4.Main Structure and Working Principle
The TC315mainly consists of crown block beam,bearing pedestal,crown block shaft, Double row circular cone roller bearings,pulley,auxiliary block,sand block.sheaves of crown block,crown block beam and balusters etc.parts.
4.1Crown block frame for welding structure,main two longitudinal and two beams with
Q345B plank welded,mainly welds are magnetic powder flaw detection.
4.2The wire line adopts parallel threading method.In order to make traveling block parallel to the mast gate,the included angle between crown block shaft centre line of sheave assembly and vertical centre line of crown block frame is6.4°.String wire line from drawworks drum to
a guide sheave,directly string the wire line to crown block from outside of mast.
4.3Dead rope and fast rope respectively from the top sides derivation derrick,derrick thigh stress is more reasonable.In the crown block of the sand pulley,set the applicable?14.5rope.
4.4Equipped with wire line ward device,preventing the wire line from bouncing or falling off;
4.5Pulley groove Design meets API Spec8A,Max.line number strung6×7Dia.of drilling line?35。
4.6Each major pulleys and guide pulley and axis between fitted with a2097952K double row circular cone roller bearings,they can ensure the pulley easy rotation and have good stability and resistance to axial force,each bearing has an own separate ways,ensure lubricating oil,make full bearing pulleys flexible rotation.
4.7After the combination that between the crown block and mast is located with2?30 positioning dowels,fix it on the mast with12M30screw bolts.
4.8Equipped with two auxiliary block in order to suspended rope of air winch

5Delivery,installation and use
5.1Delivery
Crown block overall naked outfit shipped.Auxiliary pulley Crown block rack,bound in the lower rubber Crown block removed,with wire bound in crane on the shelf.Crown block pulley lifting frame removed,with wire banding together,composition strapping pieces.
Crown block pulley lifting frame and peg connection,Pin and frame connecting bolts,nuts, washers,frame and slant supports connection peg and pins and fixed rubber two u-shape bolts are loaded in a wooden box,wooden boxes with wire PTM rack,bound in crane together with the shipment.
5.2Installation
After the combination that between the crown block and mast is located with2?30 positioning dowels,fix it on the mast with12M30screw bolts.Assemble the derrick of crown block sheave on the land according to the figure,joint it on the crown frame with screw bolts, assemble the anti-strike rubber under the crown block and fasten it.

6Repair,maintenance and troubleshooting
6.1Before installation,operation,and during operation,it is necessary to make strict inspection on the following items:
6.1.1Check the flexibility of the sheaves,remove blockings.
6.1.2Check the nuts,fasten them timely if some of them loose.
6.1.3Check the combination flexibility between rails,make sure there is no cracks on pipe
table,repair it timely if there is any damages.
6.1.4Check the cages,make sure that they are not damaged,not crashed on sheaves.
6.1.5Inspect whether grease is putted on sheave bearings before operation,lubricate them
according specified time during operation and check the grease pipe carefully to avoid blocking.
6.1.6Inspect all lubricating bearings'operation is normal or not.
6.1.7Inspect the temperature increasing of sheave bearings;make sure it under50°C.
6.2Attrition and repairing Inspection of sheave grooves:
6.2.1The size and shape of sheave groove has a great impact to steel wire lines service life,
so it is necessary to measure the grooves with gauge,the measuring gauge should
accord with the below:

JGF(HWF)型天车防碰撞装置 使用说明 天车在同一轨道上行驶,有可能会发生碰撞，造成人员和设备的事故。所以需要防碰撞装置及时提醒操作人员注意，防止事故的发生。 一、产品型号及组成 （一）产品型号 1.JGF（激光）型天车防碰撞装置 JGF-1型：双向单点控制 JGF-2型：双向双点控制 2.HWF（红外）型天车防碰撞装置 HWF-1型：双向单点控制 HWF-2型：双向双点控制 （二）本产品由以下3部分组成： 1、控制器（主机） 控制器的功能主要是将激光（红外）传感器接收到的信号进行处理，根据检测到的距离，作出相应的报警和继电器的动作。 2、激光（红外）距离检测器 激光（红外）距离检测器的功能是将发射光束射到反射板，并接收反射板所反射回的信号。从而提供给主机计算天车到被测物体的距离。

天车，又称桥式起重机，桥架在高架轨道上运行。天车的桥架沿铺设在两侧高架上的轨道纵向运行，起重小车沿铺设在桥架上 的轨道横向运行，构成一矩形的工作范围，能够纵向、横向两方面运行吊物。 天车一般由起重小车、桥架运行机构、桥架金属结构组成。 其中起重小车由起升机构、小车运行机构和小车架三部分组 成。起升机构中电动机经过减速器，带动卷筒转动，使钢丝绳绕上卷筒或从卷筒放下，以升降重物。小车架是支托和安装起升机构和小车运行机构等部件的机架,一般为焊接结构。 天车在空中运行，容易被一些人忽视，容易发生安全事故。同时，由于天车吊物是在空中，容易掉物砸伤人员。因此，天车的操作和保养都要有严格的规程。 一、天车的操作规范 1、行车工须经训练考试，并持有操作证者方能独立操作，未经专门训练和考试不得单独操作。 2、无操作证和酒后都不许驾驶起重机。
3、开车前应认真检查设备机械，电气部份和防护保险装置是 否完好、可靠。如果，控制器、制动器、限位器、电铃、紧急开关等主要附件失灵，严禁吊运。 4、所有的电气设备外壳均应接地。如小车轨道不是焊接在主 梁上时，应采取焊接地线措施。 5、检查前必须切断电源。检查完成后按送电纽以接通电流。 6、每台起重机必须在明显的地方挂上额定起重量的标牌。 7、车上要清洁干净；不许乱放设备、工具、易燃品、易爆品和危险品。 & 限位开关和联锁保护装置，要经常检查。 9、必须听从挂钩起重人员指挥，行车起动时应先呜铃。但对 任何人发动的紧急停车信号，都应立即停车。 10、天车运行中必须精神集中，发现异常现象及时停车检查。 11、天车启动后要逐渐加速。操作控制器手柄时，应先从” 0”位转到第一档，然后逐级增减速度。换向时，必须先转回” 0”位。 12、起吊时钢丝绳要保持垂直，起吊后运行中严禁吊物前后左右摇摆。 13、吊物禁止在人头、电石重锅或其它设备上运行

The two longitudinal beams and cross beams are welded of 16Mn plates. The major welds are subjected to magnetic particle examination. 4.2The traveling system uses parallel line reeving. The center line of shaft of main cluster makes an angle of 4.3° with the vertical center line of crown frame so that the traveling block is in parallel with the front of mast. The wire rope runs from drawworks through a guide sheave and is led directly to the crown block. 4.3 On the top of sheaves is there a rope guard to prevent the wire rope from out of the sheave grooves. 4.4The sheave grooves are designed to API Spec 8A. The maximum numbers of line for hoisting system is 6×7 and the diameter of wire rope is φ38mm. 4.5A 37961K double-row conical-roller bearing is mounted between each main sheave and guide sheave. It can ensure that the sheaves run freely & smoothly and withstand the axial stress. Each bearing has its lubrication channel to ensure that the bearing is adequately lubricated and the sheaves run freely. 4.6 Connect the crown block to the mast by twoφ40 pins and then fasten it on the mast with 12 M30 bolts.

天车啃轨的原因分析及解决办法 一．什么是天车的啃轨啃轨有哪些危害 啃轨：即天车大车或小车在运行过程中，轮缘与轨道侧面接触，产生水平侧向推力，引起轮缘与轨道的摩擦及磨损。 危害：1.正常使用条件下车轮的寿命在10年左右，发生啃轨现象使车轮的使用寿命不到1年、甚至几个月。同时由于磨损 是相对的，严重时也会大大降低钢轨的使用寿命。 2.由于啃轨摩擦运行时阻力大，起动难，电气元件易损坏， 甚至出现电机烧损，传动轴断裂，减速机内部齿轮断齿， 轴承损坏等极端现象。 3.严重时会出现车轮轮缘爬上轨顶，造成脱轨事故，发生人 身或设备事故。 4.啃轨必然在运行中产生水平侧向推力使厂房结构承受 附加的横向载荷。导致固定轨道的螺栓松动。 5.运行过程中发生啃轨现象，还会引起整台天车的较大振动， 使主梁、端梁、轨道等连接部位松动、断裂、开焊，整机 结构产生变形，同时也使厂房钢结构遭受冲击载荷引起不 同程度的损坏。 二．啃轨的现象： 1、天车轨道侧面或车轮轮缘内侧有斑痕，严重时斑痕有毛刺或 掉铁屑。 2、天车在短距离行驶时轮缘与轨道之间间隙有明显改变。
