发展水平的影响:治疗的可及性和效果除了在临床试验方面的努力,经济发展水平也是影响癌症防治的重要因素。
我国属于发展中国家,经济发展水平和人均收入较国外一些发达国家有一定差距。
这可能导致了部分肿瘤患者在治疗期间不得已因为经济原因而放弃一些治疗手段,进而影响预后。
为了解决这一问题,一方面需要继续推动医疗保障制度的完善,让更多患者能够享受到优质医疗资源和服务;另一方面,也需要鼓励和支持创新药的研发和应用,以提高癌症治疗的有效性和可及性。
整体战略的推进:多学科协作是未来方向癌症防治是一个涉及多个领域的综合性任务,需要多学科的协作。
随着科技的进步和医学的发展,我们已经有了更多的手段来对付癌症。
但是,要想取得更大的突破,需要科研、医疗、政策制定等多个领域的专家和机构共同合作。
在这个过程中,转化研究发挥着至关重要的作用。

由衰老引发的多种疾病严重影响人们的生活质量,因此,抗衰老研究已成为近年来的热点问题。
传统中药在延缓衰老方面具有悠久的历史。
文章就具有抗衰老作用中药的有效成分及作用机制进行了综述,分别从实验动物、给药途径、有效成分、药理作用、作用机制等方面归纳总结了具有抗衰老作用中药的有效成分及作用机制。
总结发现具有抗衰老作用的中药以补虚药和活血化瘀药为主;有效成分包括多糖、皂苷、黄酮、生物碱等;抗衰老的作用机制主要有提高抗氧化酶活性、清除自由基、增强免疫功能和改善学习记忆能力等。
通过文章的综述将有助于研究者寻找更多具有抗衰老作用的中药有效成分。

Many diseases caused by aging seriously affect people's quality of life. Therefore,anti-aging research has become a hot issue in recent years. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in delaying aging. This article reviews the effective ingredients and mechanism of anti-aging Chinese medicines,and summarizes the effective ingredients and mechanism of anti-aging Chinese medicines from the aspects of experimental animals,administration route,effective ingredients,pharmacological effects,and mechanism of action. In summary,it is found that Chinese medicines with anti-aging effects are mainly tonic drugs and blood stasis removing drugs;active ingredients include polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc;the anti-aging mechanism is mainly to improve antioxidant enzyme activity,scavenging free radicals,enhance immune function and improve learning and memory ability. 摘要衰老是指机体组织和器官的功能随着年龄的增长而发生退行性变化的生理过程。
寿命调控、衰老相关疾病的发生机制和抗衰老方法等方面当前已取得重要成果。
药物抗衰老具有较大的可行性与现实性,因此筛选新的抗衰老药物已刻不容缓。
水杨苷(Salicin)是白柳树皮提取物的主要成分,具有清热、镇痛、抗炎、延缓皮肤衰老等作用。
最近有文献报道白柳树皮提取物可以延长酵母寿命,但是对果蝇等其它生物是否也具有抗衰老作用有待进一步研究。
因此,本文以果蝇为研究对象,探究水杨苷是否具有抗衰老作用,并进一步探索其作用机制。
这对抗衰老研究具有重要的理论与实际意义。
本研究结果表明,在果蝇食物中添加0.1µM的水杨苷溶液,对果蝇的寿命、抗氧化应激能力、脂肪储存水平、抗饥饿能力和衰老相关基因表达的影响的主要结果如下:(1) 可以显著延长雌性果蝇的寿命。
通过检测不同浓度水杨苷对果蝇寿命的影响,发现水杨苷处理可以延长果蝇的寿命,其最适延寿浓度为0.1μM。
该水杨苷浓度可以延长果蝇中位寿命8天,延寿效果约14%。
(2) 显著地增强了果蝇的抗氧化应激的能力。
实验证明水杨苷处理可以极显著的提高果蝇对双氧水和百草枯处理的抗性,表明果蝇的抗氧化能力得到了显著的提高。
(3) 显著提高了果蝇脂肪储存水平和抗饥饿能力。
我们发现果蝇体内甘油三酯的储存水平显著提高,其储存水平可以代表体内脂肪的储存水平。
提高果蝇体内脂肪的储存水平从而可以提高果蝇的抗饥饿能力。
(4) 对果蝇以下性状无显著副作用。
当添加水杨苷后,果蝇的繁殖能力、运动能力、抗热激能力、采食量等都没有显著的影响。
反而对繁殖能力和运动能力有一定的提高趋势。
(5) 部分衰老相关基因的表达量显著升高。
我们应用qPCR检测了果蝇衰老相关基因Hsp70、Akt1、S6K、ATG1、ATG5和FOXO的表达量,发现热激相关基因Hsp70、胰岛素信号通路中Akt1基因和雷帕霉素信号通路相关基因S6K的表达量与对照组相比无显著的变化。

Broadcast: September 24, 2003 This is the VOA Special English Health Report. For many years, researchers have been studying ways to extend life and to improve health as people get older. They know that laboratory rats and other creatures live longer if they are fed a diet with fewer calories than normal. Scientists have found that enzymes called sirtuins (sir-TOO -ins) help cells repair damage and survive longer.
David Sinclair of Harvard University calls sirtuins "guardians of the cell." Mister Sinclair has been looking for ways to strengthen this protection. He and his research team mixed some of the sirtuins with different molecules to test the effects. The molecule that reacted the most was resveratrol.
Researchers at Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts say this natural chemical
lengthened the life of yeast cells. The researchers reported their findings this month in
the publication Nature.
One of the places resveratrol is found is in the skin of grapes. So, it is in wine. Red
wine contains more of it than white wine.
The Harvard researchers placed different amounts of resveretrol into dishes of yeast.
They discovered that the smallest amount of the chemical appeared to have the greatest
effect. They found that the yeast cells divided seventy percent more than normal. The researchers also exposed human cells to dangerous radiation. They found that the cells treated with resveratrol lived longer than those not treated.
Tests have also been done on fruit flies and worms. The researchers say the chemical appears to have a similar effect. Fruit flies and worms have a lot in common with human biology. Studies are also planned on mice and monkeys.
The researchers say they would like to extend human life by several years. They also want to make those last years of life healthier than they are now.
Mister Sinclair says he drinks a glass of red wine a day. Studies have shown that wine can be good for the heart. But the scientist adds that the resveratrol is lost in the air within a day of opening a wine bottle. Also, large amounts of alcohol can cause liver damage, weight gain and other problems.
Some experts like the idea of a drug that would copy the effects of a reduced-calorie diet as a way to extend life. But any drugs based on resveratol are years away.
