摘要:针对配电网调控指标数量众多、定性/定量分析难等问题,本文提出一种基于改进灰色关联度的配电网调控水平评价指标筛选方法。首先,梳理了国内外配电网调控水平评价的相关指标,从可靠性、经济性和环保性等方面进行定性筛选;其次,采用改进灰色关联度法,求取初选指标与专家评价中指标最佳值的关联度,并进行定量筛选;最后,通过对典型区域配电网调控水平的评分进行验证。结果表明:所提指标筛选方法筛选出的指标具有代表性和实用性,能够简单有效地反映智能配电网的调控水平。关键词:配电网;调控水平;指标筛选;改进灰色关联度中图分类号:TM76

Abstract:To solve the problems in distribution network ,such as too many control indicators and difficulty in qualita?tive or quantitative analysis ,a screening method for evaluation indicators of distribution network control level is pro?posed based on improved grey correlation degree.First ,the related evaluation indicators of distribution network control level at home and abroad are reviewed ,and qualitative screening is performed from the aspects of reliability ,economic efficiency ,and environmental protection.Second ,the improved grey correlation degree method is used to calculate the correlation degree between the primary selected indicator and the best value of the indicator from expert evaluation ,then quantitative screening is carried out.Finally ,the scores of the distribution network control level in typical areas are verified.Results show that the indicators selected by the indicator screening method presented in this paper are rep?

随着分布式电源[1-2]、微电网[3]以及新能源[4-6]的不断接入,配电网的发展步入一个崭新的阶段,其中配电网调度控制[7-10]是实现配电网智能化、信息化、数字化的关键环节,也是配电网发展的重中之重。为有效评价配电网调控水平,国内外专家学者立足于实际的应用场景,从规划、运行和管理等多视角构建了多维量化指标体系,数量庞大的评价指标真实全面地反映智能配电网调度控制的实际运行效果,也为操作和管理人员的决策提供数据支持。然而,大数据[11]的普及应用给配电网调度控制带来了挑战,众多指标数据计算不仅耗费了更多的

时间,而且在时间要求为秒级的调控场景下,影响了配电网调度控制的效率。同时,调控水平评价指标体系易受到指标值异常的影响,加剧了配电网调控的运行负担,影响了快速响应水平。因此,面对庞杂的评价指标,为满足配电网调控的秒级时间需求,需要通过一些科学合理的方法筛选出具有重要参考价值的典型指标,使其能够代表复杂指标体系,实现对配电网调控水平快速、真实、高效的评价。

近年来,灰色关联度[12-13]在电力领域得到了较多的应用。文献[14]使用了灰色关联度和逼近理想解的排序方法对光伏项目的风险进行评价;文献
