第三节基因工程与转基因技术【基础知识梳理】三、转基因技术的应用1、微生物基因工程由于微生物繁殖迅速、结构简单、遗传操作较为容易,所以微生物基因工程具有技术比较成熟、研制周期比较短、可通过发酵大量生产等优点。
现已有几十种微生物基因工程生产的药物获准批量上市。
2、植物基因工程已经分离出抗虫、抗病、抗除草剂、抗旱、抗盐碱、抗冻、改变花色以及提高作物产量或品质的基因,并成功地转移到农作物或园艺植物中,培育成为转基因植物。
3、动物基因工程与微生物基因工程和植物基因工程不同,动物基因工程通常以动物的受精卵作为受体细胞,用显微注射的方法将目的基因导入动物的受精卵中,再使受精卵发育成个体而获得转基因动物。
(如“巨型小鼠”)动物基因工程的目的除了获得具有优良性状的动物新品种,还可以培育出能生产人源性蛋白质药物的动物,这类药物也可以从转基因动物分泌的乳汁中获得,这就是动物基因工程培育的乳腺生物反应器。
四、转基因生物产品的安全性1、基因工程的应用(1)基因工程与作物育种①目的:获得高产、稳产和具有优良品质的农作物,培育出具有各种抗逆性的作物新品种。
②实例:抗棉铃虫的转基因抗虫棉。
③意义:抗虫基因作物的使用,不仅减少了农药的用量,大大降低了生产成本,而且还减少了农药对环境的污染。
(2)基因工程与药物研制①实例:用基因工程方法生产胰岛素。
②过程:胰岛素基因与大肠杆菌的DNA分子重组,并且在大肠杆菌内获得成功的表达。
(3)基因工程与环境保护实例:利用转基因细菌降解有毒有害的化合物,吸收环境中的重金属,分解泄漏的石油、处理工业废水等。
(4)基因治疗遗传病:是由于遗传物质发生变化而引起的疾病。
(遗传病分为单基因遗传病和多基因遗传病。
单基因的遗传病只有一对基因有关,这种病是由基因突变引起的;多基因遗传病是指由几对基因变化引起的疾病,这类遗传病不仅与遗传有关,而且与环境也有密切关系。
)基因治疗:即用正常的基因置换遗传缺陷的基因,或增补缺失的基因,有体外治疗和体内治疗两种基本方式。

九年级春季班教学计划
一模后我们还能干啥?有很多人认为,一模结束了,什么也就定了。
我承认,一模后,孩子的成绩要出现天翻地覆的变化确实不太可能,但这并不意味着我们要“等死”,很多的事情我们还是要去做。
一模考完后,孩子们出现的知识漏洞我们要去补,填报志愿我们还是要去想,心里的调整我们还是要去做。
以心理调整这项工作为例,说实话,中考给孩子们造成的心里压力已经很大了,孩子们也非常的疲惫。
作为老师,我始终内疚,我们的教育给了孩子这么大的压力和疲惫。
但是,在我们不能改变这一事实的情况下,我们是不是可以帮孩子轻松一下,帮他们分担一点压力,把厚实的教科书练习册变薄,把大量的提醒浓缩成有价值的,专项性明显的类型题。
事实证明,浓缩总结知识点可能要比题海战更加重要。
因此,在这短暂而紧张的一百八十天学习中,我主要分成一轮总复习,二轮专题训练,三轮压轴训练三个专题。
一轮复习经典知识点,帮助学生更好的查缺补漏,二轮是以填空选择,综合题的专项训练,使学生能掌握良好的答题技巧的答题时间,三轮是最后的压轴题复习,使学生能掌握基本模型的解题方法,更快更好的攻克最后两题。
另外,由于各个区的教学进度有所差别,在春季班授课中,我将讲授圆的一些基本知识点,并且增加拓展教科书上的内容,这部分内容虽然是选学,但对中考做题是十分有帮助的。
圆是中考分值较大的一个章节,近两年的中考题也是和圆有关,因此,学好圆是十分必要的。
