Instruction ManualCompact Pressure SensorPSE530 / PSE531 / PSE532 / PSE533The intended use of the pressure sensor is to measure the pressure of fluids and provide an analogue output signal.These safety instructions are intended to prevent hazardous situations and/or equipment damage. The minimum insertion depth is indicated by the most distalportion of the solid black laser line. Subsequent laser lines are providedfor reference.Release the sutures from all three suture cleats and pull back on the SPEED Inserter handle to remove. To set the anchor, slowly pull all suture limbs simultaneously.Through a percutaneous incision, align the ICONIX SPEED Inserter perpendicular to the bone. This procedure demonstrates the use of SPEED loaded with 1.2mm and 2.0mm XBraid TT.4The ICONIX All Suture Anchor System features a proprietary IntelliBraid technology. Upondeployment, the implant sheathcreates a bunching effect usingtargeted compression zones withinthe implant sheath for optimal fixation.Through the lateral portal, retrieve and load one strand of the 2.0mm XBraid TT from the medial anchor into the Cobra reusable suture passer.Pass the suture through the tendon taking care not to overload the jaw with tissue against the lateral aspect of the cuff. The laser line on the Cobra indicates the approximate location the needle will fire.Repeat with a second SPEED implant and then prepare the lateral tuberosity with Stryker’s 90-S Cruise ablator.5Repeat with the 1.2mm XBraid TT and continue passing the remainingsix tails of XBraid TT through thetendon.Retrieve the 2.0mm XBraid TT from the anterior anchor through thelateral portal and load them into the eyelet of the Omega Knotless Anchor using the pull tab.The Omega Knotless Anchorfeatures a self-punching all-PEEK eyelet. However, if the surgeon determines that a pilot hole is necessary, instrumentation is available.Through the lateral portal, retrieve and tie down the 1.2mm XBraid TT for additional medial row fixation.6Mallet the proximal end of the eyelet inserter until the distal end of the laser line is flush with thebone.While maintaining slightdownward pressure on thescrewdriver handle, pull desired tension on the suture limbs one at a time and place in the cleats if desired.The proprietary eyelet is designed to engage and find securepositioning in the bone during tensioning. Depending on thedensity or quality of the bone, you may feel the eyelet reposition under the cortical layer of the bone while tensioning.Place the tapered tip of the 4.75mm Omega Screw over the pilot hole which can easily be located by following your suture path to the aperture of the hole.7Once the desired tension has been achieved, insert the screw by holding the black handle of the screwdriver and simultaneously turning the proximal translucent knob clockwise until flush. Do not countersink the Omega screw. Repeat with a second Omega anchor and cut the tails flush with the Big Dog Suture Cutter.It is best practice to load the implants with the reload blister pack flat on a table or mayo stand.Omega Double Double guide for reloading implant blister packInsert the tip of the eyelet inserter into the eyelet and press to engage the eyelet with moderate pressure. A slight click may be felt at this time.For reference, the proximal edge of the laser line will beflush with the edge of the reload blister pack.Pivot the inserter handle upwards to disengage and remove the eyelet and handle from the reload blister pack.Reinsert the pull tab kite through the center of the eyelet and attach to the shaft.Insert the screwdriver into the screw until flush with the laser line and remove from the reload blister pack by pivoting the handle up similar to the eyelet.Orient the eyelet inserter handle so that is facing up and the arrow is pointed toward the eyelet. So the statement user can knows the current and previous financial condition in the enterprises, correctly evaluate the current and future abilities to pay and repay, find out the problems in financial affairs, and scientifically calculate the future financial conditions. An adequate, efficient basis is provided for scientific decision.1 IntroductionIt was America that first decided to replace statement of changes in financial position with cash flow statement. Afterwards, U.K., Australia, Canada and many other countries and areas followed. To emphasize cash flow statement and overcome the shortcomings of statement of changes in financial position, in January, 1987, FASB in America promulgated financial accounting standards announcement No. 95《Cash Flow Statement》.It requires enterprise to replace the statement of changes in financial position with cash flow statement from July 1988. In September, 1991, British Accounting Standard Board announced financial statement standard No.l 《Cash Flow Statement》too, demands all enterprises.Concerned with the requirements should prepare cash flow statement. In 1992, International Accounting Standard Board announced 《lnternational Accounting Standards No.l》,required to replace statement of changes in financial position with cash flow statement. So now "cash flow statement", "equity-debt statement", and "profit and loss statement" have preliminarily formed the new system of financial accounting statement in enterprise on the worldwide scale.2 Cash Flow Statement2.1 Contents of Cash Flow Statement and Its Compilation PurposeCash flow statement means statement of changes in financial position compiled based on cash and shows operating activities, investment activities and collecting capital activities of the enterprise on account of flow-in and flow-out of cash during a certain period, and shows allaspects of flow-in and flow-out of cash. It is compiled on the cash basis of accounting and belongs to periodic dynamic statement. The basic purpose of compiling cash flow statement is to provide the information of flow-in and flow-out of cash during a current accounting period to shareholders, creditors and other users of the statement to help them correctly make assessment of: ·The Capability of obtaining net cash flow during the future accounting period;·The Capability of repay debts and paying dividend;·The Capability of raising funds;.The reason for engendering the difference of net income and net cash flow; and,·Investment and raising funds activities affecting and not affecting cash during the current period.2.2 Components of Cash Flow(1) Cash flow-inThere are three chief types of economic services flow-in of cash: Reducing other assets except cash adding debts and adding shareholder's right.(2) Cash flow- outThere are three chief types of economic services flow-out of cash: Adding other assets except cash, reducing debts and reducing shareholder's right.2.3 Classification of Cash FlowCash flow within a certain period is classified into the following three types on account of the nature of operation service:The cash flow of operation activities, the cash flow of investment activities and the cash flow of raising funds activities.(1) Cash flow ofoperation activitiesOperation activities mean the main service of an enterprise and other non-investment activities or raising funds activities. It includes:Cash flow-in of operation activities:The input of selling goods and providing labour force; the input of loan interest, stock dividend and bond interest; other input of not belonging to investment activities and raising funds activities.Cash flow-out of operation activities:The cash of paying to suppliers and providers of labour force; the expenditure of salary; theinterest to creditor; the expenditure of tax on income and penalty.(2) Cash flow of investment activitiesInvestment activities mean purchase and selling of long-term asset and other investments without the cape of cash equivalent. It includes:Cash flow-in of investment activities: recovering loan; selling stocks and bonds issued by other companies; selling fixed assets and other productive assets.Cash flow-out of investment activities: providing loan to other enterprises; purchasing stocks and bonds issued by other companies; purchasing fixed assets and other productive assets (including capitalized interest of asset cost).(3) Cash flow of raising funds activitiesRaising funds activities mean the activities to cause the scale and structure of rights and interest capital and other loan to change. It includes:Cash flow-in of investment activities: issuing stocks., bonds and bill; gaining mortgage loans and all kinds of other long-term and short-term loans.Cash flow-out of investment activities: issuing stock interest in cash; repaying loans; preceding expenditure to creditor (including cash expenditure caused by extended long-term debt).2.4 Structure of Cash Flow StatementThere are two methods to compile cash flow statement: direct method and indirect method. The structure of cash flow statement compiled by the two methods is different. This article recommends the basic structure of cash flow Statement compiled by direct method and usually adopted by enterprises. The basic structure of cash flow statement is composed of three parts: Cash flow of operation activities. The data needed by this part may be found in B/S (balance sheet) and income sheet.Cash flow of investment activities. The information needed by this part may be found from the change of current asset account, but the true data need to be adjusted on account of income or loss in income sheet.Cash flow of raising funds activities which may be obtained by analyzing and computing the change of relevant current liability and shareholder's rights and interests account.Non-cash investment and raising funds activities which may be discovered in the supplementary statements to show all aspects of important economic activities.2.5 Compilation of Cash Flow StatementThe information that is needed for compiling cash flow statement includes: beginning balance sheet, final trial balance, other complementary data,etc. Cash flow statement is compiled on account of the original manuscript.3 Quantitative Analysis of Relevant QuotaQuantitative analysis of cash flow statement is to compare, analyze and study relevant data of cash flow statement so as to know the financial position of enterprise, find out the trouble in finance, predict the future financial position and provide the basis for scientific decision.The methods of quantitative analysis of cash flow statement usually include trend analysis, structure analysis, rate analysis, comparative analysis and factor analysis. This article only recommends trend analysis applied to cash flow statement.Trend analysis is an analysis method which forecasts future results by studying a number of continual periods''- financial statement, comparing relevant program's amount of money and analyzing the increase and decrease of some quotas to judge its trend. Applying trend analysis, the user of statement may know the basic trend of relevant program changes, judge whether this trend is advantageous or not and predict the future development of the enterprise.Trend analysis usually computes trend percentages. There are two types of trend percentages:It is illustrated by the cash flow statement of some telecommunication bureau. We compile cash flow statement gathered from 1995 to 1998 of this bureau on account of cash flow statements from 1995 to 1998 of this bureau (statement from 1995 to 1998 omitted). Cash flow in 1998 was 12.89 percent more than that in 1995,among which the increase of cash income of operation activities was faster than that of general cash income and was 7.90 percent. Cash income of investment activities increases doubly and up to 112.64 percent, which showsthe previous investment gradually expires and then cash income of investment activities increases; but cash income of raising funds activities doesn't increase, on the contrary, 34.53 percent less than that in 1995, which shows the dependence on raising funds gradually reduces. Cash expenditure also gradually increases and cash expenditure in 1998 was 73.62 percent more than that in 1995, among which cash expenditure of investment activities increased by 57.90 percent, which is slower than the general cash flow. Cash expenditure of investment activities increased by 102.63 percent, which shows cash expenditure of investment activities in 1998 was double that in 1995 and the enterprise strengthens investment. The increase speed of cash income ofoperation activities and investment activities basically reduce progressively, but cash income of raising funds activities shows a negative increase. Cash expenditure of enterprise also increases progressively, whose speed is basically smooth and steady. Cash expenditure of operationactivities reduces progressively, the increase speed of cash expenditure of investment activities in 1997 was higher than that in 1996. But that in 1998 was lower than that in 1997. Position saddle on pipe aligning branch and desired hole centers. Mark outline of saddle, branch hole and center. Prepare two (2) clamping straps of appropriate length (one strap will be used on each side of branch).Step 2: Cut Hole in PipeRemove saddle; verify system is drained. Drill hole at marked center location using appropriate size hole saw.Step 3: Sand Pipe and Saddle Contact Areas with 60-Grit SandpaperThoroughly rough up the marked outline area on the pipe and on the underside of the saddle using 60-grit sandpaper. Sand in direction of pipe (parallel), then crosswise of pipe (perpendicular) until rough and all gloss is removed. Give attention to area around the branch on both pipe and saddle.Step 4: Apply Primer to Pipe and SaddleWork several coats into the roughened pipe area and underside of saddle, giving attention to the area around the branch on both. Primer until the surfaces are softened using a large roller applicator.Step 5: Apply a Liberal Quantity of Cement to Pipe and SaddleApply several coats (minimum 3) one after the other to build up cement on pipe and saddle contact areas. Avoid removing previous coat with each application. DO NOT allow cement to dry out between coats. Again, give attention to area around the branch on both pipe and saddle. For threaded saddles, avoid runs or drips in the branch fitting threads.Step 6: Immediately Install Saddle and Tighten Clamping StrapsPosition saddle and locate clamping straps midway between branch and end on each side of branch. This should be done immediately while cement is still wet. Avoid excessive movement that might dislocate proper positioning (assistance is recommended). Tighten straps tight to firmly press saddle onto pipe. A thick glue-bead should be forced out around the saddle edges and inside the branch joint. If no bead, quickly remove saddle and apply more cement.Step 7: Allow Cement Joint to CureCure for same time and conditions as required for standard solvent cement pipe joints of the same size in the system.Snap-On Saddle Installation Instructions•The surface to be joined must be wiped clean.•Using an appropriate applicator, apply a coat of primer to the fitting and pipe.•While the primer is still wet, apply a generous coat of medium bodied cement first to the pipe, then to the fitting and then to the pipe again, covering an area of the pipe slightly larger than the saddle.•Without delay, push the saddle onto the pipe and rotate the fitting approximately 15° in each direction to evenly distribute the cement.•Allow cement to cure.•Drill fitting and pipe with the recommended size hole saw.•Remove debris from the line.•Follow all safe handling precautions.Solvent cemented saddles are non pressure rated. Change the tube and buffer when switching to a different plasmid DNA/siRNA or cell type.•The volume of plasmid DNA or siRNA added to the tranfection reaction should not exceed 10% of the total transfection volume.•Visit for a library of electroporation protocols for a variety of commonly used cell types.Prepare cellsFor the appropriate volume of medium to use based on cell density, or plating volumes for other plate formats, see “Amount of reagents” on page 2.1.Cultivate the required number of cells (70% to 90%confluent on the day of transfection) by seeding a flaskcontaining fresh growth medium 1 to 2 days prior toeletroporation.2.On the day of the experiment, pre-warm aliquots of culturemedium containing serum, PBS (without Ca2+and Mg2+), and Trypsin/EDTA solution to 37°C.3.Rinse the cells with PBS (without Ca2+and Mg2+), thentrypsinize the cells with the Trypsin/EDTA solution.4.Take an aliquot of trypsinized cell suspension, then countcells to determine the cell density.5.Harvest the cells in growth medium containing serum.6.Transfer cells to a 1.5-mL microcentrifuge tube or a 15-mLconical tube, then centrifuge the cells at 100 - 400 × g for 5 minutes at room temperature.7.Wash cells with PBS (without Ca2+and Mg2+) bycentrifugation at 100 - 400 × g for 5 minutes at roomtemperature.8.Aspirate the PBS, then resupsend the cell pellet inResuspension Buffer R (or Resuspension Buffer T forprograms ≥ 1900 V) at a final density of 1.0 × 107 cells/mL for adherent cells or 2.0 × 107 cells/ml for suspension cells.Gently pipette the cells to obtain a single cell suspension.IMPORTANT! Avoid storing the cell suspension for more than 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature. This will reduce cell viability and transfection efficiency.9.Prepare 24-well plates by filling the wells with 500 μL ofculture medium containing serum and supplements, butwithout antibiotics. Pre-incubate plates in a 37°C, 5% CO2 humidified incubator.Amount of reagentsFor each electroporation sample, the amount of plasmid DNA/siRNA, cell number, and volume of plating medium per well are listed in the following table. Use Resuspension Buffer T for cell types that require high voltage protocols of 1900 V or more. Immediately transfer the samples from the Neon ™Tip by pressing the push-button on the pipette to the first stop into the prepared culture plate containing prewarmed medium with serum and supplements but without antibiotics.Note: Discard the Neon ™ Tip into an appropriate biologicalhazardous waste container. To discard the Neon ™Tip, press the push-button to the second stop into an appropriate biological hazardous waste container.15.Repeat step 6 to step 14 for the remaining samples.Note: Be sure to change the Neon ™Tips after using it twiceand Neon ™ Tubes after 10 usages. Use a new Neon ™Tip andNeon ™Tube for each new plasmid DNA sample.16.Gently rock the plate to ensure even distribution of the cells.Incubate the plate at 37℃ in a humidified CO 2 incubator.17.If you are not using the Neon ™device, turn the power switchon the rear to OFF .18.Assay samples to determine the transfection efficiency(e.g., fluorescence microscopy or functional assay) or geneknockdown (for siRNA).19.Based on your initial results, you may need to optimizedthe electroporation parameters for your cell type. 研究了CFB粉煤灰与脱硫石膏的原料配比、成型压力和搅拌方式这三个工艺参数对人造石试块抗压强度的影响。
实验结果表明,试块强度受成型压力影响极大,当加水量为32%时,循环流化床粉煤灰与脱硫石膏的最佳原料配比为6∶4,适宜的成型压力为50 MPa,采用振动搅拌方式的效果更佳。

Circulating fluidized bed fly ash and desulfurization gypsum were used as raw materials to prepare artificial stone by press molding method which was becoming a hot topic for solid waste utilization. The effects of three process parameters, namely raw mate⁃rial ratio, molding pressure and mixing method, on the compressive strength of artificial stone test blocks were studied.
