ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and society,the quality of life is paid more and more attention by the social members.The quality of life is an effective yardstick to measure the development of society and the living conditions of residents.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of social quality and the theory of human-centered social development,aims to understand the connotation of xi'an residents quality of life,and the objective quality of life and subjective quality of life among residents of xi'an is analyzed.
First of all,based on the qualitative interview method,this study understands the connotation of quality of life of Xi'an residents from four aspects:family life,social relations,work (study）,social public service.Generally speaking,most of the interviewees'cognition of the residents'quality of life is consistent with the current academic research on its connotation, which holds that the residents'quality of life should include the satisfaction of the basic living conditions and the subjective feelings of life,the gap between the expected demands for life and the real standard of living is the standard of measurement of the residents'quality of life.Secondly,through the use of statistical yearbook data and self-investigation to collect data, supplemented by qualitative interview data,Xi'an residents objective quality of life and subjective quality of life status of descriptive analysis and principal component regression analysis.The results showed that in terms of the objective quality of life,the residents of Xi'an had relatively better objective quality of life,compared with other districts and counties,the objective quality of life of the residents in the six districts of Xi'an was better.In terms of the subjective quality of life of residents in Xi'an,87.7%of the residents were generally satisfied with their current life,and12.1%of them were dissatisfied with their current https://www.doczj.com/doc/eb17822028.html,pared with other factors,confidence in the future has the highest impact on the subjective quality of life of residents.Finally.in view of the above conclusions,from improving the economic development,raising the income level of residents;formulating the consumption stimulus policy,optimizing the consumption structure of the residents;taking social quality as the

policy direction,Three aspects of overall improvement of the quality of life of residents put forward policy recommendations.
