老板上IPHONE4.TW 网站看了STEVEN JOBS在MACWORLD 2007上的演讲翻译，大力推荐。
JOBS的演讲PPT非常简单，都是些图片和硕大的主题文字，然而逻辑非常清楚，聚焦有力。而且小幽默不断，当然在加上JOBS和APPLE的魅力，听他的演讲绝对是一场享受。这就是布道。
JOBS在应用市场定位图和市场销售图表时，也是恰到好处地插入一P而已。
而国内某些客户听提案，非得要看大段的市场数据，似乎这样你才够专业，够了解市场。其实，能说明问题，几P足够，多了就是制造瞌睡虫。
随后上APPLE网站看完整版的演讲，就跟听摇滚乐的感觉一样，看LIVE才够味。
JOBS也玩消费者访谈，不过来得更搞，引用一位微软员工的话：如果我不是在微软工作，我早就想买一台苹果。

关于市场前景，JOBS简单一句话：06年全世界手机销售了九亿五千两百多万台，我们只要拿到1%的市场份额，那就是1000多万台。

Steve Jobs :「接著2001年，推出了改變整個音樂【產業】的產品第一代的iPod」Steve Jobs :「現在」
Steve Jobs :「我們希望推出一個有寬螢幕、並且觸控功能的iPod」
Steve Jobs :「以及掀起行動電話革命的一項產品」
Steve Jobs :「當然啦，還要有這種可以【突破】網際網路通訊的功能產品」Steve Jobs :「iPod」

Steve Jobs :「那我們來看看坊間的產品，我們左邊為【比較難使用】，右邊為【簡單使用】，上面為【聰明】，下面為【不太聰明】，在這個圖表中，我們可以看到目前坊間的產品，都偏向比較難使用，或是使用上面需要一些skill技巧，才會勝任」
Steve Jobs :「所以我希望我們的產品，能夠在這個角度切入，簡單使用，又很聰明」
Steve Jobs :「接著我們來講講，革命性的使用者界面」
Steve Jobs :「我們來看看目前坊間最多人使用的幾隻Smartphone」
Steve Jobs :「看到沒？他們都有個特色，就是有全尺寸的QWERT鍵盤在手機上面」
Steve Jobs :「你看看，手機已經夠大了，再加上這些佔去將近1/2尺寸的鍵盤，你真的【常常】在用他嗎？」
Steve Jobs :「而且重點是，他不能因為使用軟體的不同，而改變他的按鈕以及控制方式」
Steve Jobs :「看看我們為這個世界做了甚麼？當然第一個就是GUI圖形使用者界面，以及滑鼠！！！」
Steve Jobs :「你看看，這是傳統的Smartphone」
Steve Jobs :「BOOM~ 來瞧瞧iPhone」
Steve Jobs :「那要怎麼控制我們的iPhone呢？用stylus（觸控筆）？」
Steve Jobs :「別鬧了，誰還要使用觸控筆？」
Steve Jobs :「所以啊，當然要用你天天帶在身上、與身俱來的好物來控制啊，那就是你的手指頭啊～」
Steve Jobs :「光用手指頭不稀奇，讓我來跟大家介紹甚麼叫做Multi-Touch」
Steve Jobs :「簡單的說，就是他使用起來，還真神奇，而且不用觸控筆，打死都不付（這是吉米加的（看到這裡你就知道，想要聽原汁原味演講，就去看keynote吧，文末有連結），還能相當準確的控制，並且排除非蓄意的觸碰，當然還有大家從PowerBook上面，就開始享受的多指頭操作啦～」
Steve Jobs :「當然囉，我們這隻手機，申請了兩百多個專利，要來保護他」
Steve Jobs :「來瞧瞧我們有甚麼革命性的使用者界面，滑鼠，滾輪，Multi-Touch」
Steve Jobs :「重點來了，手機裡面，我們裝的是....」
Steve Jobs :「Mac OS X !!」
Steve Jobs :「用白話文來說，就是你原本可以在水果機器上面跑的東西，理論上，也可以轉成在iPhone 上面跑...」
Jobs引述他在這個業界知名一個朋友Alan Kay的說法：「一個人，若真的非常嚴肅且正經的看待他所研發的軟體時，他應該自己去做一個真正屬於他們的硬體」
Steve Jobs 這時候笑笑的說，「他在說我....」
Steve Jobs :「接著我們來談談【突破】（差不多領先目前其他手機有五年之遙喔～」
Steve Jobs :「當然囉，一定要跟iTunes同步啦～」
Steve Jobs :「是吧，iPod能同步，當然iPhone也是這樣同步啦～」
Steve Jobs :「換句話說，你iTunes上面有的，你的手機上面【也會有】！！！包含音樂、有聲書、Pod cast、電影、電視影集、音樂錄影帶、通訊錄、行事曆、照片、筆記、書籤、當然還有email的帳號啦～」

Steve Jobs :「新的祕密武器，加速度偵測器....」
Steve Jobs :「好啦，接著我們來看看實際的應用」
Steve Jobs :「這個iPod呢，可以讓你直接觸碰音樂，當然還有寬螢幕的影片啦，可以更快的找到你的音樂，美不勝收的專輯封面，內建喇叭，點唱機式的點歌方式」
Steve Jobs :「接著我來實際操作給各位看，要解鎖螢幕，只要將螢幕下方那個箭頭，從左邊拉到右邊，就可以unlock你的手機啦，不用再按蝦米複合鍵，或是長按某個按鈕啦」
Steve Jobs :「這就是主畫面，上面是功能按鈕，下面是主要四個大項目，後面會介紹到」
Steve Jobs :「你看看，可以這樣捲動你的list...」
Steve Jobs :「接著看到了沒有，這就是專輯封面的顯示方式，有沒有漂亮啊？」
這時候，Steve Jobs突然把手機打橫，畫面隨即轉成橫向顯示:「你看，這樣就便成了cover flow的點唱機點歌方式，有沒有讚？」
Steve Jobs :「就像當年，我們在點歌的時候，都是這樣翻著專輯封面的」
Steve Jobs :「點選某張專輯之後，你也可以繼續點選曲目」
Steve Jobs :「接著來看看影片、電視影集」
Steve Jobs :「on screen的控制方式，簡單明瞭」
Steve Jobs :「接著我們來看看手機的部份，真正殺手級的軟體，就是打電話功能，使用通訊錄的方式，跟以往有很大的不同，視覺化的語音留言信箱，絕佳的聲音品質，還有四頻GSM+EDGE的發射訊號能力」
Steve Jobs :「電話來的時候，會出現下面的按鈕，以及上面的來電顯示」
Steve Jobs :「手機部份今天將會針對四個方向來介紹」
Steve Jobs :「首先我們看看通訊錄的部份，這就很像你在電腦上面看到的通訊錄，有著該為朋友的照片、名字、公司電話、手機、家裡電話、email等等..」
Steve Jobs :「例如我現在打電話給Jerry，點選他的手機號碼」
Steve Jobs :「開始了，畫面上依序出現六個按鈕，由上而下，由左而右分別為：靜音、鍵盤、免持聽筒、三方通話、保留、通訊錄」
Jerry :「hi，你好啊....」
Steve Jobs :「喔，我再來打給別人看看」
Steve Jobs :「那文字簡訊的部份呢，這時候就會蹦出鍵盤來啦，你就照著打，他還會幫你校正拼字有沒有錯喔」
Steve Jobs :「接著展示照片的部份」
Steve Jobs :「這時候，照片要放大的時候，你只要用兩個手指頭，比出大小的手勢，在螢幕中往外劃開，就可以放大，反之縮小就是往內畫...」
Steve Jobs :「因為他們目前是全美第一大的系統商啊～，共有5千8百萬的使用者啊～」
Steve Jobs :「當然，我們還有Wi-Fi 以及藍芽2.0」
Steve Jobs :「我們接著看網路的創新，直接讀取HTML格式的email喔～，還有內建【真】的Safari的網頁瀏覽器，意思是指，你不用在屈就那個鳥部拉機功能缺陷的簡單瀏覽器，然後閱讀那一小小塊的網頁，當然還有google map、Widgets、並且透過神不知鬼不覺的WiFi+EDGE的網路功能，隨時切換最恰當的網路連線方式，來真正達到網際網路在你口袋的夢想」
Steve Jobs :「在Mail的部份，除了HTML完整格式可以閱讀之外，分為IMAP以及POP3的服務，都可
以在iPhone上面完整使用」
Steve Jobs :「這次特別跟Yahoo!合作，推出push的IMAP email服務，讓很多行動工作者，更方便的收發你的信件，而不需要買黑色的梅子來吃喔」
Steve Jobs :「因為Yahoo! Mail有超過2億五千萬的使用者....」
Steve Jobs :「這就是閱讀包含照片的html EMAIL格式，就像你天天在電腦前面收email一樣的完整，一樣的簡單」
Steve Jobs :「所以這四大塊就是我們internet在你口袋中的一個重點」
Steve Jobs :「我們來看看全功能的瀏覽器，看網頁是怎樣好吧」
Steve Jobs :「boom～你看，他會幫你把全貌給展現出來」
Steve Jobs :「螢幕一轉，自動幫你打橫」
Steve Jobs :「想看某部份，點兩下即可，或是上面教你的雙手指操作法，還記得嗎？」
Steve Jobs :「Widgets，就如同你在MacOS的dashborad裡面看到的一樣，讚喔～」
Steve Jobs :「接著我們來看看Google Map」
Steve Jobs :「輸入我們現在的位子，並且等一下會後我要去喝杯咖啡，接著輸入starbucks，就出現螢幕上幾個紅點，就是starbucks的位置，接著在點選其中一家，就出現電話號碼，在點電話號碼，就撥打過去了」
Starbucks:「早安您好，這裡是Starbucks」
Steve Jobs :「你好，我要4000杯latte，外帶～」(全場狂笑）「沒有啦，不好意思，打錯電話...」
Steve Jobs :「所以這部份的重點，就在於Internet在你口袋！」
Steve Jobs :「那接著，我們有甚麼套件呢？當然要有個iPod的傳統立體聲耳機啦，注意到了沒？上面有個白色的按鈕及mic喔～讓你聽音樂、講電話不用拿下耳機喔～」
Steve Jobs :「還有一個極簡到不行的BT耳機」
Steve Jobs :「所以啊，關於這個高科技的iPhone產品」
Steve Jobs :「我們申請了超過200項專利來保護他」
Steve Jobs :「因此，我們更驕傲的說，你的人生就在你的口袋裡...」
Steve Jobs :「這個終極的電子產品」
Steve Jobs :「還記得我們有甚麼嗎？有iPod，有手機，那我們來看看市場上的行情，iPod Nano $199，黑梅Smartphone $299加上兩年合約」
Steve Jobs :「我們的功能差不多等於這兩個加起來$499元，但是功能又多很多，那要賣多少？」
Steve Jobs :「4GB的版本$499 綁兩年」
Steve Jobs :「8GB的版本$599 綁兩年」
Steve Jobs :「今年六月將開始在美國上市，而歐洲將在今年第四季」
Steve Jobs :「而亞洲呢，將會在2008年登場」
Steve Jobs :「為甚麼要等這麼久？因為手機要通過FCC的檢查，核准之後才能上市販賣，與其iPhone 被FCC公開消息，不如我們自己來開開心心的跟大家發表這個產品」
Steve Jobs :「接著我們來看看2006年市場狀態，遊戲機，共賣了約2千六百萬台，數位相機，約賣了九千四百萬台，MP3撥放器，賣了約1億3千五百萬台，而PC賣了約2亿台，但是手機呢？共賣了將近9億五千兩百多萬隻」
Steve Jobs :「這代表甚麼？」
Steve Jobs :「這代表著，2008年，我們預估只要拿到1%的市佔率，就有將近一千萬支的手機銷售量」
Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories. The first story is about connecting the dots. It dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out? It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?" They said: "Of course." My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college. And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting. It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5￠deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna

She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college. And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents’ sa vings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn’t see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required cl asses that didn’t interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.
