信用证常用词汇及其解释——了解信用证必备单词2023年，随着国际贸易的不断发展，信用证作为一种普遍运用的交易工具，愈发重要。
然而，对于信用证的使用，不少人还存在一些困惑。

一、信用证简介信用证是一种银行担保交易方式，由进口商的银行向出口商的银行发出一份书面保证，保证在买方符合协议条款的情况下，银行将按照协议条款向卖方支付货款。
信用证通常由进口商的银行来开出，因此进口商的银行也被称为开证行，出口商的银行被称为通知行或受益人行。
二、信用证常用词汇与解释1.开证行（Issuing Bank）开证行是指接受进口商的委托开出信用证的银行，也是信用证的支付银行。
开证行根据进口商的开证申请，对受益人确认的信用证条款及完善已确认的信用证条款，以开证行名称和信用证金额出具信用证，并将信用证发送通知行。
2.通知行（Advising Bank）通知行是指接收开证行发出的信用证，并将信用证内容通知给受益人的银行。
通知行不负任何责任，仅负责通知受益人信用证内容。
3.受益人（Beneficiary）受益人是指收到信用证以及发票、提单等单证的出口商。
受益人应当核对信用证的完整性，以确定是否满足协议条款。
4.信用证金额（Credit Amount）信用证金额是信用证上规定的金额，即进口商在协议条款中规定的出口商品价格。
出口商收到信用证确认后，就可以按照信用证规定的金额向进口商发运货物。
5.装运单证（Shipping Documentation）装运单证是指出口商应向银行或自己运用以确定货物的装运和交付情形所提供的各种单证，主要包括提单、商业发票、装箱单、保险单等。
6.跟单信用证（Documentary Credit）跟单信用证也称为即期信用证，是指信用证生效后，受益人向开证行提供签发的提单、商业发票等单证以证明符合信用证条款的一种信用证形式。
7.不可撤消信用证（Irrevocable Letter of Credit）不可撤消信用证是指在开证行就该信用证发出通知之后，该信用证不能撤销的信用证。
