——以淘宝为例

摘要

随着网络购物的快速发展,淘宝网已经成为了家喻户晓的购物网站。自2003年5月10日成立以来,淘宝网基于诚信为本的准则,从零做起,在短短的2年时间内,迅速成为国内网络购物市场的第一名,占据了中国网络购物70%左右的市场份额,创造了互联网企业发展的奇迹。比起其他购物网站或者购物平台,淘宝已经是当之无愧的“领头人”。而淘宝之所以能够发展的如此迅速并占据庞大的网络市场与其独特的宣传方式——弹窗广告是分不开的。

本文从弹窗广告的特点及其优劣势入手,采用案例分析法、对比分析法等研究方法对弹窗广告对于淘宝的影响进行研究。从淘宝本站、淘宝卖家及网民受众三个角度研究淘宝弹窗广告对其影响,分析淘宝使用弹窗广告对上述三个层面的利弊。目前淘宝发展势不可挡,研究其宣传方式能够供其他购物平台或网站借鉴并对其弊端加以改善,具有一定的现实意义。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of online shopping, taobao has become a household shopping website. Since its inception on May 10, 2003, taobao rules based on honesty, starting from scratch, in just two years time, quickly became the first domestic online shopping market, occupy the network shopping around 70% market share in China, created the miracle of the Internet enterprise development. Compared to other shopping sites or shopping platform, taobao is worthy of "leader". While taobao can develop so fast and occupy large network market with its unique way of propaganda, pop-up ads are inseparable.

This article from the characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of

pop-up advertisements, using the methods of case analysis, comparative analysis to study the effects of pop-up ads on taobao. From taobao site, taobao sellers and users audience research angles of taobao, the influence of pop-up ads analysis taobao use pop-up ads on the pros and cons of the above three aspects. Taobao now development is unstoppable, and study its propaganda way can provide reference for the other shopping platform or web site and to improve its shortcomings, has a certain practical significance.

1.引言

弹窗广告最早诞生于上世纪90年代,其发明人为如今麻省理工学院公民媒体中心主任、麻省理工学院媒体实验室学者伊凡·佐克曼(Ethan Zuckerman)。弹出式广告是互联网上的一种线上广告形式,意图透过广告来增加网站流量或取得电邮地址。它透过用户在进入网页时,自动开启一个新的浏览器视窗,以吸引读者直接到相关网址浏览,从而收到宣传之效。这些广告一般都透过网页的JavaScript指令来启动,但亦有透过其他形式启动的。弹出式广告不一定会在浏览器的最上层出现,有部份弹出式广告刻意的把自己安排在视窗的最底层,或把自己缩少隐藏,意图在用户不为意的情况下搜集用户的上网行为或下载及安装未经用户许可的软件或插件。这种行为,大多数用户都认为已属于滋扰性。

一种弹窗形式被称为“鼠标陷阱”,它使用一个网页或广告遮住整个屏幕,没有任何菜单或按钮可以让用户关闭这个窗口。除了网页浏览器会弹出广告,一些间谍软件和广告软件也会弹出广告窗口,有一种广告通过Windows的信使服务来传播。这类广告出现时就像系统的对话框,上面出现的文字往往把人们引导到一个网站。

据不完全统计,中国网民常用软件中,有弹窗广告行为的软件达1221个,其中每天弹出广告数量超过1000次的软件近500个。弹出来广告作为一种商业行为倒也可以理解,但是,一些弹窗却做的有点过分,有用户反映称:“安装了迅雷软件后,我的电脑就开始弹出各种广告,要么是很暴露的图片,要么是很血腥的游戏广告,而且无法关闭。”实际上,不止是迅雷,许多软件都有自动弹出广告的“功能”,而且连手机也不例外。

在中国,大家耳熟能详的网站除了百度估计就是淘宝了。淘宝在宣传营销方面也一直在使用弹窗广告。本文将阐述淘宝弹窗广告带来的利弊。

弹窗广告是指打开网站后自动弹出的广告,无论点击还是不点击都会出现在用户的面前。一般弹窗广告都具有强制性,并且可能包含挂马病毒、木马病毒。

弹窗广告在淘宝的发展史上是必不可少的功臣。淘宝网是国内首选购物网站,亚洲最大购物网站,由全球最佳B2B平台阿里巴巴公司投资4.5

亿创办,致力于成就全球首选购物网站。淘宝网,顾名思义——没有淘不到的宝贝,没有卖不出的宝贝。自2003年5月10日成立以来,淘宝网基于诚信为本的准则,从零做起,在短短的2年时间内,迅速成为国内网络购物市场的第一名,占据了中国网络购物70%左右的市场份额,创造了互联网企业发展的奇迹。

淘宝自2003年成立至今仅十多年的时间,且早已成为国内网络购物网站的的头名。为何淘宝能如此飞速的发展自己?因为它有独到的宣传营销方式——弹窗广告。每当你打开一个网站,淘宝总是会出现在你的眼前,让人想不记住都不行。这样的宣传方式如何不让淘宝网人人皆知?

2.2 .1淘宝成立初期对弹窗广告的运用

淘宝成立之初便使用了大量的宣传方式进行宣传,弹窗广告也是其中之一。2003年5月,淘宝网正式成立并拥有了1万多名会员。

在那个中国电子商务刚刚起步的年代,卖家想在在贸易网站上开设网店是需要向贸易网站或平台缴纳一定费用的。而淘宝在成立之初便给出了免费开店的口号,从而达到吸引商家入驻的目的。并且淘宝网从2004年的北京国际广播电视周开始,就利用热卖的贺岁片《天下无贼》充分提高了其知名度,而且还把道具拿到网上拍卖。另外,淘宝网还独家拍卖《手机》、《韩城攻略》、《头文字D》等影片中的道具等。凭借这些手段,淘宝网巧妙地利用传媒的影响力制造了文化轰动效果,收到了较好的市场宣传效果。这些手段成功的前提是让更多的人知道淘网站的存在。此时弹窗广告的优势便显示出来了,无论打开哪个网页淘宝网总是如影随形。与现在的弹窗广告不同的是,那时候的弹窗广告是直接弹出一个网页的。当屏幕显示淘

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen: Our side believe that “Advertisement is bad”. Following are our opinions to support this argument. First of all, advertisements set bad example for people. For instance, those stars with oval faces, white skin and slim figures are more easily chosen as the spokesmen, which misleads to a situation that only with such appearance can a girl be appreaciated as “beauty”.As a result, an increasing number of women decide to lose weight through improper ways or turn to plastic surgery for help. Thus the inner beauty is being ignored and the whole society tend to pay attention to women’s appearance, which goes against the nature development. Second, false information floods the advertisements. Advertisers is clever at putting gorgeous and brilliant images by photoshop on their ads in order to catch the consumers’ eyes. However, the entities are usualy far different from what they show us. Take instant noodles for example, we can see various ingredients on the surface of the packing bags, seafood, meat, vegetables etc.. Whereas inside there’s only dehydrated ingredients. This to some extent amounts to playing fool with buyers. Because they buy the products out of the ads, but the real ones leave much to be desired. Thirdly, the increasing money paid in ads surely leads to the increasing of the price. We know that casio timer is becoming more and more popolar in China due to the large number of ads. Of course the large number of ads requires large amount of money, and the money is spontaneously taken from we consumers. Amazingly, casio timer is only sold 2,000 yuan in Japan, its original country but almost 8,000 yuan in China. Furthermore, the quality of products will decreases. Cheng Long, the spokesman of the shampoo with anti-king, gains a lot money from the company, however, the producer has to put less money on the shampoo. Thus the shampoo doesn’t really help consumers with t heir hair problem. Last but not least, too much advertisements cause waste. Most advertisers choose to print leaflets and hand out them to broadcast their products. Consequently, the leaflets are everywhere in the streets, not only destroying the appearances of cities, but also wasting the paper resources. Apart from that, the properties and clothes used in the ads are almost one-off, for they are out of use after the ad shoot. According to what I mentioned above, we strongly believe that “Advertisement is bad”. That’s all. Thank you!
