学士学位外语考试及学位授予工作的通知

各有关主考院校成人教育（继续教育）学院，各市及胜利石油管理局自学（招生）考试办公室（中心）：根据《关于做好2011年成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位授予工作的通知》（鲁教高处函[2010]48号）的要求，现将山东省2011年高等教育自学考试本科毕业生学士学位外语考试及学位授予工作的有关事项通知如下，请遵照执行。
一、申报条件
2009年6月1日至2010年12月31日期间毕业的高等教育自学考试本科毕业生，且学习期间的各科成绩达到平均65分以上、本科段外语考试成绩合格（含外语成绩使用全国英语等级考试证书、外语专科以上毕业证免试的考生）、毕业答辩成绩良好以上、考试期间无作弊记录的考生，均可报考。
二、考试科目
考试科目为英语、日语、俄语、法语，非外语专业本科毕业生可任选1门外语报考，外语专业本科毕业生须参加第二外语考试。外语考试的命题工作由省教育厅聘请有关专家参照全日制普通本科教学计划和大纲要求进行。
三、报考手续
考生可在3月1日前登录主考院校成人教育（继续教育）学院网站查询报名安排，按照学校的要求办理报考手续，缴纳相关费用。
四、考试时间、地点
2011年成人学士学位外语考试时间为4月10日（星期日）上午9：00至11:10。考生可于4月8日登录网站https://www.doczj.com/doc/da1156140.html, 查询考场及座位安排情况并于考试前1天到考试院校实地查看考场。
准考证采用统一格式，考生报名数据成功上传后，由学位授予单位用系统生成并统一打印。准考证及考试通知由学位授予单位负责提前发至考生本人，准考证与考生的第二代身份证一起作为考生参加考试的必需证件。
五、成绩查询及学士学位证书申请
外语考试合格考生名单于6月份正式通知学位授予单位。
合格考生须按照主考院校规定的时间和要求及时上交有关材料，提出学位申请。经院校学位委员会审核通过后，由主考院校于7月25日至30日将本校本科毕业生申报信息库及相关材料报教育厅高教处。
请各主考院校、各市招考办高度重视本次学士学位外语考试及学位授予工作，认真学习鲁教高处函[2010]48号文件精神，做好宣传、组织工作，保证2011年我省高等教育自学考试本科毕业生学士学位外语考试及学位授予工作的顺利进行。
