要：防空反导战术级指控系统是实现防空反导一体化、网络化、体系化作战的核心。系统分析了美军、俄军
防空反导战术级指控系统的发展情况及其主要特点；在此基础上，深入探讨了防空反导战术级指控系统研制开发涉及的核心关键技术；最后，总结提出了防空反导战术级指控系统建设发展的启示与建议，对未来防空反导战术级指控系统的建设发展具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。

0引言
防空反导战术级指控系统是实现防空反导一体化、网络化、体系化作战的核心。战术级指控系统通过对区域战场信息数据高效融合、火力资源合理管控、战术紧密配合，使防空反导体系可以有效应对空袭体系中超低空突防、远距离支援干扰、饱和战术攻击等多种战术体系作战，同时，针对新目标、新类型威胁，可以进行反隐身作战和超视距作战，具备拦截巡航导弹、反辐射导弹等能力，针对弹道目标，可以形成高-低两层拦截体系，具备拦截近
程和部分中程弹道导弹的能力。本文通过分析美、
俄战术级指挥控制系统的功能、特点及关键技术，结合当前美、俄武器系统发展的现状，对地空导弹武器战术级指控系统发展趋势进行分析，为未来防空反导战术级指控系统的建设发展提供理论支持。
