大家好。今天我在这里向大家汇报##五十八中高三英语组对本届一轮复习的一些设想和做法,希望能够对大家有所助益,同时欢迎大家进行批评指正。

我将从战略和战术两个层面给大家进行展示。首先是复习战略。孔子教育学生曾说过,取乎其上,得乎其中;取乎其中,得乎其下;取乎其下,则无所得矣。在战略的层面,我们需要高标准,严要求,甚至要有一些苛刻。这样做的话,哪怕我们只取乎其中,也会有不错的结果。从这个意义上讲,我们可以制定一个跳着高才能摸得到的目标,给自己以挑战,最关键的是向着这个目标去努力奋斗,我相信,如果这样,我们##的高考一定会再创辉煌战绩。

我们制定的战略有这样几条:

1. 效率第一。近些年,大家都在呼吁和建设高效课堂,各校也都有很多很好的具体做法。我们认为,一轮复习中的效率不仅仅指课堂效率,它还应当在此基础之上向前向后进行延伸,包括高效的集备和高效的反馈活动。高效的课堂我不多讲,什么是高效的集备呢?我们认为,一次高效的集备应该下大力气解决一个或几个十分具体的问题,并且最终一定要得到明确的、具体的,操作性很强的解决办法,且落实到纸笔上。如果一次集备没有得到最终的明确的结论,那你们是在玩,在走形式,在演戏给人看,这样的集备,不要也罢。所以说,集备集备,要么不备,要备就备出一个样儿来。

另一点,高效的反馈指的是什么呢?我们高三有无数次考试,每考完一次试,演练完某一语法项目,总会发现有几个或很多学生存在这样那样的问题,他们似乎总在给我们拖后腿。但是注意了,学生存在问题,恰恰提供了教育介入的契机,而这正是教师存在的全部意义,也正提供了教学的课题。要不然,我们要教育何用?我们要教师何用?从这个意义上讲,问题,就是教学的切入点,问题,吹响了教学的冲锋号。对于这些问题,我们必须敏锐地抓住它们,及时地解决掉它们,争取问题不过夜。有鉴于此,我们提出这样一个口号:(试卷、材料)有发必收,有收必改,有改必评。评了如果仍不满意,就继续再改再评,直到学生的问题消失为止。

2. 高三一轮复习战略第二点讲的是以什么为导向的问题,也就是向哪个方向努力的问题。我们确立的复习战略是问题导向;目标导向;成功导向的。问题导向上面已经提到,不再多说。目标导向指的是我们在复习时要尽全力达成自己事先设定的目标。每个教师,每个学生,在复习时都应明确自己的目标,目标要清晰,要公布,要让全世界知道,这就是心理学上所谓的being watched效应 --- 当你觉得有人总是在监督你时,你就会把自己最好的一面展示给他人看,就会爆发出惊人的学习能量。同时注意,需要为目标设立一个时限,这样在复习过程中就可以此为标准对自己的学习进行监督和评估,检查自己的目标达成情况。如果发现复习效果偏离目标甚远,应立即求助,反思或改变自己的复习策略。

成功导向指的是我们需要让学生在学习过程中体验一个又一个

的成功,直至最终建立起对自己无比强大的自信心

,斗志昂扬地走向高考大舞台。我们知道,学生们在高三的学习过程中面临令人窒息的压力,一次小小的失败,也可能会让一个学生一蹶不振,而作为教师,让学生失败真是太容易了。我们可能会认为,把知识点搞得难一点,可以防止学生翘尾巴,也能显得我水平高,对此我想说,算了吧,踩蚂蚁和打落水狗都不是战斗,愚公移山才是真正的战斗,让我们把战场移到搬山上去吧。对,高三就是一点一点地搬山,而在一点一滴的进步中,我们最终会征服高考这座大山!

3. 第三点总战略讲的是知识网络的构建。高三一轮复习要努力达到的不仅仅是记住多少单词,做多少题,练多少语法,写多少篇作文,那些都是细节,解决不了大问题。我们同时要做到的是帮助学生构建一张张知识的网络,把一堆砖块垒成房屋,把散落一地的珍珠串成项链,让几乎每一个知识点都能在这张网上找到位置。更具体点,今年暑假的远程培训中介绍了思维导图的运用,这可真是一个了不得的学习大杀器,可以在平时的授课中发挥巨大的作用。我建议在构建知识网络的过程中,教师自己可以少做点,布置任务让学生多做点,让学生独立去创建属于自己的知识网络,这样可能更好。

复习战略介绍完毕,下面我稍微说说具体的复习战术。俗话说,戏法人人会变,只是窍门不同。我们的复习战术可能会对您有所裨益,但我仍然建议您要辩证地去听,因为适合的,才是最好的。我们的复习战术可以用两个词概括:1)配合 2)盯人。我先讲配合。

新学期开始我们已经进行了两次集备,解决了两个问题,复习的战略和战术由此而确定下来。我们认识到,如果说高考是一次战役,那么决胜因素归根到底还是要靠集体的力量,个人的超强能力有时是好的,也有时候却只会帮倒忙。我们每个人只是考试链条上的一环,只有所有的链条都正常,不闹毛病,整个考试机器才能流畅运作。所以,让我们以一个链条的觉悟,做好链条的分内职责吧。

1)战术分工。经过一番商讨,我们将英语教学分成几个任务,把任务承包出去,让组里每个教师根据能力特点和兴趣所在领取任务。我们几个教师分别负责解决作文、完形填空、报刊阅读、错题库、各地考题精研等内容,务求让教师多付出,让学生以最小的代价,最少的投入得到最大的收获。当任何人的任务碰到困难时,所有人都有责任、有义务献计献策献爱心,帮助解决,充分发挥1+1大于2的集体合力。

2)材料。我们一轮复习所使用的材料有导学案、21世纪报、一轮复习资料、词汇手册、自编试题等。材料有很多,可以说是太多了,需要精选之后再给学生使用。使用时注意处理好量、质、度三者的关系。量不可多,质不可次,度不可过。关于量,题海战术可以用,但务必慎之又慎。关于质,教师一定把好关,自己做过的题才能发给学生做。关于进度,很多老师苦恼于让进度撵着走,导致有时完不成教学计划。我们认为不必过度纠结于进度,在一轮复习中需要

淡化进度、注重质量,但珍视错误。对,进度可以淡化,但错误需要珍视,因为我们从错误中会学到更多难忘的知识,这就叫“learn from mistakes”。

3)时间安排。在这里我简单列了一个表,呈现一轮复习阶段我们对复习材料的用法和时间安排。

高考英语第一轮复习提纲 一、阅读理解 阅读部分考查考生阅读理解能力,而所谓阅读理解能力即是指对文章的整体和局部信息的理解和掌握情况。整体指的是文章的主旨 要义、作者的态度、意图、上下文的逻辑关系等,局部则是指分散 于文中的特定信息。我们要通读全文,详读题干,甄别选项,将题干、选项和文中具体信息结合起来,并综合运用其它解题方法、技巧,准确、快速作答。要排除个别生词的干扰,把握整体,着眼中 心大意。遇到不顺的文章先搁置,不影响整体战略。要用熟悉的做 题策略答题。 二、“七选五”阅读 注意语句的衔接,两个相邻的句子能够衔接,它们必定有信息的重叠(词语或意义),正如两条绳子要想连结到一起,必须得打个结,我们在做题时就是要特别注意把握这些信息的结点。 三、完形填空 完形填空要求考生在掌握文章主旨大意和正确理解句与句、段与段之间的内在联系的基础上,准确判断动词、名词、形容词、副词 等的运用。考生要通览全文,了解文章脉络,特别注意第一段话对 全篇的辐射作用。注意对每个小题的四个选项进行对比甄别,根据 上下文结构和语境做出准确判断,我们要左顾右盼,瞻前顾后,上 下求索,在上下文语境中进行词语辨析。 四、短文改错 通览全文,了解大意,然后以句子为单位进行降级处理,排正求错。可将句子进行成分划分,分为主语、谓语、宾语等几个部分, 然后逐一排查,找出病疾,对症下药。看看主、谓、宾、状等成分 是否有误,看看主语和谓语、谓语和宾语的搭配是否正确,如此等等。

And yet – we still have no cure for the common cold. Why can’t we st op the common cold? According to Peter Barlow, a scientist at Edinburgh Napier University in the UK, the main challenge lies in the many different types of cold viruses that are produced by the rhinoviruses (鼻病毒). There are at least 160 types. They mutate (突变) so easily that they quickly become resistant to drugs, or learn to hide from our immune systems. In other words, a single cure isn’t likely to work on every type of cold. However, researchers from Stanford University and the University of California, San Francisco, have found a possible answer. They discovered a protein that the viruses need. Without it, they can’t spread inside your body. To identify the gene which produces the specific protein needed by the viruses, researchers used a gene-editing technique to test all genes in the human genome (基因组) one by one for thousands of cells. These modified (改变的) cells were then exposed to a range of enteroviruses(肠病毒), including the rhinoviruses which cause the common cold. All the viruses were unable to replicate (复制) inside cells without a gene that produces a specific protein, called methyltransferase SETD3. Then, they tested genetically modified mice, which were completely unable to produce the protein.
