1.APPLICATION
Model GJZ Oil Purifier for turbine can effectively remove moisture, gasses and particles from various kinds of turbine oil and other oils with equal viscosity of turbine oil. In addition, it can remove emulsions of said oils. Therefore, it is ideal for treating turbine oil of running units in power plant. Model GJZ product is connected with oil system of units. Oil is obtained from main oil tank and purified oil returns back main oil tank. It can operate together with oil system of unit to purify lube oil or regulating system oil continuously. It can also operate individually to filter/purify oil of main tank.

3.CONSTRUCTION
3.1 Low temperature（40℃-55℃）aggregation technique and emulsion-removing technique under vacuum operation condition is used to purify turbine oil with high efficiency ,time/power saving and preventation of oil-ageing during purifying.
3.2 Good suction, stable flow and low noise is ensured because adoption of specially-made oil pump.
3.3 High efficient de-watering and degassing is ensured by special dewatering/degassing parts in vacuum purifying system.
3.4 Special aggregation filter cores can remove most moisture of oil.
3.5 Polymolecular absorption technique removes acid matter from oil.
3.6 High precision filter core ensures top quality filtration.
3.7 Control system is provided with inter-lock safety device so, operation is reliable.
3.8 Condensor utilizes separation cooling method without water-cooling. Therefore energy is saved.
4.CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE
4.1 Construction
Model GJZ Turbine Oil Purifier mainly consists of Coarse Strainer(2), Magnetic Filter(3), Heater(5), Oil Inlet Pump(9),Vacuum Tank(22), Aggregation Filter System(10),Polymolecular Absorption/Regeneration Tank(17), Condenser (25) , Vacuum Pump(29),Oil Drain Pump(30) and Fine Filter (35),(36),etc(For details ,Please see Operation Principle Fig).
4.2 Operation principle
4.2.1 In case that the machine operates together with the unit to filter/purify turbine oil in main oil tank continuously, it works as follows (This system is called as aggregation/separation filter system):

Aggregation/separation technique and polymolecular absorption tank filter cores can filter out most of water, impurity and acid matter from oil. Separated water is discharged automatically by means of interface meter and solenoid valve. Since this system has only one power source for oil inlet pump, it is suitable for operating on-line with turbine for long period. During operation of turbine, oil temperature of main oil tank is above 50℃. This oil system needs no heater of this machine.
4.2.2 In case that shutdown needs to be made for service or high precision purification is needed, another system of the machine (Vacuum film filtration/separation system) may be started.

Water saturation temperature curve, vacuum film theory, polymolecular absorption regeneration tank, deep-layer filter core can remove water, gas and impurity thoroughly from oil so that purified oil meets new oil standard. Therefore, this system is applicable to high precision purification of oil system. Since vacuum pump in this system is oil-immersed type spinning vacuum pump,it is not suitable for long-time continuous running(continuos running can’t exceed 4 working days).Otherwise, overheat would be caused by friction. This system is not suitable for on-line operation with turbine for a long period of time.
This machine not only has very good separation result, but also operates together with turbine for long period of time.
5.ELECTRIC SYSTEM
This machine uses 3-phase,50Hz、380V Power. Electric apparatus is provided with switching-off protection and controller. Heaters are inter-locked with solenoid valve. Heaters can be started only after solenoid valve is started. Heaters are devided into 2 groups :“Group one” for operation, “Group Two”for standby. During operation, oil temperature is controlled by thermostat in heating system, with control range of 40℃-80℃.When oil temperature thermostat in heating system is above rated
one, thermostat cuts-off henter power supply automatically. And when oil temperature is below rated one, heater power supply is connected automatically. Temperature of heating system of oil filters manufactured by our plant was set at 50℃normally when they left factory. Users may reset their temperatures according to requirements. The machine is also provided with differential controller and aggregation separator. When fine filter core is blocked, differential controller comes into action to alarm by means of pilot lamp, indicating change of filter core (See Electric Operation Principle Fig.) 6．INSTALLATION
In the foundation reserve the Anchor bolt hole, put in the Foundation Bolt and fasten it after grouting, and install the Oil Purification Purifier get through it’s Mounting hole. Boundary dimension of Anchor bolt hole Corresponding to the FOUNDATION INSTALLATION DRAWING(GJZ-7.8-00-01).
7.OPERATION
7.1 Preparation
7.1.1 Open electric cabinet to check whether fuses are perfect, connections are loose and electric elements are moistened or damaged. Remove foreign matters from the cabinet.
7.1.2 Check bolts and nuts for looseness. If so, tighten them.
7.1.3 Connect mains and grounding protection.
7.1.4 Check to see whether coarse strainer and fine filter is mounted with screens and cores according to requirements.
7.1.5 Use transparent hose or steel tube to connect purifier with turbine main oil tank. Connection hose or tube must be clean. Inlet of this machine should be connected with the bottom of turbine main oil tank. And outlet of this machine should be connected with the top of turbine main oil tank(For details, please see Installation sketch).
7.1.6 Close all valves
7.2 Operation
In case of starting vacuum film filtration/separation oil system:
a.Power on
b.Start vacuum pump (29).
c.Open Inlet Valve (1), Ball Valve(4),(32) and Outlet Valve(38).Start Solenoid Valve(7).When oil
level of vacuum tank reaches or exceeds 3/4 of visual hole, start Oil Drain Pump(30).
d.When oil level of vacuum tank is almost stable, start heaters. Now, the machine is in operation
mode.
In case of starting aggregation separation/filtration system:
a.Power on
b.Open Inlet Ball Valve(1),Ball Valve(8),(15、19、32)and Outlet Ball Valve(38).
c.Start oil Inlet Pump(9).
7.3 Precautions
7.3.1 Sampling should be made from Sampling Valve (37) and done strictly according to sampling procedures or sampling precision will be affected.
7.3.2 Temperature rise of motors for vacuum pump and oil inlet pump can’t exceed 40℃.
7.3.3 Vacuum pump oil level should be always maintained at oil marks.
7.3.4 In case that vacuum tank has too much foam, slightly open Vacuum Charge Valve (24) to reduce vacuum (Removing foam).When reduced foam is obtained, close said valve.
7.3.5 In case that flow is remarkably reduced, check to see whether coarse strainer is blocked and fine filter is dirty.
7.3.6 Discharge oil/water in water tank in time.
7.3.7 Before starting heaters, pay special attention to whether oil flows into heaters. Never start heaters until oil enters into heaters. Lit pilot lamp indicates that heaters are in operation mode. Never start heaters at random in order to avoid burn of heaters and electric accident.
7.3.8 When aggregation filter core differential alarm and fine filter core differential alarm occurs, shutdown should be made for changing aggregation core or fine filter core.
7.3.9 Keep an eye to balancing oil level of vacuum tank. Keep oil level at 3/4 of visual glass at the lower part as much as possible. Stop oil drain pump if oil level exceeds above mentioned position. Otherwise, start oil drain pump.
7.4 Precautions for shutdown
Firstly turn off heaters and then close inlet ball valve and solenoid valve. After oil in vacuum tank is drained off by oil drain pump, turn off oil drain pump and close outlet ball valve. When readings of vacuum-meter is above operating vacuum (higher vacuum, the better), stop vacuum pump. Let out oil/water in condenser. Close rest valves and cut off power supply.
7.5Operating Conditions of Model GJZ Turbine Oil Purifier:
a.Ambient temperature: Below 50℃
b.If oil temperature is below-15℃,vacuum pump oil should be heated to 15℃or so.
c.If oil to be purified is too dirty (Containing too much water, gas and particles), pretreating is
recommended (Treated with clarification method or Model LY Board Frame Press Oil Filter).
Otherwise, purification result will be affected.
d.Site elevation will affect vacuum and purification. In this case ,oil temperature may be increased
to compensate.

8.MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
8.1 Often add No1 vacuum pump oil to oil tank to keep oil level at oil mark (For details, please see its Operation Instruction).
8.2 Every 3000 hour’s running of motor bearings, add No.2 or No.3 calcium-based grease to them (General speaking, addition should be made when maintenance or service is carried out).
8.3 Drain oil from vacuum pump every 6 months. And fill small quantity of fresh No.1 vacuum pump
oil. Move pulley by hand to make fresh oil wash internals of the pump. Then let out filled oil. This rinsing should be done twice. Finally, add enough fresh oil.
8.4 In case that shutdown would last more than one months, the machine should be stored in dry place, with electric cabinet door closed and machine housed.
9. TROUBLE SHOOTING AND REMEDY
一、用途
GJZ型汽轮机油净化装置能高效的排除各种透平油或相当于透平油粘度的其它油类中的水份、气体和杂质微粒，并能破除油的乳化，提高油品质量，保证运行设备（如汽轮机组等）的安全运行。因此，该设备可供发电厂运行机组的透平油处理。
GJZ型汽轮机油净化装置并联于机组油系统中，其中油取于主油箱，经净化后重新回到主油箱，它可与主机油系统同时在线运行，连续过滤与净化供润滑和调节系统用油；也可单独运行，对主油箱的油进行循环过滤与净化。

三、结构特点
1、在低温（400C-550C ）通过聚结技术及真空条件下破除油的乳化后净化透平油，效率高，节约时间和电能，在净化过程中能防止油的老化。
2、由于采用了特制油泵，自吸性能好，流量稳定、噪声低。
3、真空净化系统内采用了特制脱水、脱气零件，其脱水、脱气效率高。
4、采用了特制的聚结技术滤芯，能脱出油中的大量水分。
5、采用了高分子吸附技术将油中的酸性物质滤除。
6、采用了高精度的过滤滤芯，过滤质量高。
7、控制系统有完善的联锁安全装置，操作可靠。
8、冷凝器采用分离冷却方法，不用水冷，节约能源，使用方便。
四、结构与工作原理
（一）、结构
GJZ 型汽轮机油净化装置主要由：粗滤器（2）、磁性过滤器（3）、加热器（5）、进油泵（9）、真空罐（22）、聚结过滤系统（10）、高分子吸附再生罐（17）、冷凝器（25）、真空泵（29）、排油泵（30）、精滤器（35）、（36）等部件组成（详见工作原理图）。 （二）、工作原理
<一>当与主机油系统同时在线运行，连续过滤与净化主油箱透平油时，本装置油路走向为：（此路系统称为聚结分离过滤系统）

主油箱。
该路系统利用聚结分离技术和高分子吸附罐深层过滤滤芯，能够将汽轮机油的大部分水份、杂质和酸性物质能够得到完全分离，分离出的水份依靠油位界面仪和电磁阀控制自动排出，由于该路系统只有一个进油泵动力源，因此特别适用于与汽轮机同时、长时间在线运行。由于汽轮机运行时，主油箱油温一般在50℃以上，所以此油路系统不用本装置加热器。
<二>当汽轮机停机检修或短时间内需对透平油进行高精度、高纯度净化时，可以启动本装置的另一路系统（此路系统真空薄膜过滤分离系统）:
汽轮机主油箱底部油液从本装置入口球阀（1）粗滤器（2）磁性过滤器（3）球阀（4）加热器（5）电磁阀（7）浮球阀（20）真空罐（22）顶部特制脱水脱气元件（21）
分离出的气体、水份，经过冷凝器（25）后被真空泵（29）抽走。

该路系统利用水的饱和温度曲线,真空薄膜理论,以及高分子吸附再生罐,深层过滤滤芯能够完全将气轮机油中的水份(甚至微水)、气体、杂质得到分离，使净化后的油质完全达到新
油的标准，因此本路系统适用于对油路系统进行高精度高纯度的过滤与净化。由于本路系统中真空泵为浸油式旋片式真空泵，其工作原理与结构决定了它不适宜长时间连续运行（连续运行时间最长不超过4天），否则会因摩擦造成发热严重，从而影响它的抽气性能，因此该路系统不适宜与气轮机长时间在线运行。
本油净化装置即解决了以往油净化装置效果达不到真空式滤油机设备的分离效果，又解决了真空式滤油机设备不能与气轮机长时间在线运行的问题，因此该油净化装置具有一机多用的特点。
五、电气系统
本机使用三相50HZ、380V电源，电器有良好的断电保护和电控装置，加热器与电磁阀联锁控制，只有启动电磁阀后，才能启动加热器，加热器共分两组：即“一组加热”工作，“二组加热”备用。在本机运行时，油温的控制是通过装在加热系统中的温度控制器来进行的，其控制范围是40℃-80℃，当加热系统中的油温高于额定温度时，温度控制器可自动切断加热器电源，当温度低于额定温度时又可自动接通加热器电源，继续加热。我厂生产的油过滤器加热系统的温度控制点在出厂时一般调整到500C，用户可根据处理油质的好坏选择温度控制点的高低。本机还设有差压控制器，高聚结分离器、精滤器滤芯堵塞后，差压控制器动作，使指示灯报警，提醒用户及时更换滤芯。（详见电器原理图）。
六、安装
在地基上预留地脚螺栓孔，放入随机配套的地脚螺栓后灌浆固定，再用螺母、垫圈通过GJZ-7.8的地脚孔将设备固定。安装预留孔尺寸见设备安装基础图（GJZ-7.8-00-01）。
七、使用说明
（一）、使用前的准备
1.打开电器柜、检查内部各处保险是否齐全，电器接头有无松动，电器元件是否受潮和损坏，清除电器柜各处杂物。
2.检查各处连接部位的螺栓、螺母有无松动，如有松动，须拧紧后再用。
3.接上总电源和接地保护。
4.检查粗滤器和精滤器是否按要求装好滤网和滤芯。
5.将本机与汽轮机主油箱用透明软管或金属钢管连接好，连接的管道内部须清洁，本机的
进口与汽轮机主油箱底部相连，本机出口与汽轮机主油箱上部相连。（详见安装示意图）
6.关闭所有阀门。
(二)、开机
当启动真空薄膜过滤分离油路系统时：
1.接通电源开关。
2.启动真空泵（29）。
3.打开进口阀（1），球阀（4）、（32）和出口阀（38），启动电磁阀（7），
当真空罐内油位达到或超过视孔的3/4时，即可启动排油泵（30）。
4.当真空罐内油位基本稳定后，可开启加热器，此时整机进入正常工作状态。
当启动聚结分离过滤系统时:
1.接通电源开关。
2.打开进口球阀(1)、球阀（8）、（15、19、32）和出口球阀（38）。
3.启动进油泵（9）。
（三）、运转中注意事项
1.化验油样必须从取样阀（37）取出，取样应严格按取样操作规程进行操作，否则会影
响化验精度。
2.注意真空泵、进油泵的各种电动机的允许温升不得超过40℃。
3.真空泵的油位须经常保持在油标线上。
4.真空罐内气体泡沫太多时，可略微打开真空充气阀（24），以降低真空度，消减泡沫，
泡沫下降后须关闭此阀。
5.当流量明显减小时，应检查粗滤器是否堵塞，精滤器滤芯是否太脏。
6.及时排放存水罐内的油和水。
7.在开启加热器时，特别要注意是否有油液进入加热器内，在没有油
液进入加热器前，一定不能开启加热器，在指示灯亮时，加热器为工作状态，千万不可随意开启，以免烧坏加热器及发生电器事故。
8.当聚结滤芯差压报警，精滤器滤芯差压报警时，应停机更换聚结滤芯或精滤器滤芯。
9．注意平衡真空罐内的油位，尽量保持在下部视孔玻璃的3/4处，油位超过请停止排油泵。否则启动排油泵。
（四）停机注意事项
先关闭加热器，然后关闭进口球阀和电磁阀。待排油泵将真空罐内的油排完后，再关闭排油泵和出口球阀，待真空压力表的数字达到工作真空度以上时（真空度愈高愈好），停止真空泵，排放冷凝器内的油和水，关闭其余阀门，切断总电源。
（五）GJZ型汽轮机油净化装置的使用范围：
（1）本机作业时的环境温度不超过50℃。
（2）在油温度低于-150C的环境中使用时，必须先将真空泵油加热到150C左右才能使用。
（3）待净化的油液如太脏（即油中水份、气体和杂质颗粒太多时），建议采用适当措施作净化前处理（如用澄清法或本厂生产的LY型板框压力式滤油机处理），否则会极大地影响净化效果。
（4）使用场地的海拔高度太高会影响本机真空度以及净化效果，此时可提高油温作适当的弥补。
(5)水的汽化温度与油温、真空度的关系对照表。

八、维护与保养
1. 真空泵油箱随时添加1号真空泵油，使油位保持在油标线上（具体请参见该泵使用说明书）。
2.各电机轴承运转3000h左右加一次2号或3号钙基润滑脂（一般在保养或检修时进行）。
3.每使用半年应将真空泵油放净，加入少量新的1号真空泵油，用手扳动皮带轮，使新油将泵内部清洗，然后放出，这样清洗两次后再加入足够的新油。
4.如停机一月以上，本机应放在干燥的地方，关闭电器柜门和盖好机身外罩。

商品说明书中英文翻译对照 【药物名】对乙酰氨基酚 【其他名称】乙酰氨基酚；扑热息痛；退热净；醋氨酚；Acetaminophen；N-acetyl-P-aminophenol 【英文名称】Paracetamol 【适应症】用于感冒及流感，发热，减轻中度疼痛如关节痛、神经痛、肌肉痛、头痛、偏头痛、痛经、牙痛等症状。对阿司匹林过敏或不适应的患者应用本品尤为适宜。 【用法与用量】口服：成人每次300-500毫克，日2-3次。儿童每日2-3次，每次2-3岁50-100毫克；4-6岁100-150毫克；7-9岁150-200毫克；10-12岁200-250毫克；12岁以上250-500毫克；1岁以下儿童避免使用。 【注意事项】 （1）对阿司匹林过敏者一般对本品不发生过敏，但也有因对阿司匹林过敏而发生哮喘的病人中，少部分人在服用本品后发生轻度支气管痉挛性反应，因此，对阿司匹林过敏者慎用。 （2）孕妇和哺乳期妇女慎用。 （3）服用本品后如出现红斑或水肿症状，应立即停药。 【不良反应】一般剂量较少引起不良反应，对胃肠道刺激小，不会引起胃肠道出血。但也偶可引起恶心、呕吐、出汗、腹泻及面色苍白等不良反应。长期大量用药，对肝、肾均有损害，尤其是肾功能低下者，可能出现肾绞痛或急性肾功能衰竭。另外还可发生高铁血红蛋白血症。 【禁忌症】 （1）对本品过敏者禁用。
（2）1岁以下儿童及新生儿因肝、肾功能发育不全，应避免使用。 （3）酒精中毒、患肝病或病毒性肝炎时，本品有增加肝脏毒性作用的危险，应禁用。 （4）肾功能不全者禁用。 【限定剂型】片剂，咀嚼片，缓释片，泡腾片，分散片，胶囊剂，口服溶液剂，滴剂，糖浆剂，颗粒剂，泡腾颗粒剂，栓剂。 【药物贮藏】应在阴凉干燥处密闭保存。 【药物配伍】1、长期饮酒或正在应用其他肝酶诱导剂时，尤其是巴比妥类或其他抗痉挛药的患者，连续使用本品，有发生肝脏毒性反应的危险。 2、长期大量与阿司匹林、其他水酸盐制剂或其他非甾体抗炎药合用时（如每年累积用量达1000克，应用3年以上），可明显增加肾毒性的危险。 3、与抗病毒药剂多夫定合用时，会增加毒性，应避免同时应用。 4、与抗凝血药合用时可增加抗凝血作用，故要调整抗凝血药的用量。Paracetamol Main Use ：Pain, fever Active Ingredient ：Paracetamol Manufacturer ：Non-proprietary How does it work? Operation for switchover ● tail switch operation The tail switch is a button switch with the function of button-pressing for locking and unlocking, which is to realize the operation of internal switches through the metallic button’s delivering the pressing force in the following specific modes: ◆when the switch is off, if the metallic button is pressed hard, after it is released, the switch
will then be kept on, circuit connected with LED on. ◆when the switch is on, if the metallic button is pressed hard, after it is released, the switch will then be unlocked and kept off with LED accordingly off. ◆when the switch is on, if the metallic button is pressed gently, LED will be off immediately, but after the button is released, LED will then be on again, and the switch will then be kept on. This operation is defined as the “gentle pressing” that LED goes through momentary on-and-off as the metallic button is gently pressed and released. ●how to switch over If the torch is turned on for the first time, or turned on again after it is turned off for the first time and remains off or at least 2 seconds, the gear will then be automatically switched to the first gear in either case: “high light”. In the mode that the torch is kept on when LED is on, press the tail switch gently, and the torch will be switched to another gear. The 8 different gears assembled herein will be switched on by turns. Caution: if you have any problem with switchover before initial use, please contact relevant salespeople or the after-sale service department for more information. 3. Load batteries in the right way Unscrew the tail cover, put the batteries into the cabin with the positive electrode toward the torch head, and then screw the cover tight. If batteries are loaded in the wrong way, the torch won’t work due to circuit protection, but it will resume normal work after batteries are unloaded and reloaded in the right way. Caution: batteries with no-load voltage over 2V are not preferred in case the internal circuit suffers from damages. Only batteries with on-load voltage of or under 2V are recommended. Due to excellent discharging performance, NiMH batteries are strongly recommended here. Maintenance Four silicone rings are equipped, two in front of the middle pipe and two at the back, providing excellent water-proof performance. For daily use, the torch will continue normal work even if it is accidentally soaked in the water.
L X M26调试软件S o m o v e使用说明安装LXM26调试软件调试软件 如果没有安装Somove，需要先安装Somove 下载地址： 安装好Somove 后需要安装Lexium26 的DTM 下载地址： 软件注册 如果尚未注册软件系统会自动提示注册，注册是免费的。 连接电脑 Lexium26通过CN3口（modbus485）和电脑进行通讯，施耐德标准通讯线缆型号是TCSMCNAM3M002P，此电缆连接电脑一端为USB口 在第一次进行调试时，需要查明电脑分配给此调试电缆的COM口，打开硬件管理器就可以看到，此处为COM4 确认COM口后，需要在Somove里面设定对应的COM口，单击编辑链接 选择modbus串行，并单击最右边编辑图标 选择对应的COM端口，单击应用并确定

TD调试软件使用方法 TDebug（文件名TD.EXE）是调试8086汇编语言的工具软件。TD主要用来调试可执行文件（.EXE文件）。它具有功能强、使用灵活方便、人－机界面友善、稳定可靠等特点，能提高工作效率，缩短调试周期。 1．启动方法 使用TDebug软件时，必须有以下文件： TD.EXE——可执行文件。 在DOS状态下键入TD即可启动TD软件。 例如： C:\SY86>TD 文件名 或 C:\SY86>TD F1-Help F2-Bkpt F3-Mod F4-Here F5-Zoom F6-Next F7-Trace F8-Step F9-Run 10-Menu 如果在键入TD之后又键入了文件名，则TD就将指定的文件装入以供调试；如果不指定文如果在键入TD之后又键入了文件名，则TD就将指定的文件装入以供调试；如果不指定文件名，则可以在TD的菜单操作方式下取出文件，然后进入调试状态。 2．窗口功能和操作 进入TD调试软件后，屏幕上出现五个窗口，系统现场信息分别显示在各窗口内。如上图所示。图中，第一行为菜单信息，最后一行为热键信息，中间即为

一、系统构成 系统由一个EXE文件构成，打开系统时会自动建立Log和Project 目录。Log用于保存日志时的默认路径，Project用于保存工程文件 时的默认路径。 系统同时支持整体式和分体式的微波调试。 二、安装与卸载 本系统不需要安装，是绿色软件，直接复制MW Analyzer.exe即可。 卸载时直接删除MW Analyzer.exe和自动生成的Log和Project目录 即可。 三、图示方法 1、红点 红点是按F的当前值为横坐标，U的当前值为纵坐标画出的点，“” 表示最近一次红点的位置。 2、绿点 绿点是按F的平均值（30次）为横坐标，U的平均值（30次）为纵 坐标画出的点，“”表示最近一次绿点的位置。只有当F的当前值与 平均值之差小于5时才打印出绿点。
3、蓝点 在画板上单击左键即可，同时会把当前的坐标显示到OPERATION 中的X，Y中。也可以输入X，Y的值，点击画蓝点。 4、坐标 坐标是按F、U的真实值显示出来，默认的坐标范围是F:0430H-082FH，U:0640H-0A40H，如果显示的坐标不在此范围内时时,请单击按钮,系统自动按当前的F和U的值为中 心点输入到中,你也可以手动输入此值。设定好中心 点的值以后，单击按钮确认以后，系统即会重新设定起始坐标。 鼠标右键可以在当前位置上显示坐标虚线，便于查看坐标。 四、操作说明 1、SYSTEM(系统) OPEN（打开） CLOSE（关闭） EXIT(退出系统)
