外贸学习之租船订舱 备货报验工作结束后，出口商必须按照合同信用证规定安排货物的运输，负责租船订舱和装船出运事宜。实务操作中，CFR、CIF成交方式下，出口商可以选择外运公司；FOB成交方式下，一般由进口商指定船公司承运，但还是由出口商安排出运的具体工作。 在本章节中，外运公司通常视出口商为委托人或托运人。希望通过本章的学习，使大家了解租船定舱的基本流程，掌握租船定舱时所需的单据。 租船定舱分为询价、订舱和装货三个步骤。 询价 询价又称询盘。通常是指承租人根据自己对货物运输的需要或对船舶的特殊要求通过租船经纪人在租船市场上要求租用船舶。询价主要以电报或电传等书面形式提出。承租人所期望条件的内容一般应包括：需要承运的货物种类、数量、装货港和卸货港、装运期限、租船方式或期限、期望的运价（租金）水平以及所需用船舶的详细说明等内容。询价也可以由船舶所有人为承揽货载而首先通过租船经纪人向租船市场发出。由船舶所有人发出的询价内容应包括出租船舶的船名、国籍、船型、船舶的散装和包装容积、可供租用的时间、希望承揽的货物种类等。 订舱 订舱是货物托运人(shipper)或其代理人根据其具体需要，选定适当的船舶向承运人(即班轮公司或它的营业机构)以口头或订舱函电进行预约恰订舱位装货、申请运输，承运人对这种申请给予承诺的行为。 当卖方备妥货物，收到国外开来的信用证，并且经过审核无误后，能否做到船货衔接，按合同及信用证规定的时间及时将货物出运，主要决定于租船订舱这个环节。 租船订舱的准则 1、出口公司根据船公司提供的船期表掌握船、货情况，在船舶抵达港口或截止签单前，及时办理托运手续。 2、出口公司办理订舱手续时，力求准确无误，尽量避免加载（增加订舱数量）、退载和变载的情况发生，以免影响承运人和船、货代理人以及港务部门的工作。 3、对于发生额外特殊货物，如散装油类，冷藏货和鲜活货物的订舱，出口公司应事先通知承运人或船、货代理人，并列明要求。 租船订舱的程序 在C.I.F.或C.F.R.条件下，租船订舱是卖方的主要职责之一 如出口货物数量较大，需要整船载运的，则要对外办理租船手续；如出口货物数量不大，勿需整船装运的，可由外运公司代为洽订班轮或租订部分舱位运输。 1、进出口公司委托外运公司办理托运手续，填写托运单（shipping note），亦称“订舱委托书”递送外运公司作为订舱依据。 2、外运公司收到托运单后，审核托运单，确定装运船船舶后，将托运单的配舱回单退回，并将全套装货单（shipping order）交给进出口公司填写，然后由外运公司代表进出口公司作为托运人向外轮代理公司办同物托运手续。 3、货物经海关查验放行后，即由船长或大副签收“收货单”（又称大副收据，matereceipt）。收货单的船公司签发给托运人的表明货物已装妥的临时收据。托运人凭收货单向外轮代理公司交付运费并换取正式提单。 然后就是装货。
