2017年中考英语质量分析报告
一、命题情况分析
2017年xx市中考英语命题以英语标为总体目标，以“稳中求变、变中求新”为命题指导思想，密切结合我市初中英语教学的实情，注重对学生的英语基础知识、基本技能的考查，突出对学生英语综合运用能力的检测，较好地体现了毕业考试的评价功能和升学考试的选拔功能。
1．关注基础，覆盖面广
全卷突出了对语言基础知识和基本技能的考查，覆盖标的要求，对知识和技能考查比较全面、合理；单项选择、词汇和完成句子题型集中考查了初中阶段的重要词汇、句式、语法及常用表达法等，这些考查是在一定语境中进行的，能够比较客观地反映考生对基础词汇、句式、语法的识记、理解和运用情况。试卷尽可能地避免了在脱离语境的情况下单独考查语言基础知识，体现了语言的交际功能，很好地体现英语新程所提倡的语言交际性和实用性原则。
2．稳定合理，继承创新
2017年英语笔试试卷总体结构基本保持与2016年一致，但是任务型阅读的A篇根据短回答问题，做了一定调整，对回答问题的字数要
求不超过六个单词。在确保试卷良好的稳定性和继承性的同时也做了一点创新。同时在保持对英语语言知识的考查分布均衡的前提下，试卷设计了适量的开放性较强的主观性试题，为学生提供了更多的发挥空间。如任务型阅读A篇介绍共享图书，倡导阅读，题目设计成问答题，具有探究性。任务型阅读B篇介绍绿色生活方式，并引导学生崇尚绿色生活理念，关注环保。题目设计成内容填空，具有开放性，侧重对学生阅读技能和英语综合运用能力的考查，并也较好地体现了对学生创新能力的考查。这对我们初中英语教学起到了良好的导向作用。
3．贴近生活，重视教化
今年中考试题在选材上力求富有时代气息，引导学生关注社会，关注身边的事，有助于学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。所选语言或语篇材料可读性强，原汁原味，用词地道优美。如，单项选择题和词汇题的语境涉及时事、历史、化、科学、体育、慈善、同学间的和睦相处、安全等一些热门或与学生实际生活联系比较密切的话题。阅读更是这样，有较强的时代感，与学生的现实生活紧密联系，能引导学生关注生活，并学会以积极的态度去对待生活。
整份试卷坚持能力考查的方向，从主旨大意、事实认定、深层理解、推理判断、信息检索和猜测词义等多方面考查学生的阅读理解能力，这样的设题能考查出考生在特定的语境中运用知识及分析问题、解决问题的能力。这些能有效引导教师平时教学中增加学生阅读训练量，拓展学生知识面，并重视对学生阅读方法指导和化意识的培养。
二、得分情况分析
全县37所中学9381名考生参加考试，英语总均分8881分，高于均分的共所学校：淮外国语学校1194分，涟水外国语中学1181分，郑梁梅初中1188分，成双语学校113分，红窑中学980分，其余32所中学低于英语学科均分。均分最低一所学校7人参加考试低于总均分21分，低于最高分8274分。高于均分的所学校有两所为农村中学。8所城区中学参考人数为611人，英语均分为9116分；所有农村中学参考人数为2870人，均分为6339分。以上数据可以看出我们学生英语成绩城乡差距大，同类学校间差距也比较大；人数占绝对优势的城区个别学校英语学科拖腿严重。
单选题部分考查了冠词an，形容词性物主代词ur，现在进行时is sleeping，一般过去时的被动语态as built，在语境下的形容词、情态动词、介词、动词短语和近义词的辨析分别为hungr, an’t, beteen, get up和eep，此外，还考查了由hat引导的接不可数名词的感叹句，在上下语境中识别宾语从句，先行词为物且用最高级修饰的使用that 的关系代词引出的定语从句，在含有定语从句的从句中考查非谓语动词t d做目的状语。从难易度上看1题确实为一道难题，具有选拔的功能。
完型为一篇有教育意义的小故事，动词考查6处，连词2处，形容词2处，名词（包括不定代词）3处，副词2处。通过语篇层面考查学生的基础知识和综合语言运用能力。本部分较难的一题为28题still 作为句子副词尽管如此讲。英语本8上第8单元中出现的still的意思
是仍然，而本题设置有点像高考题型，如果想在考试中取得绝对的优势，学生应该掌握书本上一些词的拓展意思。
阅读理解A篇为富含哲理的一个小故事，B篇为有关旅游的图表阅读，篇讲的是如何学会当电梯故障时急救的方法，题目设置相对平和，难度不大。
词汇A属于简单题，但是题干中出现了法国最年轻的总统，一带一路等富含时代气息的内容。
词汇B部分考查了形容词hinese变为名词hina，序数词tenth，名词复数heres，名词变为形容词areful，祈使句否定Dn’t si，名词所有格plaer’s，反身代词herself。题目难度都不大，但是要注意hina要大写，如果小写意思就错了，有不少学生在大小写上失分。
完成句子部分主要结合时态和句式进行考查四会短语的灵活运用，分别为gd at plaing, sh ff, had t, beause f, gr up, t help, in danger, as fr, be istaen fr, re a pair f glasses。62-1和6-2都考查了过去式，61,63,64分别在并列简单句，时间状语从句和条状语从句中考查四会短语。但是第6题不定式的被动语态并非为中考的考点，为超纲题。
任务型阅读A为一篇介绍“b”的，题目设置为每小题答案不超过6个词，是在往年的基础上新增设的要求，问题主要以h-questins为主，答案在中都可以直接找到。
任务型阅读B为一篇保护环境的说明。72,73,74为信息查找类的题，71和7-1为信息转换类的题由原的the prble is being re and re serius变成the envirnent is being rse and rse；由原句的eas变成easil，通过句
子分析填写diffiult，还有一道信息归纳总结题较为难，最后一空填ging green等与保护环境有关的词做主语即可。
书面表达为纯观点类，虽然纯观点类的在近几年的中考中从未出现，但是《中考复习指南》上有很多这样的题目，其中与本篇最为类似的是test的书面表达“学生在学习时能否利用手中的Pad在网上搜寻信息，查找答案？”以及书面表达专项的中学生网上交友的题目。本次考试的作所给要点也是中考的四会内容，既让学生有话写，在“你的观点”中又留白，让学生有所发挥，但是学生想拿高分一定要关注句式结构，的连贯性等。然而城区学生平均得分不到1分，而农村学生大部分学校均分没有达到10分。主要问题在：学生的整个的句子表达存在问题，时态、人称等运用不正确；书写潦草，不规范。
纵观整份试卷，语境创设，完型阅读这些语篇类的选材非常具有时代气息和教育意义，旨在培养学生积极向上的价值观并能教授学生实用的生活技能，贴近学生的生活实际。
三、2017届初三学科备考情况分析
1 教材方面
（1）教材内容较多，词汇量太大，尤其初三第一单元起点较高，学生容易产生厌学情绪。
（2）教材知识点的复现率不高，同时没有较好的能针对全体学生水平的、权威的配套巩固练习。
2 学生方面
（1）双基不扎实。词汇量小，单词拼写能力较差，语法概念淡薄，

2018年英语中考质量分析报告一、基本情况分析： 我校今年参加中考人数80人，从整体上分析，学生学习的积极性不是很高，学生整体素质与往届学生比各个方面都存在很大的差距。在学习过程中学生自主学习的积极性不是很高，两极分化严重，尖子生也不够突出，中等学生发挥不是很稳定，学生学科之间发展不平衡，学生偏科现象存在，基础不扎实，懒惰性太强。尖子生学习爱“钻牛角”，中等学生等你讲，“讲什么就是什么”，学困生干脆就直接放弃，通过后阶段教师积极做思想动员，纠正了一部分学生的思想状态，但是考试中仍然影响着学生的发挥。 二、考试成绩 1.参考80人，A卷及格19人，及格率%，优秀8人，优秀率10%,平均分;AB合卷及格9人，及格率%，成绩很不理想。 2.存在问题： （1）学生基础差，没有形成良好的学习习惯，学习积极性不高，同时间对学生英语有较强的逆反心理现象，布置学生任务从不按时完成。 （2）学生几次知识记忆不牢固。七八年级知识几乎忘记，所学知识不够贯通，不会运用。 （3）全校高分偏低。由于七年级学生入口成绩特别差，对学习几乎丧失信息，造成学习过程中学生自主学习的积极性不是很高，两极分化严

2，查找不足、总结经验、发扬成绩 1）查找不足 1，学生普遍对英语学科失去了兴趣，欠缺主动去学习英语的动力。有不少学生，由于欠账太多，对英语早已失去了兴趣，初中三年基本在浑浑噩噩中度过，上课不是在睡觉，就是在扰乱课堂秩序，而我们老师很容易忽视这一部分学生，或者会因为补差工作的难度太大，放弃这一部分学生。从期末考试的成绩反映可以看出，各年级都存在数目不小的差生。对此，我的建议是，七年级应该注重培养学生的兴趣，运用多种教学手段，尽可能唤起学生对英语学习的兴趣，八年级应该关注差生，防止两极分化越来越严重，九年级应该分析差生，了解学生英语学不好的原因，是方法不对，还是对英语学科的时间投入不够，了解学生畏惧英语的原因，多个层面让学生认识到英语学习的重要性。同时，九年级老师应尽量对这部分差生降低要求。不要一下子指望学生从30分考到90分，每天能够进步一点点就可以了。在作业布置时，要关注到这部分差生，可以降低作业难度，比如说其他同学要求写一篇作文，他们只要求翻译几个句子即可。各年级英语老师，要注重增强英语差生的信心，多鼓励，少责备，不要畏难，不要轻易放弃任何一个学生。 2，一味的跟着教材走，过于局限在教材里。我们初中英语现在使用的教材是牛津深圳版，这套教材普遍被反映难度大，单元与单元联系不是很紧密，而且并不是里面所有的内容适合所有的学生。我们有些老师一开始可能出于考虑到考试因素，唯恐没有将教材里的每一个知识点讲解到，将自己和学生都圈到了这套教材里。但是通过对这几年各年级期末考试和中考试题的分析，其实不难发现，教材只是一个载体，更多的知识传授需要课外阅读的加强和课外知识的补充。因此，我们老师要学会处理教材，学会利用好各种课外资源。 这当然对增加老师备课的难度，但是相信我们科组老师为了切实提高学生能力与成绩，会很乐意提高自己的备课能力。事实上，现在我们科组老师已经在向这些方面做出了不少努力。 3，一味的借用其他学校的课件，学案和试卷，没有考虑到自己学生的英语水平。
