2、利用一切可利用的时间，多读教育书刊，充分利用学校订购的教学刊物如《吉林教育》、《青年教师》、《成功教育》…进行研究，寻求好的教学方法以提高教育教学水平。

在学习过程中记下自己的观点和看法，写出反思和随笔，记录自己每一天点点滴滴的收获与体会。
